This place works for me and my family for getting gas. The plus side is they take Fry's discount…read moregas points. Sometimes it is cheaper to get gas here then it is at Fry's down the street. I do not know how things are on the inside, because I have only gone here for gas. Pumps are good and a few of them are good for motorcycles - pumps are ease to control to fill up a smaller tank. I have had not issues with pay for or getting my receipt like the previous rater (Raul). For those of you with cars they do have a car wash you can pay for at the pump.

I asked at 7:00 p.m. on a Tucson summer evening there was plenty of light outside and if not just take a flashlight. The clerk at the front called someone via radio. When the other clerk showed up he told me that he was going to be the only one at the store because the other clerk was leaving and that he could not assist me. All of the staff is very unprofessional. It seems every time I go into this Shell location the staff is in a very bad mood.

This location regularly has gas pumps out of order, it has used loyalty rewards from the fry's…read moreprogram and yet charged the higher rate per gallon (greater than the stated rate shown on the pump once applied- only figured out how it arrived at the total it did by multiplying the full price rate by the gallons shown), in addition, the air pump (requiring payment) hasn't worked in over a year. (The little part of the nozzle that pushes in the stopper inside the tire air cap is missing so air comes out but cannot enter the tire.)

No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running. Pilot needs to retrain their staff immediately because this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
