First of all, thank you. Kathleen was an AWESOME dispatcher. We broke down at the top of Mt. Lemmon - new brakes but they still went out. The car has been thoroughly overhauled minus paint. This can happen to anyone. I know the tow truck could not get to us until the morning, so I get it - safety. We got a hotel and early in the morning, Kathleen committed to us at around 6 AM that she would have someone, and sure enough, she did. We had a wonderful tow truck driver who appreciated the drive up took a flatbed to the car and brought it down to our home. It was not a crazy rate, and our quotes from other places were insanely higher out of pocket (we do have AAA for reimbursement). The car arrived back in Arizona City, AZ. We had a friend come get us the next morning. I cannot take this team at Mobile enough for being so kind, wonderful, and diligent. A lot of other companies turned down this job. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them 0 stars thats what I would rate them. I was driving back home to New Mexico on the I-10 when my truck broke down. I contacted my insurance company to activate my roadside insurance, and they got in contact with Mobile Maintenance and Towing (2014 W. Gardner Ln in Tucson, AZ) at 10:30 AM. I received confirmation that they would arrive between 60 to 90 minutes. When the 90 minutes arrived, I called the company and asked for an ETA, they stated their driver was taking another car and would be on the way. I received a text that the company would be another 90 minutes. I called an hour later and they claimed the driver was dropping off the previous vehicle and would be on their way within 30 minutes. I advised I would leave the keys and was going to eat. I called an hour later and they claimed they still had not picked up the truck but would be sending a driver soon. This was 5 hours of unnecessary waiting. In addition to this, I had my wife, sister in law, and a toddler as well. My insurance called another company (Catalina Towing) and they showed up within an hour. I would definitely not recommend Mobile Maintenance and Towing!!! read more

I called ahead to schedule the tow of an older vehicle. Alan called durning the window that was given and told me he was 10 minutes out. He arrived on time and was very friendly. The vehicle that I was having told was not running, no air in the tires and rusty. Alan treated it like it was a new vehicle. The vehicle was loaded and towed and unloaded without any problems. I was in a horrible 4 car accident. When truck driver arrived he was very un professional. Other victims needed a ride to the tow company office and he did not want to help at all. He told me there was no charge to bring it to the tow place but it was crazy expensive to take it home. He lied!! They charged me 440$ to take it out the gate. After only 1 day being there. The two front women were very rude. Especially the big one with arm tattoos. Telling me what I heard the driver say is wrong. And that I'm mistaken " treating me like a child". I needed my car towed yesterday because it wouldn't start and no lights even came on to give me a hint about the problem. When Kris N came to my house, he needed to get my car out of a carport that had limited access. He let me know what he needed to do. In no time at all, he had my car out of the carport and up on the tow truck. When we got to our destination he unloaded my car where they asked him to, brought me back the keys and left. I just needed to have my motorcycle towed in to the dealer. My towing insurance sent Mobile Maintenance & Towing. They said he should be at my house within an hour, he arrived in less than 45 minutes. The driver was Mark Casillas, he was fast and very careful in loading my bike. He explained all his tie down straps and why and how he was securing the bike, then ask if I was OK with each connection. The bike was picked up, secured, and delivered to the dealer in just a little over 1 hour with no damage, scratches, etc. After unloading, Mark even help push the bike into the shop. Beware this company has a sign out " CASH ONLY!! ". I sensed Crooks from the moment I walked inside. My sons vehicle was transported from Sahuarita by a police officer who called it in. The police report had stated Tom's towing on 9/2 and they didn't have the vehicle. This place did. It took us 7 freakin days to look for the car. Once I filed a stolen police report yesterday. This place showed up on there system. I've learned one thing from my sons accident. Never ever leave a vehicle alone and wait for things to be handled by others. Now we have to pay 550.00 for not knowing were the car was transported and of course the police department don't take any blame. The crazy thing is this company is 45 minutes away from the accident. I only gave them 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Their tow truck driver bottomed out my car on the bed of their truck, which tore my bumper. He didn't have any paperwork on him to cite the incident (unprofessional), but wrote down his information and said his supervisor would contact me. I then had to contact them after not hearing anything... Jump to meeting the supervisor to review damage. He offers to take it to his shop and pretty much glue my Eclipse bumper (all one piece) back together, because he wants the "opportunity to make it right." When I want it fixed professionally, I offered to get a quote to fix the damage at an actual body shop or go through their insurance, he THEN denies responsibility after citing the $5,000 insurance deductible that he doesn't want to pay. This was all set up by Verizon Roadside assistance, which now has a complaint on file. Hopefully saving future stranded drivers from the mistake that is Mobile Maintenance & Towing. Again, 1/5 stars because 0/5 isn't an option. I also plan to create a website with this story so that when Mobile Maintenance & Towing is Googled, people will know what frustration they might be headed towards with this unprofessional company. There I was driving along the interstate-10 along Phoenix. And all my car lights came on. Then my car started making many different noises. I was panicking, this is my only means of transportation for work. My car was slowly dying, so I went ahead and pulled over so I didn't damage anything else. I remembered my buddy family had a shop in tucson where I live. So I called them Told them what was going on. They said call insurance and see if they can get you covered, so I did and they where in route with in 30-40 minutes to come pick my car up. Hen the next day one of there technicians started tearing into the motor and quickly diagnosed the problem to be an over heating problem. Swapped on the water pump and thermostat the same day! My insurance company set up service with them to pick up my car at 7 a.m. I received a text saying they were dispatched and would arrive at 7:03. At 7:10, I called to see where they were. I was told that police calls take priority and it would be another 20 min. 35 min later I call again and am told he's 15 min away. By the time he arrives (an hour late) he refuses to look at me or speak to me. As he passes by me to look at my car he says "keys?" I hand them to him and proceeds to hook up my car without one word or a look. Then he points to his phone and says "take the car here? " I said yes and he gets in the truck and drives away. An hour late, no apologies, no words at all. This guy "Boots" and this company may do their job but they do it very rudely and without any communication or follow up. If they had just kept me in the loop about the delay, I would have understood but to make me call twice and then treat me like I'm the asshole was completely unprofessional.
