When I called he was so nice and said he would tow my car for $145.00 which I agreed to. He gave me an approximate time in the morning when he could get down here and answered both times I checked on timing. It was my battery so he jumped the car and only charged $50.00 for the service after driving from Tucson. He was so nice, friendly and more than fair. My family and I have purchased three vehicles with Enterprise at the Speedway location in Tucson. In 2017, I purchased my first vehicle with Enterprise, and it was such a smooth and easy experience that when my wife was ready to purchase a vehicle in 2024, we chose to work with Enterprise again. The experience with purchasing my wife's car was mostly smooth, but we did have our first encounter with the manager of this location, Robby. I don't have enough characters in this review to give all the details, but long story short Robby displayed aggressive behavior in attempting to strong arm my wife into paying for something Enterprise agreed to pay for on the day of sale. After reflecting on my most recent experience with Robby, this seems to be a tactic he frequently uses. Despite the initial encounter with Robby, we were still satisfied enough with our experience and the cars we purchased to recommend friends and family to utilize Enterprise for their car purchasing needs. We were so satisfied that we decided to utilize Enterprise for a third time in 2026 to trade in my first vehicle and purchase a newer one. The sales representative we worked with was fairly new at his job, but he was an overall pleasant person to deal with. The representative made representations consistently via text and verbally about the amount that would need to be paid for the vehicle at close. Based on what was represented and agreed on, we decided to purchase the vehicle outright without financing as we had done with our last vehicle in 2024. After spending many hours in the Enterprise office getting the paperwork together, we confirmed with the representatives several times that everything was in order before finalizing the sale. The purchase was completed May 13. Sometime before Independence Day, I noticed that on June 29th I had missed calls from a number I was not familiar with. I listened to the voice message left by the number and discovered it was the sales representative from Enterprise vaguely referencing the need for me to complete financing on the vehicle I purchased a month and a half ago. This was strange to me as we had paid for the car in full. The following days I was also sent text messages and on the 3rd of July, while I was on vacation, Robby began calling me and my wife. My wife attempted to call Robby back on the 5th but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. On the 6th my wife called Enterprise to figure out what was going on because it began to feel like some kind of scam was underway. Robby initially spoke with my wife and was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, speaking over her and insisting that we did not pay the full amount and actually owed them money. At one point my wife inquired why Enterprise was attempting to contact us over a sale which had been completed over a month and a half prior, and Robby falsely claimed that Enterprise had been attempting to contact us "for a long time." My wife corrected Robby that Enterprise had only contacted us within the last week, and Robby replied by stating "Oh I don't know I just found out about this recently." Which further fuels the suspicion that Robby is willing to obfuscate the facts to leverage the situation in his favor. His willingness to lie doesn't inspire confidence that he is representing the matter accurately. My wife attempted to communicate with Robby about the events prior, and he told us that his sales representative was new and made a mistake in how much he told us to pay. Robby began demanding we "make it right" and made claims of how "nothing in life is free" and we "have to pay what we owe." At this point my wife conferences me into the call and Robby grew increasingly frustrated with us, stating we needed "to make it right" implying we did something wrong during the sales process when clearly he was trying to shift blame for some mistake that was made on their end. Ultimately, we paid what was asked of us on the date of purchase, if there was a mistake on Enterprise's part, I'm unsure how I can "make it right", and I certainly don't appreciate being aggressively harassed on vacation or during my workday. I also don't appreciate Robby attempting to make it sound like I have done something morally wrong. I will never deal with Enterprise Sales in Tucson again as long as Robby is manager.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC that I feel compelled to share. While their initial response to my car breakdown was prompt, the subsequent events left me highly dissatisfied. The tow truck driver who assisted me was friendly and helpful, but the troubles began after the tow. It was never mentioned in the service agreement that the company had a policy against leaving vehicles at businesses overnight. Consequently, the next day, when I expected my car to be delivered to the dealership, it was nowhere to be found. Upon reaching out to Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC, I was informed of an issue with authorization, which they promised to resolve and deliver my vehicle as soon as possible. However, the promised delivery time of 3 PM came and went without any sign of my car. When I called to inquire about the delay, the operator I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She insisted that my insurance company needed to pay the claim, despite the fact that I was dealing with a car warranty, not insurance. Frustrated, I explained that my vehicle needed to be delivered within 30 minutes or I would involve the police. Her response was shockingly unprofessional, suggesting that I should go ahead and do so. Reluctantly, I contacted the police, who intervened by contacting Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC. It was revealed that the warranty had not yet paid for the delivery, a fact unknown to me until that point. Unfortunately, by the time the issue was resolved, the business had closed for the day. In desperation, I reached out to my warranty provider for roadside assistance the following morning. They informed me that my vehicle was being held due to storage fees that were never quoted in the original price. Apparently, the tow company decided to store it and then charged exorbitant fees. Moreover, they claimed to have attempted delivery to the dealership, but it seems they have a practice of not actually delivering and charging storage fees instead. After my warranty company paid the storage fees, Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC assured me that my vehicle would be delivered to the dealership by 7 AM on the third day. As of writing this review, that deadline is only two hours away, and I'm still awaiting the arrival of my car. My experience with Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency regarding their policies, the unprofessional behavior of their staff, and the excessive storage fees have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge others to approach their services with caution and consider alternative options to avoid similar frustrations. read more

* * BEWARE * * If your roadside assistance says Mobile Maintenance and Towing, LLC (in Tucson, AZ) is going to be coming to "help" you..DENY their service...unless you want your vehicle (motorcycle, car, truck, RV, trailer, big rig, ANYTHING) totaled! Once they mess up your vehicle they will leave you and not care what happens! The owner, Lloyd Snoots, wants people to think he is a "stand-up guy" then hides behind rude employees while he's "out of town." Never once were we rude...even while watching them (for FOUR hours) destroy our motorhome's ability to ever drive again. We gave them a fair chance to make it right and they have chosen not to stand-up. DETAILS: We had an electrical issue that we think was the "fusible link" (for those in-the-know), so arranged for a tow (through ins) to get the motorhome to a mechanic first thing next the morning that could verify, and was probably going to just fix it ourselves. After waiting 5 hours, since the first tow company was late then canceled. We had a second tow company arrive at 1am... this is when the "in-training" (later learned) tow driver, incorrectly secured the motorhome causing it to get stuck, twisted, on the lift bar...where he then for 2 hours tried various, more damaging, techniques to free it before finally calling his supervisor to arrive. Who then for 2 more hours forcibly freed it. The majority of which is all on video or photographed. END RESULT: frame, radiator, transmission, and steering damaged and to top it off we were literally left at the mechanic's shop at finally 5am with 2 flat tires and a "sorry" with no information but a business card. We will see them in court! Everything is well documented. Video proof of the Driver and the Supervisor doing damage to our motorhome and admitting fault will be very hard to dispute. We aren't looking to "come-up" we just want things to be made right BUT also want to warn others, so you don't end up screwed over and stranded by this company! read more

I was traveling to Los Angeles for my sons wedding and burnt up the transmission in my motor coach. I called Good Sam and they sent up a tow truck. The fella that came out was a very nice man who did a wonderful job getting us off the highway and into a motel close buy their repair shop where they repaired my coach. The service manager called me at the motel the very next morning and explained in detail how the restricted cooler to the transmission caused the failure. He gave me and estimate for the replacement and a new cooler too. I called my son and explained that I may be late getting there due to the situation and he sadened deeply as you could imagine. The owner called and had the transmission shipped overnight and the young mechanic that replaced the transmission stayed late to get it completed. I was able to make the wedding with plenty of time to spare! I just want to say thank you to the crew there at Mobile Maintenance and Towing, They were there when I was in need, they are a great bunch of people and I recommend them highly! read more

Chris B came out originally to tow my car, but I described what happened when I tried starting my car and he immediately knew it was the battery (my last car was really old, so when the battery died - everything died with it. This car is newer, so I wasn't familiar with what works / doesn't work when the battery has a poor connection / not charging). He brought out his battery charger and it started up right away. Not only did he get my car started, he also recommended a great auto shop for future repairs, as well as a body shop (he noticed a ding on the side of my passenger door). I own a self storage business and one of my customer's cars broke down on my property. This is the company they hired to tow it. Guy called into the office to say he is here to tow the vehicle and I asked if the owner was meeting him here. He informed me again he is here to tow an SUV to which I responded I was aware, and asked if the owner was meeting him here to supervise. He got back into his truck and called me an "f-ing b-ch" which I could clearly hear on the intercom. I went out to make sure the owner was meeting him for the removal of the vehicle and he was very hostile. It was very strange. As a storage facility I deal with a lot of towing companies and I can say wholeheartedly based on my experience today I do not recommend them. Highly unprofessional. read more

Drove down last night from Phoenix, engine light came on reduced engine power then shortly after we hit something big in the middle of the freeway likely a blown semi truck tire causing a lot of damage. Insurance company covered tow and these guys were sent. Today being Saturday they listened to our story and heard our emergency situation that we have to get back to Phoenix tonight and they turned into our heroes. I had a really bad experience with Tuckson Truck Repair and Towing when I called for a road…read moreassistance. I waited for them too long. Once they have arrived they said to me there is a charge for miles. They said they could fix it, but in the end, they couldn't. Not only did they fail to solve the problem, but they also took advantage of me. They threatened to keep my truck in their parking lot until I paid, even though they hadn't fixed it properly. I strongly advise against going to Tucson Truck Repair and Towing for repairs. They don't know what they're doing, and they treat their customers unfairly. It's a waste of money and a huge disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and trustworthy repair shop.
