Best service in town!! I am a mobile pet groomer and rely on my truck to pull my trailer. When my transmission needed to be replaced they had it done in less than 2 days! They were even sent the wrong transmission (NOT Midways mistake)! Brian sent someone to Phoenix and had several people working on my truck to get it done in the time promised. I am blown away at their hustle and their dedication to be efficient but also do it right! I cant thank them enough! read more

Brian does quick accurate work. We will take our vehicles there if we need anything done.

Last month I had my oil changed at one of those oil change places. My van has an oil pressure gauge and a light that lets me know if the oil level gets low. Last Monday the low oil light came on. I didn't see any oil leaking, and called Midway to get an appointment to find out why the light was on. To my surprise I had a leak at the oil filter. The place that changed my oil, failed to properly install the oil filter. Midway properly installed a new oil filter and had to add two quarts of oil to fill the engine. Fortunately my van is old, and holds five quarts of oil, so the engine never suffered due to the low oil volume. This is the third time Midway saved me. It was the third time they fixed issues that others created. Midway is always super busy. They don't advertise, or have display signs. They "earn" their business, by doing good work. They prosper doing business the old fashioned way. read more

Last week I went in to Midway for a diagnostic for the A/C. I was about to call an UBER as he was not sure how long it would take. Brain then tells me the A/C was turned off. OMG, I felt confused, but I asked Brian how much for their time. He said no charge, although i wanted to pay. I just felt his honesty, and integrity. I was grateful and relieved, So I will take my vehicle in for service when it's time. Thanks again Brian, Patricia Moncada read more

The crew at Midway are knowledgeable, efficient and clean! Brian was very communicative about the diagnosis and his suggested repairs. And his prices are more than competitive and fair. Several times throughout my couple of visits to Midway, he gave me a call to let me know how the repair was coming along and what needed to be done. That was especially helpful because I rented a car from Enterprise (which is a convenient 1/4 mile walk down the road. Bonus!) and found myself juggling a commute from my job in Sahuarita, rental car hours and rental car prices. Thank you, Brian. Another nice gesture was a simple fix they did. My last mechanic broke my hood latch and didn't bother to let me know. I forgot to tell Brian about that. But no worries, his mechanics fixed it right up. Thanks, guys! Midway is a great shop and a really good deal! read more

I recently had my headlights replaced and was told the bumper would have to be removed to access the connectors and screws. No problem. But my bumper had wire holding it on at the bottom of it caused by damage from running over large river rocks and was sticking out a bit on the passenger side from being clipped in a minor parking scrape. Nothing major-things I have lived with for years. I just expected them to put the bumper back and I would wire it again if I wanted to. And I definitely did not expect the fender area to be tightened up. Brian and his crew removed the wire and added a hole to clip the passenger fender so it was no longer sticking out. I think with a little touch up paint it will look great! They did this and replaced the worn clips so everything is snug and secure. Brian and his crew fixed it right and it really came out looking better than it went in. I'm satisfied once again with the work Midway has done! Thanks guys! read more

I brought my car into Brian because I had no idea what was wrong. His team diagnosed the problem quickly. Not only was he professional and attentive to my needs, he used a dealership part at no additional cost to me!! Here's literally the best part, he charges less than any other shop in town (that's worth going to). 100$ an hour vs industry standard of 140$ read more

I dropped my car without scheduling an appointment and then needed a quick turnaround time as I couldn't find a rental car and had important in-person meetings. As always, the staff were efficient, friendly, EXPERTS, and accommodating. There were a bunch of cars there needing their time and attention but they made sure I was ready to roll. Been coming here for years. Can't recommend them more highly. read more

I have been going to Midway for 40 years. There is NO better. Excellent service, good pricing and done right the first time. Mike and Ross and employees are the Best in townby far. Can't miss with Midway !! read more

Simply the Best! As I was passing through town on a cross country trip my old truck's engine had enough and was retired. Midway completely installed a new engine, rebuilt transmission, replaced belts, hoses, etc! The process was explained and we discussed options for the work and we made a plan together with a date in mind. I left the keys and the truck and came back exactly the day we discussed for my pickup... like Magic it was done! Thank You read more

Ross is awesome! Truck needed new brakes something awful, Ross got me in the next morning and was done by noon! Price was right, truck is safe again for me and the kids. Great job Midway! read more

I took my car here when another shop said it was imminent I replace my harmonic belt. The gentleman took one look at the belt and said it was still in fine working condition! the honesty saved me about $300. This is an honest shop, the lobby is a clean waiting area with a flat screen. The two older ladies waiting on their cars said they had been going There for years and were always taken care of. This is my new go to place. read more

This is a top notch repair facility. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and highly motivated....They know automobiles very well. Mike was fair and square all the way. My 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis was returned to me in much better shape than it had been in a long time...Enjoyed everyone there and their professionalism. read more

Was referred to Midway by an automotive supply business. They basically worked me in the same day. I was able to wait while the repair was done. I know that is not the norm so I wouldn't expect that in a normal situation. Outstanding service, incredibly clean facility. Refreshing to have an owner who gets under the hood once in a while and still has time to talk with you and explain details of your repair. This is somewhat of a hidden Tucson gem! However Mike the owner said they have been in business since the early 80's! Would definitely recommend! read more

I took my car to Midway for an alignment. After leaving, I noticed my steering wheel required about a 10 or 15 degree turn to keep the car driving straight. I took it back, and the mechanic said that it was just a "smidge off." He fixed it without hassle, but riding in the car with him I noticed he drove my car in a way that I think was fast and careless. For example, he shifted the car from reverse to drive while it was still moving. read more
