Only Samson figured…read morethe cause while others tried freon that didn't work and wanted to replace parts for $1100 to see if they might be the cause. Samson found the cause, finding some minor deterioration in the windings of the motor (loss of insulation) but explained we did not need to do anything, and motor could last 2 or more years with the smart suggestion, given motor cost, to wait until it didn't work. Competency, honesty with knowledgeable technicians is a hard to beat combination. I can recommend them without reservation.
