Wow! This place is amazing. If you own a Mini and you care about it, this is the shop to take it to. The guys are all so incredibly nice and they genuinely care about your car. I have been living in Tucson for just 6 months and cannot believe how lucky I am to have found this shop. What a relief! They are super knowledgable and competitively priced. On both visits, they went above and beyond and addressed issues they noticed needed attention, even without my asking. No charge. They don't even tell you they provided extra service. I picked up my car on Friday and later realized some existing damage to my front bumper was dramatically improved. My car was there for a totally unrelated issue and they put time into repairing the damage bc they noticed it (and they care). They are not even a body shop! We brought our 2011 335i in to have the AC looked at; we've had the car a couple of years and have always had trouble with the AC. The previous owner had it serviced at the dealer and the dealer said there was nothing wrong with the AC. Thank you to the staff at Little Germany who were helpful with scheduling our appointment. I came in to fix an oil leak. I was told it would take four hours, but they were backed up which was fine. After three business days of them having my car, I asked for an update. I was told they hadn't started working on my car, and my new quote was double what it originally was. The new quote was more in line with other garages, but I wasn't expecting my quote to change much. I ended up taking seven business days for the repair. They seemed like nice people, but they could communicate better and are understaffed. read more

On November 15, 23 I took my 2008 Audi A4 to the shop for 45K service and Brake flush, was told it would take three and one half hours for the work to be completed. After exactly 2 hours I received the call that I can pickup my car and the bill came to over $700 which I was not quoted. The labor charge was $525 and $200 and some for the rest. How can Little Germany charge $525 labor for 2 hours of work and then I was told there are a few things needing to be fixed next time I bring in my car. They stated I have an oil leak on the engine which I never had before and it's still not leaking. I called Audi Tucson and was told the 45K service is $205 and the Brake flush $170. This is the last time I will take my car to this shop, it's the biggest ripoff I ever encountered I would give a zero star if that would be possible read more

When I brought my Mini in and saw the service area full of others, I knew I was in the right place! I bought mine in CA and needed an oil change and light fixed, but worst of all, my back hatch was rattling something crazy on these rough Tucson roads. I know fixing complaints about noises can be challenging but Chris provided absolutely excellent service spending extra time diagnosing by process of elimination what the jarring rattle was and making it disappear. It's like I have a new car! Don't take your Mini to the dealership or anywhere else! These folks will give you the best service and value for your money. read more

Just picked up my Mini Cooper from Little Germany. I have never experienced such a nice place to have my car repaired. Very friendly and honest and my car is running like new. My only complaint is they wouldn't be able to work on my Honda since they only work on Mini's, BMW, VWs and Volvos. Chris was very patient and kind. read more

I used to get my MINI Cooper serviced at the only MINI dealership in Tucson. However, I had an unfortunate experience there with my most recent service. As a result, I came to Little Germany for service after a friend recommended this shop to me. Chris is very friendly, honest, and accommodating. When I got a check engine light, he was able to take care of my car that day. He is very thorough and answers all questions. He gets everything done very quickly and keeps me updated about the repairs. The pricing here is also very good compared to the MINI dealership (obviously!). I've found it to be difficult to find any repair shop in Tucson that is experienced with MINI Coopers, so I'm glad that I found Little Germany. I hope that I don't become a frequent customer here, but if my car ever acts up, I know that I can trust Little Germany to take good care of him. read more

The crew at LG has resolved two vexing problems on my A-4's. One was unstable headlights which wouldn't stay level after the sensor was replaced. The shop which replaced it had 3 attempts to fix it, and the dealer said "everything looks good" - like I was making it up. LG diagnosed it correctly and fixed it right away. I also had a CEL running for almost 4 years. Was diagnosed as "high fuel pressure at the rail", but no one could make it go away. Spent 3 days at the dealer in Burlington VT ($800,00 for nothing), several visits to independents in Burlington, Montreal Quebec, and other shops in Tucson. Little Germany ? FIXED. The tech's here know what they're doing and the front of the house staff is fabulous. You can't go wrong here. read more

Took my BMW to repair my a/c told me what it needed n the cost, mind u it was Not cheap over 600 bucks! 4 days later calls to tell me that my driver window broke, which I never had a problem with. I was not happy asked Chris what he was gonna do about it. He refused to take responsibility for it n just taped it! No apology or even try to make amends cuz my window worked before! After I picked it up to my horror! The A/C still not working!I'm taking it back cuz it's supposed to be a warranty for it. I'll post again to see if they fix it. Great customer service, honest technicians, great prices. I was ready to purchase a 2006 BMW X5 and chose to have it inspected here prior to purchase. They not only were thorough but discovered over $4000 in potential issues with the vehicle. They explained everything, created a detailed report and spared me the pain of getting raped by the stealership. Chris is awesome and every customer I saw go in and out of there in my 2 ish hours was treated with courtesy and had great rapport with the shop. I've been taking my 85 VW Scirocco for about 10 years ( when I had it ) in this shop and always, they would fix every single problem I had. Price is fair ( not expensive / not cheap ). They are honest. However, if you own an old car, they are honest enough to find problems in your old clunker and let you know ... so this would add up to your budget ... if you choose to have them repair the unexpected. This shop is the best German car repair in town. I tried some in town and I'd recommend this one highly. They would even drop me off my home if my car needs to stay overnight for repairs. read more

Since I moved to AZ I have been looking to find a small shop that seemed dependable, with good turn around time, nice customer service and good prices. I lucked out with this place because they have them all. The dealer wanted to charge me over $300 for the same services and I personally hate BMW dealerships in specific. They charged me 150 just for the diagnostic. As long as the ownership/ prices stay the same I'll be using these guys for all my services in the future. read more

I brought my BMW 328 here after reading reviews. First thing this year Jan 2020. Now I feel all these good reviews are FAKE because I received horrible service. I feel this company lacks integrity, customer service and knowledge of the product. Chris seemed nice to talk to and comforting but he lacks knowledge of he most common BMW made. I brought my car for a battery change and bad idle. He wanted to charge me $1200 for sparks plugs and battery change. Ridiculous. I said please only change what is needed not replace everything. Lack of communication also. I dropped my car off on a Monday and he didn't call me until Wednesday. I came out on a Friday to find out a list of items are now no longer working on my caR. Windows not working, turn signals not working and all the lights and hazzard lights no longer working. When I asked Chris what's going on he simply shrugged his shoulder as if he said I" don't know if these are things weren't working before'. I told him yes they were working. And he seemed to not care at all. He said listen I'll check agaiN on Monday the computer. Meanwhile my car has been there for a week now. That weekend I called BMW dealer and told me that these items sound like The Footwell module is Failing and that my car was under warranty. I called and let Chriss know. About it. He said he would check with the dealer. It is now Tuesday he said to take it there. All of a sudden he noww believes me that these things were working. As it turns out changing battery made these things failed. The dealer fixed everything. But my issue is theY tried to take the credit for tHis when I was the one who called bmw. Folks don't take your car here. Even the owner Kelly was clueless and when I asked to give me a discount she saiid she can give me 10% off parts which for an $800 bill it was $30. Considering the horrible first experience I had with them. And the rudeness of tHe mechanics. And the simple lack of compassion and knowledge. I will never bring my car near this place or refer anyone. Your best bet is to take your car to tthe dealers. They maybe expensive but will get the job done quickly and properly. Taking ypur car here will not save you any money. My car all of a sudden now has a leak in the radiator hose that did not have in the years I've had my car. The list goes on. Lastly if your a female Chris will probably try to hit on you. Horrible and unprofessional. read more

I have an 2004 Audi A4. This is the only place I have taken my baby to since I brought her from Germany. Chris is professional, friendly and knows his stuff. He even remembers who I am even though it's only a few times a year that I see him. They do excellent work and it's always prompt. She's never had to stay overnight and she has 70K miles. I've dropped my car off in the early morning or even the night before and I've never had a problem. I always leave a note and if they aren't sure what I mean they call. Their prices are competative and well worth it. Little Germany is my Audi's repair shop and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby. read more

I brought my BMW 535is in for anti-lock brake repair. Bottom line, they had no clue how to fix it. They replaced the master cylinder, brake booster and front calipers...basically throwing parts at it hoping to fix the problem. I suggested they investigate the front wheel sensors but they poo-pooed that idea. They had my car for 5 weeks, got grease all over my front floor mat and didn't fix the initial problem... but did lighten my wallet by $2,000+. I took it to another more knowledgeable shop which almost immediately located the problem in the front wheel sensors and had it fixed it less than two hours for $200 bucks. Won't be going back there for sure. read more
