In the process of estimating, Trevor suggested a route for the conduit that was much better than I had in mind. I approved the estimate and Brandy scheduled Patrick and Zak to come out the following Monday. The guys took care of everything, even knocking down a wasp's next that Patrick discovered. We're paying $16,000+ for a brand new unit (1yr old now) that has now stopped working a minimum of 5 times and will just blow hot air into the house. We left for a 5 day vacation and our AC unit stopped working again, the result was the death of my children's pet bunny because temps in our home reached 100°. We paid extra for a box to be installed under our home for better airflow throughout the house... it doesn't work. Half of my house stays cool when the AC unit is functional while the other half feels like a sauna. Whenever I call to have things looked at, despite my extra warranty's that cost me an extra $2500+... we're told nothing is covered because we own pets. They wanted to charge me $800 to clean the coils on a 6mo AC unit. Moral of the story: they may have good reviews, but not everything that glitters is gold. Don't let them sweet talk you. We're now going to be paying this company $30,000 after interest for a subpar unit that the special warranties don't apparently cover.
