First let me start off by saying my vehicle hasn't been serviced yet. Why, because the insurance adjuster has not been down to see the vehicle yet. What, or should I say who, was great was Carla. She s the front desk lady, she is who greets you when you walk in and who answers the phone. This past Friday my vehicle was involved in a collision. I was able to drive my car the two miles to my house, called the insurance company and called for a tow. Tho call was at approximately 10:30AM. My car finally got towed around 6 PM. In the meantime, Carla made it her mission to stay late waiting for my car. I know she stayed past 7:00 PM. In her own words she didn't want me to worry about my vehicle over the weekend. A bad situation that had the best outcome. So I had a little fender bender while leaving work one day. My intact 2011 BMW 528 sustained a broken headlight and a crease on my number and what I thought was minor damage. I contacted my fav advisor at BMW and he suggested I call Royal Collision as they do most of their work. I went on line and followed the instructions and sent their manager, Belliny, an email with all the information required plus a few pictures of the damage. As soon as he arrived at work he replied and asked me a few more questions. He explained that there are a few components and brackets that hold everything together and securely in place. Impossible to know if the parts are damaged until they take the bumper off. I mentioned that we were on our way out of town that following Monday and he offered to have my car dropped off so they could start working on it. I arrived at the time specified on that Monday and was greeted with a smile! The service advisor Wales out with us to take down the mileage, make note of any damage and secure the keys. He explained that someone would be giving me a call or email me with the next steps. Once they removed the bumper, they found the other components and brackets that had unfortunately been damaged as feared. Belliny, the shop manager sent me pictures and called me to explain the additional charges. He wanted me to have all the information so that I could either continue with the self pay route or contact my insurance. I made my decision and he assured me that my baby would be taken care off. Upon our return from our vacation, I got an update and due to an unforeseen part delivery delay, my car wouldn't be ready on Friday as expected. Let me reassure everyone that I was already extreme pleased with the constant communication back and forth when Belliny asked me if it would help me out to have my beautifully washed and fixed car delivered to the BMW dealership where I could pick it up on Saturday as they are closed on the weekends. This is going above and beyond. This entire experience was wonderful and made all the difference. If by chance you need an awesome dependable honest body repair shop, do yourself a favor and head straight here! They did a great job on the repair of the BMW finish and glass sunroof repair. The only knock on them, is that they didn't identify the damage to track on the motorized interior liner from the accident. Consequently, the sunroof interior liner was not replaced while the insurance claim was in progress. I'll take my wins when I can. At least it looks great. read more

What a mess! Zero communication, pushed back the date of pick up over 6 times- they have had the car for over a MONTH! After continually saying it will be ready Monday...no Wednesday, no Friday... for 2 weeks in a row- they finally said it would be ready today (many Mondays later) at 12- got here at twelve and they said they needed ANOTHER 1/2 hour to clean it. The guy in charge Was not good about keeping me in the loop- had to keep calling the rental car place to adjust to the changes After fighting it, they took over the rental car lease since it was so past due and insurance wouldn't cover it, . Update: Went back to get hood buffed out, and to get a missing under the hood sticker. Can't fix the paint. Repair shops really need to figure out how to duplicate the spray patterns used at factories. Anthony was willing to address my concerns and did so accordingly. Needed a new front bumper and grill. Since I bought our car from Royal, and have been extremely pleased with their service, I decided to have them do the repair work as well. They had it done in two days, rather than the three they estimated, the final cost was right at the estimated cost, and I have a new car! I needed to have my hood repainted on my Escalade ESV after it was keyed a couple years ago. That part of the service went fine. The issue now is after 3 years, the paint job is fading. When I took it back to get redone under the warranty, I was told it would not be covered cause I use a car wash to clean the vehicle. Originally I was told not to use a car wash for the first 2 weeks, which I complied with. Additionally the roof paint is also fading. We have 2 others cars (Toyota and Chevrolet) that are older and go through the same car wash without any issues. It's sad they don't stand by their product and warranty. read more

This is the second time we have used royal collision center to fix our lexus rx450. We went back because they did such a great job last time. Belliny, justin, Anthony and , darn it, I forgot the ladies name at the front desk, were all extremely courteous, efficient and accommodating, I had to have my car back quickly due to an upcoming our of town trip, and I got it back in 2 days. Not huge major damage, but their ability to get it back to me quickly was appreciated The people who did the repair did an excellent job and my car is brand new looking, This is definitely the place to go if you want expert fast courteous service. My 2014 Ford Explorer was in a collision in 2017. Left front panel,bumper and suspension was damaged. Royal repaired and everything was fine. Recently I was having a 4 wheel alignment and discovered that caster on the left wheel was out of spec. Took it back to Royal, no hassle, they adjusted the subframe, did a free front end alignment and even washed the car! These guys stand by their work even after 4 years.
