    Power steering leak after new pump installed at mini of Tucson.

    Took new purchase in for warranty repair. Was told extravagant lies to buy time. 6 days later my wife picked up the x5 after having the power steering pump and lines replaced. She was given this long explanation that they detailed the entire engine compartment and it was a real mess to clean up. ( we haven't even had this purchase a week) Well my wife backs it into our driveway and we find a power steering river again. I guess they didn't change what they said they did and by the photographs they certainly didn't detail anything.

    I've purchased two cars from this place now and the experience has been efficient, stress-free and overall fantastic both times. I never thought I'd say that about a car dealership before but I really mean it. I didn't come in for a Mini Cooper. Those cars are stupid. I ended up here the first time because I saw a used car I liked on the Royal dealership website that just happened to be here. So I came in and walked out with a silver Hyundai that I loved. But to truly understand how awesome this place is I have to tell you the story of the second purchase. So strap in, get comfy, check the mirrors (but don't backseat drive!) as I take you on a journey with me. No, we can't stop again, I just stopped so you could pee fifteen minutes ago, just go in that cup, we should've been there an hour ago! Anyhoozle, my silver Hyundai got totaled. (Not my fault.) I can't go without a car at my job and I desperately needed to get my hands on some wheels. In a panic I went back to Mini of Tucson because I didn't have anywhere else to turn and the familiarity was like a warm embrace letting me know that everything was gonna be okay. And it was. I spoke with Sam Rodriguez about needing a car and worrying that it was gonna cost me a fortune. I gave him a few parameters on what I was looking for in terms of miles and my monthly budget. This is when I should mention that the Royal dealership employees don't work on commission. They're on salary. So I wasn't talked into anything I didn't want and didn't get the up-sell on any gaudy luxury vehicle I didn't need. I even asked Sam if I should get a new car and he said that with all the ridiculous fees I'd end up over budget. He talked me OUT OF IT! I was honestly expecting to walk out with some lame buggy that the ladies would laugh at like I was hanging out the passenger side of my best friend's ride while trying to holla at them but Sam pointed me toward a genuinely nice whip that fit perfectly within my budget. He crunched the numbers and gave me an exact monthly payment amount. I've heard stories from friends who've gone to other dealerships saying their monthly payment amounts change from one minute to the next or they don't get a straight answer. I even got different options. I saw a printout that told me how much my payment would be with no money down, $200 down, $500 down, etc. And that price I agreed to was the exact amount I now pay every month without tricks or BS fees. A couple of friends told me their experiences with lesser dealerships were nowhere near that easy. Car salesmen and women are awful people. They will trick you or pressure you or straight up lie. But not these folks. So when I'm ready to upgrade my ride to something that's not a Mini Cooper because those cars are stupid I know who I'll call.

    This was by far my best experience in car buying, and I've purchased my share of vehicles. Matt, Sam, Nate, Mike and the rest of the team made the process painless. Dare I say PLEASANT?! I highly recommend them. Can't wait to see what it's like to own a Mini. I've always been a Honda person. Change is good!

    As a proud mini owner, I'm so happy that we finally have a mini dealership in town. It is a place that makes any Mini lover's heart skip a beat. The display areas are well-designed and full of beauties. Some of the newest models are just so -- AHHHH, *gasp* -- dreamy! Service was also excellent. I took my car in for a check-up as I suspected my transmission was acting up. Because the mechanic did not find out what was wrong with my transmission specifically, it did not charge me anything. Plus, they reset my computer signals and cleaned my car, and gave me a brand new loaner for 3 days, at NO COSTS! I was blown away by their customer service. If you have a mini, or would love to have a mini, definitely check out this place. It has all the reasons why I am a die-hard mini fan.

    2018 Mini Countryman All4 JCW

    Sales Manager George K and Salesman Matt R made buying our 2018 Mini Country All4 JCW and pleasant affair. Yesterday we drove to Tucson to pickup the car they found for us. No surprises. Car was exactly as described, fun to drive and paper work was completed in short order. We went to leave for lunch and they presented my wife with a dozen red roses (nice touch). Yesterday was my first visit to Mini of Tucson and they were well stocked in new cars and if for some reason you don't see what you want they will try to locate it for you. I just moved this dealership up on the professional, honest and integrity scale. True test of who I want to do business with. Give them a try if you are in the market for a really fun car!

    A rare positive rating for a dealership, but this was absolutely earned!…read more Woke up to a completely dead 2500 diesel pickup that is our only vehicle and also the tow vehicle for our traveling home. Stressed with upcoming appointments and work, we needed the truck to be seen quickly. Thankfully it was still under warranty and we were able to get it towed to Larry H. Miller Dodge to get looked at. After the drop off I immediately received a call from Adolfo who listened to any potential details I had to share which could have impacted the sudden issue with the truck. The truck was inspected and tested within a few hours. I also had an issue with how the tow truck driver loaded the truck onto his and they inspected that for damage as well. I received a summary of my visit via text with details about each issue they found. There was a bit of upselling in the app (cabin filter, brake fluid change, rear diff change) but was not pressured when I asked questions about them. Overall, they were quick and thorough getting me the truck back within the day. Adolfo was amazing! Providing a lot of detail about the visit, showing me past vehicle maintenance information, and walking me through how it might have happened.     PLEASE READ: I recently had my truck serviced by Larry H Miller Dodge ram of Tucson, on 22nd St…read more Their team did a complete inspection and provided me with a list of about 2k worth of "recommended services". I approved all of these recommendations. They performed multiple services, including a complete tune-up. When I receive the truck back, I noticed that the tire sensor was still broken and my dashboard was reading that I had two 2 low tires.. The faulty tire sensor was one of the only issues that I mentioned when I turning in my truck. I do not feel like confident about this Dodge Certified tune-up. It is my understanding the the truck receives a complete inspection to diagnose issues, including "low tires" or faulty sensors. When I was given the list of the 7 recommended services, despite being higher than my trusted mechanic, I approved all recommended services because of the Dodge certification. The dealership did not recommend a new sensor or note that I had low tires. I simply received the truck back with a blaring low tire symbol on the dashboard. How can I feel confident about a professional inspection and tune up, when something this obvious was missed? When I brought the truck back in to report the oversight, the dealership was happy to quote me on 2 new sensors. I feel like I gave their team a chance to fix the oversight, but they were more interested in the upsell. I do not feel confident in the work I already paid 2k for. I will be contacting Dodge Corporate.
