When I don't have the time to wash it myself, Boss Car Wash is the only place I have taken it to--and they exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely careful with my vehicle. You can tell they take pride in their work and treat your car like it's their own. The pricing is also very reasonable for the level of detail and care they provide. My car came out looking absolutely flawless--deep shine, spotless finish, and perfectly detailed. You can really see how glossy and clean it looked right after the wash. Another great perk is their rewards program: after ten washes, your next one is free, which is a huge bonus. Excellent service, great people, and outstanding results. I'll definitely be coming back.

I do feel like that could have been said when making an appointment, since I drove around, passing 3 times before I found it. Anyway the owner (forgot his name) is super pleasant and kind. I got that just over the phone. Once there he and an associate came and greeted me at my car. He asked some questions, took my key, and got to it. As he said, he was done within a few hours. I had forgotten to take the stuff out of my car before leaving the house that morning so they had to put everything in my trunk. It was a good amount of stuff so I was thankful he was so gracious about it. I got the full detail which was $175 along with a $25 add on for pet hair. I appreciate him explaining that fee to me as well before hand as well as the tiers for it and what may cause it to go to the next tier, as well as what's involved that requires he add the fee. The token machine gives a mix of quarters and tokens so you never know what you'll get. If you want to give your car a quick power wash, this is cost effective and fast. For a better outside wash, I'd go to a place where you can run it through an automated one. The vacuums are ok. They aren't as powerful as some of the service car washes in town and it took a good amount of quarters to get the whole car done. My friend passed away in October, and I finally am getting use to my new normal. I spent two hours on Ella last weekend, and I have to say the quality of the equipment has been great. This car wash has great brushes with soap for washing the car by hand, and they have a foam wax if you choose the hand wash. I LOVE the do it yourself version, however they also have an automatic car wash option as well. I saw an employee power washing a stall after some one had cleaned an engine. That means they actually care. The vacuums are work, and I have met the nicest people there. For all of us do it yourself -ers....this is a solid find!

We absolutely love Surf Thru Express Car Wash and have had a Share Card for well over a year. The…read moreShare card entitles us to five washes a month and is not limited to one specific vehicle. It is a great deal for our two vehicles. The only thing preventing me from giving them five stars is the following: - Occasionally, it will process us through with the wrong wash. You can go back through, but it would be nice if it was correct all the time. - Vacuums have been lackluster at times. - Air hoses to blow water out of cracks, etc have been inop a lot. That said, the people who work at Surf Thru are good. Since we take a vehicle through the wash every weekend, one particular employee remembers exactly what we like (Pina Colada air freshener, no dash wipe or trash bag). It is the little details like this that make this a great place for a wash. They also have a four day rain guarantee. So, save yourself some cash by avoiding the chain that seems to be taking over Tucson at a rapid pace with expensive washes and head on over to Surf Thru. Sure, you have to vacuum and dry yourself, but so what? I get a better dry job and vacuum job than I have ever had at one of those behemoth chain car washes.
