In addition you would think they would at least hit the removed transfer case and trans mounting bolts with a wire brush for a light clean, not so as all those items were re-installed with caked on dirt.

I took it back to have them fix the leak, they ended up fixing the leak and I asked them to consider what happened and call me. They never got back in touch and didn't even pay for the radiator cap I had to buy and the additional coolant they cost me. If they want to... seems they can do good work but seems they lack follow-up and customer service.

I came to the shop on the week he had the truck and saw he had removed the front differential and Independent Front Suspension(without my consent),which was giving the engine high clearance. He didn't put them back on. Instead, Ernie replaced them with very rusted, older model parts changing the original IFS to a solid front suspension which lowered the engine taking away the high clearance. He took these parts without my knowledge. I paid for the new transmission, but the transmission broke apart during the test drive spilling all the fluid on the road and making a cloud of smoke. Ernie refused to honor the warranty, was very rude, and cancelled the warranty. Not trustworthy. Never ask for his service. Ernie stole from me.

I brought my 4X4 truck in to have its' transmission, transfer case and differentials inspected and…read moreserviced. Took 2-days and leaking trans fluid because the pan bolts were left loose. While under the truck saw no evidence the transfer case or differentials had been opened so appointment made to have it redone. No open lifts on appointment day so 3-days to get the truck back. They did not charge me for any rework and said everything was good. Next day the rear differential is leaking so we agreed to take the truck back on a Friday so it could sit over the weekend to make sure it was fixed. Manager called Monday saying they may have damaged the differential cover so was leaking again. I let him know I would be picking the truck up the next morning and hopefully it wouldn't still be leaking. I did and so far, no leaks. They do not put plastic or paper on to protect seats/floors, etc. Will not return.
