My family's experience was so bad, I had to write this warning so people can make an informed decision on whether they want to take the chance. My family and I have purchased three vehicles with Enterprise at the Speedway location in Tucson. In 2017, I purchased my first vehicle with Enterprise, and it was such a smooth and easy experience that when my wife was ready to purchase a vehicle in 2024, we chose to work with Enterprise again. The experience with purchasing my wife's car was mostly smooth, but we did have our first encounter with the manager of this location, Robby. I don't have enough characters in this review to give all the details, but long story short Robby displayed aggressive behavior in attempting to strong arm my wife into paying for something Enterprise agreed to pay for on the day of sale. After reflecting on my most recent experience with Robby, this seems to be a tactic he frequently uses. Despite the initial encounter with Robby, we were still satisfied enough with our experience and the cars we purchased to recommend friends and family to utilize Enterprise for their car purchasing needs. We were so satisfied that we decided to utilize Enterprise for a third time in 2026 to trade in my first vehicle and purchase a newer one. The sales representative we worked with was fairly new at his job, but he was an overall pleasant person to deal with. The representative made representations consistently via text and verbally about the amount that would need to be paid for the vehicle at close. Based on what was represented and agreed on, we decided to purchase the vehicle outright without financing as we had done with our last vehicle in 2024. After spending many hours in the Enterprise office getting the paperwork together, we confirmed with the representatives several times that everything was in order before finalizing the sale. The purchase was completed May 13. Sometime before Independence Day, I noticed that on June 29th I had missed calls from a number I was not familiar with. I listened to the voice message left by the number and discovered it was the sales representative from Enterprise vaguely referencing the need for me to complete financing on the vehicle I purchased a month and a half ago. This was strange to me as we had paid for the car in full. The following days I was also sent text messages and on the 3rd of July, while I was on vacation, Robby began calling me and my wife. My wife attempted to call Robby back on the 5th but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. On the 6th my wife called Enterprise to figure out what was going on because it began to feel like some kind of scam was underway. Robby initially spoke with my wife and was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, speaking over her and insisting that we did not pay the full amount and actually owed them money. At one point my wife inquired why Enterprise was attempting to contact us over a sale which had been completed over a month and a half prior, and Robby falsely claimed that Enterprise had been attempting to contact us "for a long time." My wife corrected Robby that Enterprise had only contacted us within the last week, and Robby replied by stating "Oh I don't know I just found out about this recently." Which further fuels the suspicion that Robby is willing to obfuscate the facts to leverage the situation in his favor. His willingness to lie doesn't inspire confidence that he is representing the matter accurately. My wife attempted to communicate with Robby about the events prior, and he told us that his sales representative was new and made a mistake in how much he told us to pay. Robby began demanding we "make it right" and made claims of how "nothing in life is free" and we "have to pay what we owe." At this point my wife conferences me into the call and Robby grew increasingly frustrated with us, stating we needed "to make it right" implying we did something wrong during the sales process when clearly he was trying to shift blame for some mistake that was made on their end. Ultimately, we paid what was asked of us on the date of purchase, if there was a mistake on Enterprise's part, I'm unsure how I can "make it right", and I certainly don't appreciate being aggressively harassed on vacation or during my workday. I also don't appreciate Robby attempting to make it sound like I have done something morally wrong. I will never deal with Enterprise Sales in Tucson again as long as Robby is manager. read more

I was a little worried when I saw how few vehicles they had... but we still journeyed in and were greeted by Mark, who directed us to Jordan. Jordan was very friendly and was asking us the expected questions 1) what we were looking for 2) amenities we wanted 3) budget. We knew we wanted a three row SUV for our growing family, so he pulled up a Dodge Journey on his computer to show us. It was a little over our ideal budget, but we still decided to look. After taking it on a test drive and inspecting it, we were sold on it! It was a 2017, with 36,000 miles on it, so we began the paperwork. What I think sold us the most was the security in knowing everything about the vehicle, as well as it having new tires, an oil change, and a one year warranty should anything happen. The only downfall I can see is the limited inventory. They do get vehicles quickly, and if you want to check one out that's located in Phoenix, they'll bring it to their location at no charge to you. My wife and I popped into Enterprise looking for a gently used, reliable vehicle. After a nightmarish jaunt to a used car lot, where the response to our request to test-drive a vehicle was "sure, if it starts", the experience we had at Enterprise was one of the best vehicle purchase adventures we've ever had. Joaquin Gutierrez was the salesman assisting us, with a great personality, knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in, and not at all pushy. Kerri Gideon, the sales manager on duty, made things quick, painless and straight-forward. Both employees were fun and personable, which made the experience that much more pleasant. Everything was explained to us clearly, including our options and clear costs laid out for each option. There were no "surprises" when the contract was introduced, and I find it impressive that in addition to the taxes and licensing, the only additional cost is a $200 docking fee. Open on Sundays, which is part of the reason why we ended up here! Lastly, after we got the vehicle home, we noticed a very small issue of a cracked hubcap. I had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Hector sold me the car. He had received my name after I expressed interest in buying a used car while I was renting a car through enterprise. At first, the two calls in two days seemed a little pushy and we even went to another dealer where a friend worked first. But they weren't listening to us there, and our "friend" had forgotten we were coming in and had left for the day without informing his favorite sales rep to help us out, so we weren't committed to working with that company. So, we went to Enterprise. One reason that steered us there was that my fiance's brother works for Enterprise and we knew we would receive Something of a discount, if not much. But when I got there, it wasn't a pushy feeling whatsoever from beginning to end. They allowed us time to discuss and go back and forth among one another, not butting in to try and upsell us on some of the extras and add-ons. It wasn't a hard sale. Our other car is busted and we want to save up for a new transmission and have two cars, so we knew we wanted to walk away with a car. We even tried the pickle suit guy first, and weren't approved, even though the add says a nickle and a job gets you a car. That is not the case. But we were somehow approved at Enterprise. They worked with us. It isn't a high monthly bill for this car. I paid a little extra to add on tinting and tire warranties, but it's an amazing warranty for engine-related problems for a long time(I have a bad memory, but I know it's an amazing warranty). With our credit and low income, I wasn't sure how it would work, but we came in with a decent-sized down payment and it worked out. I'm very happy with the car. I've stopped by twice to ask for help with stupid things, like how the A/C works in a way I want it to, or to have it cleaned and some gas put in it (because I couldn't do it on the date of purchase). To top it all off, we had to bring our 2 and a half year old and they have toys, but this is a semi-long process (I believe it took around 3 hours, but I didn't have a great concept of time and wasn't paying attention to that). For a toddler, that's forever. In order to allow me and my fiance to be able to listen to all the important parts throughout the sale, one of the women, named Emily, put aside her work, and played with my daughter for at least half an hour and then ten minutes on and off when needed. It was amazing! I felt respected. From the beginning, Hector told me over the phone, "Just come in here and we'll figure it out" in response to the small list of concerns that were stressing me out. I was already anticipating the fact that I wouldn't qualify and I pictured us all on the bus going to work, daycare, the grocery store, in July and August especially! I was already future-tripping, and he was relaxed and he was right-they figured it out. We had three people total working on things for us (not including the babysitter-*not a guarantee, just a lucky day for us :) Finally, I wasn't going to be able to leave with the car that day because they wanted checks or money orders and I had debit cards and cash, but they agreed to take a combination of three cards and $700 in cash to make the total down payment so I could leave with my new car that day. The car has great gas mileage and is perfect for our little growing family. It's a Kia, which I was nervous about, but the company has improved enough to feel confident in providing an unheard-of warranty. I'm a Honda girl and my fiance is a Toyota man, but we are sold on this car so far and the experience was truly outstanding. Thanks Enterprise, we appreciate all the effort, calm attitudes, and understanding and compassionate responses. You all really helped make a daunting experience feel comfortable and I feel trust with this company now. I would recommend them to friends and family and that says a lot. read more
