No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running. Pilot needs to retrain their staff immediately because this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.

I asked at 7:00 p.m. on a Tucson summer evening there was plenty of light outside and if not just take a flashlight. The clerk at the front called someone via radio. When the other clerk showed up he told me that he was going to be the only one at the store because the other clerk was leaving and that he could not assist me.
