Sales person who helped us, told us that the vehicle we came to look at was already in the process of being purchased. He was told what we could afford, so he shows us a car that was well above our price point. We said no. He then said he was going to make sure the vehicle we wanted was actually purchased and lo and behold, the purchase did not go through. Went for a test drive, and started the purchase process. He gave us a quote that was almost 200.00 per month over what we said we could afford, with a 9.99% interest rate because my son had never purchased a vehicle before, even though he has an "excellent" credit rating. We said it was too much and he just walked away. Wound up getting a better car through Carvana without the hassle. What a waste of time. Never again. read more
