Last month I had my oil changed at one of those oil change places. My van has an oil pressure gauge and a light that lets me know if the oil level gets low. Last Monday the low oil light came on. I didn't see any oil leaking, and called Midway to get an appointment to find out why the light was on. To my surprise I had a leak at the oil filter. The place that changed my oil, failed to properly install the oil filter. Midway properly installed a new oil filter and had to add two quarts of oil to fill the engine. Fortunately my van is old, and holds five quarts of oil, so the engine never suffered due to the low oil volume. This is the third time Midway saved me. It was the third time they fixed issues that others created. Midway is always super busy. They don't advertise, or have display signs. They "earn" their business, by doing good work. Last week I went in to Midway for a diagnostic for the A/C. I was about to call an UBER as he was not sure how long it would take. Brain then tells me the A/C was turned off. OMG, I felt confused, but I asked Brian how much for their time. He said no charge, although i wanted to pay. I just felt his honesty, and integrity. I recently had my headlights replaced and was told the bumper would have to be removed to access the connectors and screws. No problem. But my bumper had wire holding it on at the bottom of it caused by damage from running over large river rocks and was sticking out a bit on the passenger side from being clipped in a minor parking scrape. Nothing major-things I have lived with for years. I just expected them to put the bumper back and I would wire it again if I wanted to. And I definitely did not expect the fender area to be tightened up. Brian and his crew removed the wire and added a hole to clip the passenger fender so it was no longer sticking out. I think with a little touch up paint it will look great! They did this and replaced the worn clips so everything is snug and secure. Brian and his crew fixed it right and it really came out looking better than it went in. I'm satisfied once again with the work Midway has done! Thanks guys! read more

Several times throughout my couple of visits to Midway, he gave me a call to let me know how the repair was coming along and what needed to be done. That was especially helpful because I rented a car from Enterprise (which is a convenient 1/4 mile walk down the road. Was referred to Midway by an automotive supply business. They basically worked me in the same day. I was able to wait while the repair was done. I know that is not the norm so I wouldn't expect that in a normal situation. Outstanding service, incredibly clean facility. Refreshing to have an owner who gets under the hood once in a while and still has time to talk with you and explain details of your repair. This is somewhat of a hidden Tucson gem! I took my car to Midway for an alignment. After leaving, I noticed my steering wheel required about a 10 or 15 degree turn to keep the car driving straight. I took it back, and the mechanic said that it was just a "smidge off." He fixed it without hassle, but riding in the car with him I noticed he drove my car in a way that I think was fast and careless. For example, he shifted the car from reverse to drive while it was still moving. read more
