When I went to the dealership, they tried using my confirmation code to match the number on the board and said I didn't win and said they also ran out of earbuds to give to people who didn't win. I stated that the serial number determines the prize awarded, but they disagreed, even though it says it on the ad. When I was getting ready to leave, another employee talked to me and confirmed that it is the serial number you need to compare to the board, so no one at this place has the same information theyre sharing to people. Regardless, I made sure to compare the serial number to the board and didn't see a match either for some reason. My question is, What is the point of having the lottery card game and saying you need to match the symbols if it doesn't mean that you're going to win anything? That's false advertising. Additionally, I also called the "winners call" number (since I thought I won something since I had a match across on the lottery ticket) and entered in my confirmation code, and the line confirmed that I won a prize and it's been reserved, but why even have that number and make the person go through all these steps if the dealership says you lose anyway? Your ad is incredibly misleading and if you made tickets for everyone to "win" just so that they could come down to your dealership for a prize that doesn't exist, then that is super lame. If this is how your business operates, I can't imagine what sketchy "promotions" you'll lie to people about in order for them to buy a car. TLDR; business sent out lottery tickets and I got all 6 in a row; called the line and it confirmed I won a prize, went to dealership and they gave me incorrect information and also told me I didn't win anything and they ran out of consolation earbuds.

Before buying it, I asked many direct questions to make sure there was nothing wrong with it, and I was repeatedly assured that everything was fine. Even on the test drive, it seemed fine. Almost immediately after leaving the lot, I started noticing issues. I took it to a mechanic, and it turned out the vehicle had numerous major problems that will cost more than $15,000 to repair. Issues with the battery being replaced with a cheap version not suitable for the vehicle, all the suspension was inoperable, motor mounts were all bad, and much more. These were serious problems that should have been obvious to anyone familiar with the vehicle. There is no way they did not know there were significant issues, yet they sold it to me anyway without disclosing them. What makes it even worse is that after the sale, they were no help at all in spite of my many attempts. They showed no interest in making it right, even though this vehicle was clearly not what they represented it to be. On top of that, they also took several months to complete the paperwork needed for the license plate, which only added to the frustration and inconvenience. In my experience, this dealership was dishonest, careless, and completely unwilling to stand behind what they sold. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle from MG Motors to think twicei. I would never buy from them again.

However for each car they have a printout of their inspection (see photo). The inspection shows what they checked but also more importantly at the bottom it lists what is still wrong with the car. They have a warranty for all cars with less than 80,000 miles. Their sign says "warranty forever." This obviously doesn't apply to everything but they tell you what is included. Their cars over 120,000 miles are as-is. I think from a full disclosure standpoint this place looks great. We probably would have bought a car, if we lived in Tucson. The only problem with the warranty is that you would need to bring the car back for the covered repairs. Definitely worth the look for those looking for used cars.

We appreciate that Precision offers a low pressure buying experience. We've all been to a business where salespeople swoop in like vultures. There is nothing worse when you're trying to make a major dollar decision than to have someone breathing down your neck for their commission. It's awful! We appreciate that Precision respects its customers enough to provide ample time and space to make a decision. When we were ready to upgrade our vehicles, we returned to Precision because we knew we would get a fair price on our trade-in and purchase. Precision made the entire process painless, but the best part is knowing that we were purchasing a car that had been thoroughly checked out by the mechanics at Precision, Inc. We have yet to have a mechanical problem with any of the four cars we have purchased through Precision Auto Sales and they will definitely be where we return to when we're ready to upgrade again.
