So fun story. My car broke down on a Monday on Valencia and 6th. The nice guys at Jack Furriers pushed it to their shop and it was decided it needed a new fuel pump. It wasn't broken down. I had a flat tire on the road at 2am on the west side of Tucson. Due to an injury, I could not change the tire myself and I was just driving through Tucson and don't know anyone there. I called a bunch of tow companies off of Google and yelp, most went directly to voicemail even though their profile says 24hr service, one guy who answered from the list even sounded drunk. My luck finally changed when I called Bronco. Adrian at Bronco answered and was very alert and friendly and quickly sent a tow truck my way. Tow truck arrived in about 15 minutes and swapped out the tire. Driver was a young man who was very helpful and friendly and did a great job changing out the tire! Drove up to Summerhaven with some visitors today. Parked my car and it would not start again. The check engine light came on and some other cautions. Went to the Saw Mill restaurant and the staff was very helpful, bad Cell service up there. We had a great lunch and about an hour and forty five minutes later our driver Mike showed up. He was very professional and helpful. We were shortly on the way back to Tucson. Mike dropped us off at my house and then continued onto the dealership. They came pretty quick however, I had let them know I had a flat tire, and the man refused to fill it up till I kind of insisted on it, and then he said, don't yell at me. and let me do my job. He lied twice: He said the tire wouldn't hold ai, and that that he couldn't/ wouldn't inflate it I ended up driving to Chandler, ony way to Barstow. Elderly Motorist Left on I-19 in August Afternoon My mom had a blown tire and, as it turned out, a flat spare. Stuck on I-19 and south of San Xavier, she called AAA and they called Bronco Towing. They came out installed the spare, but the tech said that he didn't have a compressor, and she should call AAA to get someone else out there with one. This guy just left her there and closed his ticket. My mom is in her 70's with a bad knee, it's the late afternoon in Southern Arizona during August on a busy highway. I'm not sure if Bronco Towing fulfilled their contractual obligations with AAA or not, but I'm pretty sure most people would've called for a compressor or made a follow up call for (or to) the motorist to make sure the problem got fixed. Maybe another company can do better under those circumstances. Bronco Towing doesn't have to go the extra mile for people...so I guess this time they chose not to. read more

Omg! Bronco towing sent Steven out and he was there in 20 mins. I was out looking at homes. One had a steep, winding driveway and I backed up wrong and went over the curb. I was stuck. There was no way to pull me out without tearing someone's front yard up or tearing my car up or trees. My serpentine belt broke and therefore I needed a tow, I called at 11:46 AM dispatch said one hour to an hour and a half. So I set it up and wait(in 98 degree weather) and two hours goes by so I call again, dispatch says the truck is almost there about twenty more minutes. So thirty minutes later I get a call from the driver he says "hey I'm on my way now, be there in about thirty minutes or so." Forty minutes later he arrives. No issue with the driver but I don't like being jerked around by dispatch. The car got to the mechanic so late he can't work on it till tomorrow so now I have to miss eight hours of work. Just be honest and say three to four hours, but then you wouldn't get any business. Their deceptive business practices are pathetic. read more

I am writing a review here for a young, Hispanic gentleman, named Miguel, who came to rescue my tiny Smart car after it broke down in the middle lanes of Kolb, near 22nd Street. I was fortunate to have two other kind souls from Enterprise, and a gentleman from the bar to where my car was pushed...help to get it to safety. Miguel was concomitantly professional/skillful and humorous/kind. I told him my house was only a few blocks away, and could he take me home vs having to drive back to the Group One Motorwerks on Dodge, where I was not likely to receive a loaner vehicle. He said he would inquire...but told me he would make sure I was safe either way. Given that I am a 68 year old, Hispanic woman with heart valve issues, I was hardly in prime shape to climb up into the huge truck...but Miguel took every safety measure to get me safely in the seat...and safely back out, when he got me back to my house. This young man went out of his way to assure than an old abuela-type would not get stranded, having to wait for Motorwerks to send help. He is a testament to the cultural respect that younger Hispanics have for their elders. He is an impressive Tow Technician...and an even more impressive Human Being. I am leaving a 2nd 1 start review. Wednesday I got into a car accident and my insurance uses this company for towing. I was told that the tow truck would be there at 9:41am. At 9:52am I called and the driver was just getting in his truck at alvernon and ft lowell. I so so what another hour? I was told at 8:10am that it would be 9:41am. I have to be at an appointment at 10. She said 'no a half an hour and they never know what traffics like' The guy hadn't even left the yard yet!!!! So I so okay fine I'll be calling you back in half an hour. She very snottyily said 'I cant wait.' I needed to tow my Tesla 3 miles to the charging station after I ran out of battery. I was contacted by Bronco Towing after I called AAA and there were no issues when I needed a flatbed truck for the tow. I couldn't start my car. I kept getting click-click sounds, which I took to mean a weak or dead battery. My son tried to jump start the battery with his small car, but it didn't work. I called GEICO, my auto insurer, who called Bronco Towing, who I used before for a similar incident. I originally thought I needed a tow to the car dealer for a full warranty battery replacement. However, Tre was able to jump start my car with his NOCO jump starter. I was thus able to drive to the dealer to get my free battery replacement. No integrity from the management on down. They damaged my vehicle while towing for mechanical repairs and refused accept responsibility when it's to everyone I talked to and showed the photos to agrees that they are at fault. My number one pet peeve is lack of integrity. I guess my lawyer will have to fix it. read more
