Can't say enough about Al at Noble Motors. I gave Al a call telling him I was very interested in a particular vehicle and that I was driving in from Maricopa. I asked if he could hold the vehicle until I made it down to Tucson. Vehicle was out front so he pulled it around back. Once there my wife and I took it for a test drive. Once we made it back I wanted to address a few issues with the vehicle. Valve cover was leaking oil and it was a little wobbly on the test drive. Btw I'm pretty knowledgeable with cars and I do alot of work on my vehicles myself.... so anyhow Al set the car up for repairs immediately with his mechanic. He told me it may take a few hours or so for repairs, so the wife and I got a bite to eat and checked out a movie. Once back at the dealership, valve cover was replaced along with a bad motor mount. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service I received from Noble Motors! All paperwork was signed and we were on our way back home in no time! bought a used car and the very next day the check engine light went on, car needed 2 motor sensors effecting emissions, business owner refused to cover the cost to repair the vehicle, after a fight and threatening to take him to court they bought the car back from me without having to pay a $500 restocking fee, it is against the law for used car dealers to sell a car that wont pass the emissions test here in Arizona,,, I believe they cleared the check engine light before I bought the car hoping it would not come back on for a couple of days !,, stay away from thease small used car dealers and deal with someone more reputable !,,, also they tack on some $500 for legal fee's to the advertised price of the car plus tax !,,,, so a $4000, vehicle will cost you $4800 !,,, I'm glad the deal diden't go through, I found something a lot better for the money, this clown thinks it's ok to have people that complain, he won't be in business too much longer, read more

So after a month of my car sitting there we figured out our water pump was going out the only reason it wasn't leaking was because there was no water in it to begin with they gave it to us with no water so we would see no leak so it turns out our new Mustang had the same problem our old Avalon had so I'll end up fixing the Mustang and making payments when I could have just fix my Avalon that was paid for but the good news is I have a relative that's a lawyer as soon as we find a loophole that they try to use will be settling this read more

Please do yourself a favor... Heck... Do ME a favor. Do not buy a car from this lot. We came to Noble Motors with the intention of buying a cheap car that ran well for our soon-to-be expanding family. We expected honesty somewhere in the mix too. We were shown a monstrously inflated retail value (to find this out 4 months too late) with a promise that pre-existing mechanical faults had been fixed as well. The very NEXT DAY, not 24 hours after purchasing the car, I was stuck on the side of the road. We got the car towed to a "trusted repair shop" that Noble recommended - keep in mind they used the phrase "we will take care of it". After the repair had been done, Noble then expected US to cover the $200 engine failure related repair. After an unnecessarily long argument outside the repair shop, they gave in and paid for the repair. No hard feelings, no harm done. We were happy and moving on with the repaired car. Next week rolls around. SAME problem with the engine failure only this time, the car was overheating drastically and couldn't be driven more than a few hundred feet before the engine shut itself down. We make a call to Noble yet again and told them that if my husband repaired the overheating problem by himself, we wanted the engine problem fixed again. So spending $100 to fix a cracked reservoir tank in our tiny apartment complex parking lot was another joy we got to experience with a car we bought less than a week prior. After towing our car back to that same repair shop, it sat there as I missed work for a week due to no transportation. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so they sent it to yet another repair shop and found the problem. We were told by Noble that they were not going to pay anything towards this second time in the shop even though this was the same engine related failure from before. Eventually, they gave in once again to pay for the repair. I do understand that not everyone will have this experience as cars can be unpredictable, especially used cars - But less than 24 HOURS off the lot? Please. And to find out (while trying to trade in this bad omen of a vehicle 4 months later) that we were given an inflated value of OVER $9,000 at the point of sale? We got duped, we got duped BAD. Not to mention, the oil life was at 10% off the lot, the wiper fluid was empty, and they gave the car to us on an empty tank of gas - all things that usually come as a courtesy service from dealerships when spending money on a car. Their excuse was that they were "losing so much money selling below the retail value, that it was in our best interest to take care of those things ourselves". Overlooked. In Noble Motors' favor, they have a great customer service face - they took responsibility for the repairs after haggling, offered to buy us dinner, etc. But the reality of it is that they saw that my husband and I were young parents-to-be, looking for a cheap car, and gave us a severe run-around. My family has bought two cars from here. Both have been great cars. One we've had for a few years with no problems. The other had some minor issues; the horn didn't work and the tires wore out quick. We called up and let them know, and they were more than happy to help us out and fix the issues, mind you we only have had the car a couple weeks when we notice the issue. I believe in providing feedback and giving a good review, when deserving, as this is how many of us determine what businesses to give our hard-earned money to. In this case, I wish I could give them a negative, no star rating! To begin, I communicated with the main salesperson throughout an entire day, discussing every detail surrounding my interest in a truck they had posted in their online inventory. I made an appointment to go in to see this specific truck after work the same day of our communication. Well, to my surprise, they sold it right before I got there. They begged me to take a look at a different truck, which I did, and I ended up buying it. I indicated that I would be taking it to my own mechanic the next day, and the salesperson replied, "oh, yes, of course, just let us know how that goes". When I reported back to the salesperson regarding the various issues that my mechanic found, he denounced all of it, and told me I needed to get a new mechanic (one I fully trust and have gone to for 25 years). Over the next 2 days, it became very evident that they weren't planning to take care of any of it. The very worst part of all of this agonizing ordeal, in which I have been deceived and lied to repeatedly, is that I paid them via 2 separate checks.... 1 they could cash immediately, and the other absolutely could not be cashed until I closed on my house, which is August 16th. To ensure that there wouldn't be any snags, I sent multiple emails to the salesperson, as well as multiple text messages, none of which were replied to. This afternoon, I found out from my bank that they cashed the 2nd check today and completely drained my account prior to the date we agreed upon. Buyer, please beware! I'm sure you can find a more reputable, honest used car place to do business with and to give your money to. I will never go through Noble Motors again. Long story short, I was coerced from good people to good people and made out with a great car at a cheaper rate than I could've imagined. Worst car buying experience I've had, got Yelp specifically for this. Owner was away and left a family friend in charge? The man was unable to verify any question without calling the owner to the point where the owner was on speaker for the latter part of my experience. The man was uncomfortable with a solo test drive which is understandable, but he was also uncomfortable with going on the freeway and did not allow this or any speed over 40. Him and the owner kept pressuring for an application submittal and wanted 2k down for a 14k car. I've financed cars more expensive and less expensive all with 0 down. The lender ultimately decides how much but with a fico over 700, 0 down is no problem especially being less expensive. Tried countering and negotiating, and was met with comments disrespecting financial security and credit. Still tried to make it work and wanted to test drive again before making a final decision, at which point the owner (over the phone still) begins yelling at his friend "No! No more test drives!" That pushed me over the edge and I ended negotiations. Each and every single car had cobwebs and were filthy, some rusty, and some leaking oil. Noble motors was my last resort because my credit isnt very good. I was a little sceptical with dealing with a smaller used car dealer. Figuring the cars werent as good..or that i would get hit with high costs.i was wrong! I ended up buying a 2014 impala from them.bought it at fair market value . ive had the car a week so far and all is well. Took it to the oreillys to change the oil and inspect the car, it came back with no issues. I love the car and the people at noble are very nice. Theyre not pushy and they work with you. Absolutely a nightmare of a purchase. Should have seen the writing on the wall when I pulled out of the parking lot and the gas light came on. I have had the vehicle just a few long expensive months. First the timing chain, them the rear main seal, had to replaced the rotors, power steering pump went out then a leaking transmission, now the distributor burnt out. All this and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the windshield wiper blades they said they replaced but only tore off the hanging rubber. What a horrible experience ! read more

I was very surprised when I found out you were having problems, I made an appointment at brake masters location near you immediately. Jay the manager at Brake masters could not duplicate the problem you were having. He test drove for 6 miles with his diagnose equipment no problems were found as courtesy the spark plugs and wires were replaced and Noble motors paid for the service. A few days later you complained about the same problem, It was sent to Brake Masters once again and he could not duplicate the problem. At that point I personally test drove the car for about 30 miles and found the problem and Steve our master Tech was called right away and corrected the problem, at no cost you. A week later my Office manager called and you to follow up, and you were thankful, for our efforts and you were pleased. At that point once the problem was resolved on the 4th of July weekend in good faith we bought dinner for you and your family, but you failed to show up.
