I had another vehicle in mind, but before we looked I told her what I wanted it to have. As I mentioned the options she checked them off. When I finished they had one on site. It had everything I wanted, when I began looking at it, I asked Tricia for a comparison as to the my original choice. Like size, power and a few other thing, Tricia answered all of my questions knowledgeably. We took a test drive and she could tell I still had questions on my mind. She suggested going home to think about it and research it a bit more, I was a bit shocked, a car sales person actually telling me to think about in and not to leave without signing, We returned the next day to buy the vehicle.
