I approached the counter and she didn't say anything but pointed towards the self scanner. I wanted gas but decided why give them my money. I put my can on the scanner and she said I need your license very bothered that I didn't just give it to her. Once I completed my transaction l said can I have a bag. Very rudely she put the bag on the counter and walked away. I then asked for a customer service number and she told me she didn't have one. Maybe I interrupted her smoking break as I have seen her outside the doors. I believe there is no smoking within a certain amount of feet of a public entrance. I believe it is 20 feet. If it is less than 5 ft. I apologize. I know you can probably afford to lose profit from returning customers but I pass QT to formerly visit your location. I will pass every circle k for a Qt.

Second time I've tried to get lemon coke here and second time cherry came out of the lemon nozzle. The first time it happened a couple months ago I just left and went to the other Circle K where it's always right. I did bring it to the attention of the cashier who rolled her eyes and mumbled something about the previous shift always messing up. Since it's been two months with the same problem either management doesn't care or they don't know. Oh well. Got my big mug and will get my refills at another store that does care.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and on POINT with both side ringing up customers. The bathrooms are clean, the made to order food is excellent...and I still love the jalapeno cheese hot dogs! (yes I know they are bad for me). The soft drink machines are cleaned regularly...though I must admit they are much higher priced for a refill than Circle K. I do wish they had a rewards program like their competitor, however I still LOVE QT!
