If you're going to assure someone that their car will be fixed, you should replace all of the hoses in correlation with that. I most likely will not be back to this location specifically.

I brought mine in for a simple oil leak and it took them 2 weeks to…read morefix said issue which I told them was the main rear seal, they replaced basically everything else like the intake manifold gaskets, the engine valve cover gaskets, the engine oil cooler gaskets, and the oil pressure switch which was less than a year old, and charged me around $1,900 and I had to bring it back twice equaling a week each time and guess what! It's still leaking, and from where? The main rear seal, which is what I told them was the problem from the beginning, so in short they're just worried about the money, definitely not the customer service. And as far as I'm concerned they're backwoods machanics, definitely not worth the money they pry from your hands, and to top it all off no courtesy calls or nothing you have to physically call them to get an update or to even find out if your vehicle is ready, plus I had a quarter of a tank when I brought it in and when I got it back my light was on. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever taken my vehicle to. Would NOT recommend! Zero stars. My family and I have purchased three vehicles with Enterprise at the Speedway location in Tucson. In 2017, I purchased my first vehicle with Enterprise, and it was such a smooth and easy experience that when my wife was ready to purchase a vehicle in 2024, we chose to work with Enterprise again. The experience with purchasing my wife's car was mostly smooth, but we did have our first encounter with the manager of this location, Robby. I don't have enough characters in this review to give all the details, but long story short Robby displayed aggressive behavior in attempting to strong arm my wife into paying for something Enterprise agreed to pay for on the day of sale. After reflecting on my most recent experience with Robby, this seems to be a tactic he frequently uses. Despite the initial encounter with Robby, we were still satisfied enough with our experience and the cars we purchased to recommend friends and family to utilize Enterprise for their car purchasing needs. We were so satisfied that we decided to utilize Enterprise for a third time in 2026 to trade in my first vehicle and purchase a newer one. The sales representative we worked with was fairly new at his job, but he was an overall pleasant person to deal with. The representative made representations consistently via text and verbally about the amount that would need to be paid for the vehicle at close. Based on what was represented and agreed on, we decided to purchase the vehicle outright without financing as we had done with our last vehicle in 2024. After spending many hours in the Enterprise office getting the paperwork together, we confirmed with the representatives several times that everything was in order before finalizing the sale. The purchase was completed May 13. Sometime before Independence Day, I noticed that on June 29th I had missed calls from a number I was not familiar with. I listened to the voice message left by the number and discovered it was the sales representative from Enterprise vaguely referencing the need for me to complete financing on the vehicle I purchased a month and a half ago. This was strange to me as we had paid for the car in full. The following days I was also sent text messages and on the 3rd of July, while I was on vacation, Robby began calling me and my wife. My wife attempted to call Robby back on the 5th but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. On the 6th my wife called Enterprise to figure out what was going on because it began to feel like some kind of scam was underway. Robby initially spoke with my wife and was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, speaking over her and insisting that we did not pay the full amount and actually owed them money. At one point my wife inquired why Enterprise was attempting to contact us over a sale which had been completed over a month and a half prior, and Robby falsely claimed that Enterprise had been attempting to contact us "for a long time." My wife corrected Robby that Enterprise had only contacted us within the last week, and Robby replied by stating "Oh I don't know I just found out about this recently." Which further fuels the suspicion that Robby is willing to obfuscate the facts to leverage the situation in his favor. His willingness to lie doesn't inspire confidence that he is representing the matter accurately. My wife attempted to communicate with Robby about the events prior, and he told us that his sales representative was new and made a mistake in how much he told us to pay. Robby began demanding we "make it right" and made claims of how "nothing in life is free" and we "have to pay what we owe." At this point my wife conferences me into the call and Robby grew increasingly frustrated with us, stating we needed "to make it right" implying we did something wrong during the sales process when clearly he was trying to shift blame for some mistake that was made on their end. Ultimately, we paid what was asked of us on the date of purchase, if there was a mistake on Enterprise's part, I'm unsure how I can "make it right", and I certainly don't appreciate being aggressively harassed on vacation or during my workday. I also don't appreciate Robby attempting to make it sound like I have done something morally wrong. I will never deal with Enterprise Sales in Tucson again as long as Robby is manager.

I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience at Chapman Acura. While I understand that trade values and deal terms can change, the core issue is no longer the numbers themselves. My complaint is about the way I was treated during the process -- specifically the disrespect, hostility, and humiliation I experienced from members of your staff. I initially visited the dealership with genuine interest in purchasing a new Acura RDX A-Spec. During the process, I was told my vehicle had been reviewed and that I would be helped further. I remained patient and continued communication in good faith, expecting a professional and respectful experience. Unfortunately, the situation escalated in a way that was completely unacceptable. When I asked reasonable questions and sought clarification regarding the process, I was met with a dismissive and confrontational attitude. Most concerning was my interaction with Nariman Azizi, who spoke to me in a disrespectful and demeaning manner in front of staff and others present. I was pointed at, spoken down to, and ultimately told, "Either you take the offer or get out." That statement alone is unacceptable in any professional sales environment. No customer should be made to feel intimidated, embarrassed, or belittled for asking questions or advocating for themselves during a major financial transaction. I came in prepared to do business, not to be treated as though I was a problem simply because I wanted transparency and respect. What made this even worse was that the interaction happened publicly, in front of other employees, which made the experience especially humiliating. I left the dealership feeling disrespected, angry, and emotionally shaken. As a veteran and as a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and basic human decency. Instead, I was made to feel dismissed and degraded. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly not only on the individuals involved, but on the dealership as a whole. At this point, I am requesting the following: * A direct verbal apology from the individuals involved * A formal acknowledgment that the way I was spoken to and treated was inappropriate * Assurance that this type of conduct will be addressed so no other customer is treated this way This complaint is not being made lightly. I believe strongly in accountability, especially when customers are placed in uncomfortable and humiliating situations simply for asking fair questions. Update to Acura 2010 TL on 7/7/2012. Dear Mr. De Rollo. Unfortunately, I do not think this is the case as you mentioned below. I took the car to a different Acura body shop and they showed me where the bumper was only painted on one side and did not ever bother to blend the paint and or paint the all bumper. Only the passenger side was painted, therefore you can see the color not matching at all. Also, the problem in the front is not the bumper is the actual sheet metal above the front driver tire is not the bumper. I will more than happy to give a good review in yelp and other websites if this problem is solved satisfactory. I will contact you directly today if your schedule permits. I wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle for another 6 months however the deals Chapman offered were too good to pass up. No other dealership was offering the Odyssey for $3000 under MSRP. When I decided to go with Chapman, other competitors chimed in to try and match their offer, but in the end Chapman had the best price and exceptional service. We were happy with the time they took going over how to use our vehicle and adjust settings. Greg at Chapman Acura in Tucson helped me through my decision-making and road testing. He was able to answer my questions. I decided to buy a 2018 Honda CRV with his help. My first visit to Chapman after moving to Tucson and it was outstanding! A minor headlight problem (for this visit) handled quickly and courteously by Alexander. When I mentioned a future visit to deal w/my defunct GPS, Alexander called over Justin who resolved the issue in a few minutes, taking time to explain it to me. Even more impressive than this immediate fix is that I had spent two entire days at the dealership in WA State as they tried unsuccessfully to fix it, eventually deeming it irreparable. I have been taking my Acura to Chapman since I moved to Tucson. The service has always been top notch. They make recommendations for needed repairs, but there is never any pressure. They provide a courtesy car if repairs will take an extended amount of time. Regular service at Chapman's will probably extend the life of my vehicle. read more

Enjoy your measly $60 win for a simple oil change because I will never take any of my vehicles to any of these establishments and I'll make sure my family, friends & co-workers never bother with it either. It may not seem much but Christian O. lack of customer service and the way he handle this situation by withholding information about not honoring the coupon since we chose Synthetic and placing the blame on us about the type of oil (coupon mentions that synthetic is extra) which we were expecting to pay the difference but not expecting him to ignore the coupon entirely.
