I am resending my first review. After having the vehicle long enough to make 3 payments on it, the struts had to be replaced it was a cost of $2,800+ . I am appalded that your sales staff would offer me such a horrible horrible car. Struts are nothing to fool around with. They knew they were bad when they sold it to me. How do I know that because the technician that looked at my vehicle , told me he did the trade in inspection on this vehicle and on his paperwork had written that he HIGHLY recommended the struts be replaced before you put it up for sale. Shame on all of them at Audi. Thank goodness for Chapman Honda as they did everything in their power to make this situation as good as it could get. I am appalded at this team of SCAM ARTISTS. MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH!!! I AM REQUESTING A MEETING WITH SALES MQNAGER AND THE SALES PERSON THAT OFFERED A HORRIBLE , UNSAFE CAR FOR ME TO DRIVE WITH A PRICE TAG OF OVER $15,000. I recently had a warning pop up when I was driving on the interstate. It was a in your face kinda worrisome warning. I was able to pull into the closest small town and have it checked out before proceeding home. I scheduled a service appointment the same day for the following week. Audi has always been accommodating with service appointments. I will say I love that they brought back their loaner car availability, because getting a ride via uber was no fun! Maybe the way the new generation does it but I disliked it. My service advisor William was great. They were suggesting not to replace sensor but I had another trip to PHX and didn't want that warning to pop up again. They ordered the part and the wrong part came in. A extra day to wait but very very thankful to have a loaner car, especially because my brother was in his last days on earth. With the loaner car I was able to be with my brother every day! Once the part came in, the car was serviced and my car was all cleaned up with a fresh car wash! Thankful again for a wonderful service at Audi. Thank you to my service advisor William. read more

However, we all were disappointed in the many unsuccessful attempts to restore the car to its full capability.
