It's not the best place for gas station snacks as they just have a few kiosks for things like trail mix and jerky and the regular selection of sodas and energy drinks. No alcohol, I don't think. I usually never talk to the staff but the one time my fiancee did so, they refused to make change even though they had the appropriate bills. No one ever called, text, or emailed me to reschedule. I called back the morning of my appointment and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and he tried to put me on hold again. I understand you can be busy, but I just needed to know what was going on with my appointment. He stated that he had a customer and was busy, and my appointment was probably canceled, but that was enough for me. The first incident was last year for my oil change and tire rotation they did my oil change and called to ask me if I want new air filters, but when I went to get my car they said they could not unlock my tires for the rotation. I asked why they didn't ask me about that on the call to up-sale me and I could have told them it was in with the spare tire. So yeah unfortunately I am done with this shop, sorry.

I explained that I was just finishing up my cigarette, which by the way i was not smoking at a gas pump or near any other patrons of the establishment, and I would be on my way. She then stated if I wasn't gone in 5 min since I am "loitering" she was going to call the cops on me. I was not bothering anyone I was keeping to myself. They were not even busy so I wasn't taking up a needed parking spot. I have never been treated so disrespectful before at a gas station. It's not like its a respected retail establishment it's a gas station. These people are ridiculous and I highly recommend driving another mile or 2 down the road where I am sure the would treat their elders with more common courtesy.

I advised Young that I have bought a machine and checked the code mysefl, so I would just like to know if there is time today to have my hose replaced. This is all while the mechanic and a group of five were chatting and hanging out with no customers but me sitting in the car on a ramp. I am not instructed or invited into the office as I have been before. I get out and go to the office and was approached and asked what I needed by someone already in the service bay. I told him this was my car, and I'm going into the office. I sat down and Young showed me my air filters, both replaced two months olago, one completely clean, the other slightly dirty. He asked if I wanted to replace both, I declined. They were clearly clean. Mechanic came in and told me that there is nothing they can do because the dealer has better equipment. I thanked him. Young then told me that it was time to pay and charged about $180 for service. He said that the use of their scanning machine was $50 because it costs them money every time they use it. I told him that I did not ask for the use of the machine, and I knew the error codes and only asked if repairs could be made today. He restarted the charge, and I paid. I asked for the QR code for service, and he grabbed it and gave me an intimidating death stare and covered his chest, so I couldn't see his name. I then asked his name, and he stared me down as I walked out and never responded. I felt as though he wanted to assault me and felt the need to exit as soon as possible. I've come to this location and happily paid over $2,000 the past couple of months for services and repairs on my two vehicles because of the welcoming no bs service that Jose has provided. Is this what they do when Jose isn't there? I truly feel dissatisfied and swindled. Going to repose to social media to avoid others having to deal with people like Young.

This is a friendly, competent, and busy shop that does excellent, prideful work. The tech spent extra time to make sure the job was done right. This is my go-to shop now!

No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running. Pilot needs to retrain their staff immediately because this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
