Their automated system allows you to either accept or deny certain recommendations and gives you a good idea of what the cost is going to be. I will say that some services are way overpriced ($128 each for cabin and engine air filters). Now as for the wait, that was all on me. The service department did offer to get me a Lyft to breakfast and back because my house was about 45 mins away and may have an issue getting a Lyft back, so I opted just to hang out. Will I go back? Most likely for Land Rover specific services only.

I asked them to check my brakes because I was concerned about a noise, but I was told it was just brake dust. They also explained that diagnosing the issue would take several weeks to schedule since they didn't have time to look into it more thoroughly that day. One thing that stood out was seeing an employee eating at the service counter while there was a line of customers waiting. I don't think that's the best look for customer service. Overall, the service was fast, and the prices were fair.

Originally, I was seen on the Cadillac side, which was top notch, but then they moved me to the Buick GMC side. The Buick GMC side is very busy but efficient. They do charge an extra 3% for credit card, so use your debit, check or cash. I have switched to a different make, but if I ever need service I will come back. Not much upselling, everything recommended is correct. Like I said, very busy.

I was able to drive my car the two miles to my house, called the insurance company and called for a tow. Tho call was at approximately 10:30AM. My car finally got towed around 6 PM. In the meantime, Carla made it her mission to stay late waiting for my car. I know she stayed past 7:00 PM. In her own words she didn't want me to worry about my vehicle over the weekend. As you can see in my reviews, I do not go out of my way to paint businesses on a bad light and have great relationships with many Tucson organizations and businesses, as I really do want to shed light on great spots in Tucson. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I've stated nothing but truth in my post. Their statements in response are the opposite. False, blatant lies and unprofessional. So much so that it's not even worth addressing each one. This exchange should be all you need to see. Don't let this be you. Choose literally any other dealership to avoid this bad business. *One more thing I forgot to mention was about their We-O, not sure if that's how it's spelled but if you're buying a car from them you'll know what I'm talking about. They will tell you that if it's on there they will take care of the service. But be careful because they will actually prolong fixing it by telling you whatever they can, until they can tell you that "it's been so long, their no longer bound to that document." I would definitely suggest ensuring you love the car as is if you're going to make a purchase with this corrupt business man.
