First of all I want to thank Jeremy and his crew for fixing my car, the overall experience and customer service was amazing, from start to finish! He updated when possible and really took the time to get my car back on the road. I even asked for an inspection while it was there and he was also able to recommend other future services. I had called other service shops before I took it to AUTOHAUS that service Porshe's and service advisors wouldn't even try to get my buisness. The quote that Jeremy provided me was definitely fair. I look forward to taking my car there in the future! Thank you Jeremy. read more

I dropped my Porsche 911 Carrera 992.1 off to Autohaus last week for a Sport Performance Package install, including cats, valved exhaust system, intake plenum, and an ECU upgrade. They also installed 3 new dual core radiators to help deal with our desert heat. This is a daily driver. Autohaus took care of everything. They were professional, easy to work with, and most of all, very reasonably priced. The upgrades were done in a very timely manner. It went from mild to wild! For some reason, when I spoke with the mechanic and he had a German accent, I felt somewhat more at ease! Lol I highly recommend Autohaus. They will be my go-to for any work including routine maintenance in the future. read more

I had my first repair needed on my Mercedes C300 when I moved to Tucson from California. I had a shop in San Diego for years that I trusted. I took my car to see what the issue was. I was quickly shown what the problem was. I was told that this was a common issue and that Mercedes would fix under warranty! The service manager told me who to see at Mercedes. He was right, Mercedes fixed my issue and detailed my car! I now trust this business and manager. In a crazy world, it is great to see there are still honest and kind people out there. I highly recommend this business. read more

We got fed up with the terrible service department at the car dealerships so we switched both of our cars to Autohaus Tucson. We can always get a hold of them, service on our cars is always done in a timely manner, and they just know the cars better. We trust that they take good care of our cars and actually pay attention when there is an issue. Happy that we made the switch and we are supporting a local business at the same time! read more

THANK YOU JOHN, JEREMY & NATHAN. Yes I know all caps equates to "yelling" but in this case I'll yell from the rooftop their awesomeness! It would take a novel to explain what I have been through with my car and the local dealerships, a wrong diagnostic, etc. Too much to explain. The guys were amazing and invested in my safety. They were empathetic to a very unique situation that I was in regarding timing and having to travel to another state. They put my mind at ease as they found and fixed the actual problem. Now I have a car that no longer has a check engine light on and it's safe to drive! They were more than fair in pricing and service is unparalleled! I found my new auto peeps. Feeling blessed! read more

Where does one begin to describe the underwhelming service at the Tucson BMW and Mercedes dealerships? As my grandmother oft stated, "If you can't say something nice, say nothing at all." Hence, we shall leave my initial impressions unstated. Upon listening to my complaints, a friend recommended Autohaus to service our BMWs and Mercedes. Picture a thirst laden, weary soul, sore of foot and spirit, having traversed the desert and happening upon an oasis. I nearly wept with relief. I was, however, taken aback by the two Ferraris, multiple Porsches and other bespoke autos being serviced. How expensive was this going to be? Dear reader, it was extremely affordable. Further, my car was thoroughly checked and I even received advice on a different car at no charge. Unlike the local dealerships, the staff was responsive. It was easy to schedule the maintenance for my car and they did not overbook clients so I was able to wait in comfort in their front office while they performed an efficient oil change and check. I was able to observe as several people stopped by to check in or pick up their autos. Every customer appeared to have a personal relationship with the staff, whether they owned a Ferrari with costly repairs or a late model BMW. Everyone was, well, for lack of a better word, happy. Unlike U2, I have found what I was looking for and I couldn't be more pleased. Rather than feeling a sense of dread at the prospect of waiting on hold for some massive beleaguered conglomerate to pick up the phone, I can now look forward to scheduling the entire family's car maintenance and repairs. read more

Autohaus Tucson - One of 4 cars that will be serviced at Autohaus from now until eternity. - Auto Repair Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

This place is amazing. Honest mechanics and affordably priced. They are like half what the dealership was trying to charge me and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Highly recommended! read more

I was referred here for my Mercedes. Horrible customer service! I wouldn't do business here under any circumstance. The manager Jon has zero customer service skills. I won't even explain what my 45-second interaction was after waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. First impressions are everything! read more

After reading several highly complimentary reviews on FerrariChat, I took my F430 to Autohaus for several serious issues. Autohaus's Ferrari expert, Chris, diagnosed the problems, provided several solutions - including several cost-saving measures, and went on to successfully sort out everything. Even if a Ferrari dealership were to open in Tucson, I would continue to take my car to Authhaus. My experience has shown that they are professional, expert, trustworthy, and offer very fair pricing. Autohaus is highly recommended. read more

I needed help with an engine warning light on my Porsche during a long distance trip. The local dealer could not look at it until several days later. I brought the car to Auto Haus. The problem was diagnosed within a few minutes. a part was ordered and installed the same day. I really wish this business had a shop near my residence ! Highly recommended. Tom read more

I took my car for many years and received great service and reasonable prices. I contacted them for a quote recently and they were to busy to help me. Definitely not the service I remember. I guess I need to find another shop if they are to busy. read more

This is an amazing company!!! I had my Mercedes CLA 250 serviced at Autohaus. MUCH cheaper than the dearlership. The customer service was great. Had the car back in less than 3 hours. If Autohaus services your brand of car, you need to use them for your car service needs. You paid a bunch for the car - get it serviced correctly at a fair price. I'd give them 10 starts if I could. read more

This shop seems friendly, knowledgeable, does good work, and has reasonable prices. All things I look for in taking care of my Porsche. The only reason I've downgraded their rating is that their office staff ignored CDC guidelines and put my health at risk. At age 74, catching Covid-19 is a possible death sentence for me. I wore a mask to protect the staff in case I unknowingly have Covid-19, I really want them to do the same since I have to be in an enclosed space with them. I'm happy for them to take whatever risks they choose, just show some concern for risks to their customers. read more

I had the best experience with Jeremy at Autohaus I've ever had in dealing with my collection of Bimmers. I had taken my 535is with an anti-lock brake problem to two other supposedly knowledgeable shops. One had it for 5 weeks, spent two grand and didn't fix the problem. Loser. The second know-it-all blathered endlessly about the possibilities and $$$ and then moved the car around his shop for a month...then told me to come and get it. Big Loser! I almost sold the car but decided to try Autohaus... Jeremy had the problem spotted and fixed in two hours or less and a little over $200...he then did a little extra work on it for me which turned out excellent. Jeremy had more humility and expertise and customer concern than these other two numnutts combined so I HIGHLY recommend him and his shop. read more

I've been taking my BMW 325i here for 7 years or so and I'll never take it anywhere else. They answer my ill-informed queries and explain things in a language that I understand. They recommend things using facts, not alarmist language, so I don't feel pushed into anything. If I elect to defer a repair, they put it in the notes for later. Grant is one patient man. Marcus is really nice too. Thank you for your patience and service, guys! read more

Wow was I impressed with this place the customer service and just the service in General ! Autohaus Tucson - Auto Repair Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Very professional and very competent with fair pricing. My choice for servicing my 911 Turbo.

This shop is awesome. They go above and beyond, every time I take my mini Cooper there. Jeremy is a whiz with these cars. Grant handles the customer service, and he does a great job. It is rare that a auto shop has a designated customer service person, which makes the process so much better. You don't have to wait for hours to hear from the shop updates about your vehicle. They are so helpful with logistics as well when your car needs to be brought in/picked up. Very affordable and great work. read more

Outstanding service. My son is a UA student. His 2012 BMW 328 suffered catastrophic engine failure from the faulty timing chain guides. Late on Friday before July 4th weekend, Marcus waited until 7:30p for my son and tow truck to arrive with the vehicle. The care and consideration he and his staff showed during the ongoing repair process was tremendous. Professional, courteous and attentive. They earned my complete respect and admiration. Tucson is lucky to have a shop like this. read more

I had a very, very bad experience with my BMW. Since I had a minor crack in my radiator, I took it in. They said that it would be 1200, maybe 1400 at the most. When I picked up my car it was over 1800 for the repair. Furthermore (although I didn't realize it until later), they charged me for more hours of labor than there were business hours that the car was there. Steer Clear. read more

Best garage for imports in this neck of the woods! Highly knowledgeable service, a can do garage Friendly, honest and professional

I bring my SLK in regularly. Unfortunately my SLK is very cheap and crappy, it was meant to just get me around until I could find something better but its been a good car... so why get rid of it. I had a .CEL and degraded performance. I took it into Autohaus Tucson and they actually cleaned my MAF/MAS Mass air sensor, they cleaned it. They could have taken me to the cleaners for 400 bucks but they just cleaned it and said see if that works. So far no problems. I just thought that was extremely noteworthy and almost unheard of. The engine was rattling and I feared a timing chain, but Tucson Autohaus, said it was fine, just old and tired (180k). That could have been 1400 dollars and I never would have thought twice about that diagnosis. These guys deserve all the stars. Of, course this is the day and age of internet vigilantism so..but still. Nice to have honest diagnosis. read more

I read the one negative review here (from way back in 2010) and couldn't believe it. I own a VW Jetta TDI and am a VERY, VERY pick owner. I meticulously maintain my diesel car and expect that anyone servicing it know what they are doing and provide excellent service at a reasonable price. Stuttgart Autohaus has won me over, and I continue to take my car there. Gary (the owner) is a good Christian guy and cares about the quality of his shop's work and the customer's satisfaction. These folks are spectacular and I highly recommend them. read more

Had bad service here. Called about getting a belt installed on my 2008 BMW X5. The guy set up an appointment for 2 and my wife drove the car there. When she got there they said it was too hot to work on! Then told us that it needed to be there hours before so it could cool down. Well you think they would have thought of that when they booked the appointment. And I told them she had to drive from sahuarita. So they knew it would be hot! Needless to say not a place that cares. Not to mention the guy was acting like it was our fault. Can't say if actual service is bad or not, but definitely not too smart on office individual. read more

I have a 1977 mercedes and you can imagine it requires alot of TLC, which it gets from Autohaus Tucson. I have been going there for years and I love it. The same mechanic works on my car and he always comes out to talk to me and to see how Im doing which is nice. The owner Marcus is very nice and is very honest which is tough to find especially since im a female. Ive been to other shops before I found this one and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me cause I didnt know much about cars kinda felt like they could charge me for anything and I wouldn't know the difference. Marcus and the staff take the time to explain everything going on with the car in detail and will even take me out to where my car is being worked on and actually show me what they are talking about. Everyone is wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Had first service on my 2008 BMW, very courteous, OEM parts, and labor was much less than quote from dealer. They even put my sun shield up in the car window when parking it. Definitely will be my first choice for service in future. read more

there are not many reviews for this shop and i do not know why. my experience was this- i have a 2001 mercedes slk. gorgeous car, but is not new and has some sqeaks and rattles. rattle was fixed- put the top down and "oh no!" the top wouldn't go down completely. called marcus, turned out the top issue was my ignorance in that nothing should be on top of the pull forward shield in the trunk. (if you have a slk hard-top convertable, you will understand). anyway, there was a scratch on top of the roof: that even though it was my fault he offered to have fixed! i ,of course, did not take him up on this- it was easily fixed at home by me. however, this level of commitment by this owner did make an extreme impression on me. i will definitely be doing further business here, as it is a honest, caring, competent, place. read more
