Not a big fan of Nelson RV. The pre-owned RV was absolutely filthy when we went to pick it up…read more Nelson had plenty of time to take care of this mess long before we came. I also understand that when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, there will be issues. However there were many repairs along with the filth that should have been fixed before we left on a long road trip. We spent days on that trip trying to locate a store in a remote area to remedy serious problems that effected our existence and comfort in the RV. Unfortunately there was no follow up with these problems so my husband and I paid and fixed these repairs and cleaned the dirty RV ourselves. Not what should be a fun experience. But as they say, buyer beware.

The motorhome was just as advertised, and Dionne had all the paperwork ready for us. Miguel efficiently handled the delivery, and everything went great. We later had a bit of mechanical issue due to a fuel issue and Dionne and Nelson RV immediately reimbursed us for the repair expense and included a generous amount in addition for our inconvenience. Communication was excellent. Nelson RV treated us great- I definitely recommend Nelson RV to any local or out of state buyer. Well done! Sutter and Weber, Palm Desert, CA

We recently bought a used 2019 Travel Trailer from Freedom RV. Giovanni our Sales person was great,…read morehe was responsive to our needs and answered all our questions. He even arranged for us to show up at the service center while they were checking out our RV so we could take some measurements! He was from one of their other locations and even showed up the day we picked up our RV to ask how eveyhting was. Newt the Service Manager was also great. Accommadating and even supplied and had the service team installed a Power strip in the booth seating area. Kristen and Elka in the Service office were helpfull and you can tell customer service is their top priority. Justin in customer service was also top notch. We bought a Back-up camera and brought it with us the day we picked up the RV, we asked if it could be installed. Justin was busy however, he did install it for us otherwise my 71 year old husband would have had to climb up and install it. Yes we charged for that service and it was expected so it wasn't a surprise. We were grateful he did it. The hitch that came with the RV didn't attached correctly and he supplied one that would. The one area of improvement - the service staff who go over the RV to make sure everyhting is in working order need to check the rubber gaskets on the over head skylights/fans. When we got the RV home debri fell on the bed when we opended the hatch, we noted the rubber gasket had shrunk and wasn't sealing the hatch. The same thing happended in the Bathroon. We called and Kristen sas accommadating to our schedule to bring it back. The gaskets were changed in a few minutes. Over all Freedon RV is great.
