First, I want to start by saying these guys were able to do what two other tow truck drivers could not, David was the third driver to be dispatched to my car stuck in the clay/sand after a storm. David assessed the situation over the phone then went out there and assessed the situation again, found a way to get my car out. I was feeling hopeless at this time but Towson Towing came through for me. I would call them FIRST. If I EVER Find myself in need of a tow service I will call Towson Towing FIRST!!!! A+ professionalism. read more

Sadly my Highlander needed a tow and USAA had recommended Towson Towing. They were very quick to respond and even though I received multiple text messages they originally told me it would be up to an hour and a half but it only took 30 minutes. Edwardo was very friendly and competent in what he was doing. Easy and quick load and unload at the mechanics. read more

Shoutout to my guy David, very friendly and super helpful after a bummer of a day (that's what a car breaking down will do). He even offered references for mechanics he knew that could help with my car's issues. Appreciate you my dude! read more

I had the misfortune of my 12 year old SUV dying during rush hour today. I had a roadside assistance membership and they contacted Towson to be my flatbed tow. Note: if your car is AWD or 4WD a flatbed is highly recommended. I was fortunate to be able to coast into a small/empty parking lot and position my vehicle for the tow. I've had a few tows in my life and they always seem to happen during rush hour or terrible weather so the wait times have always been around 2 hours. This time the tow truck arrived in under 30 minutes - a welcome miracle as I had (of course) just stopped for groceries on the way home. The Towson truck was clean, newer, and the operator's name was Andrey - one of the family members of the business/owner. Andrey called when he was en route (which was less than 10 minutes away) and confirmed location of my vehicle (turns out dispatch had GPS'd my vehicle nearly 2 miles off from where I was!). Andrey arrived as forecasted, introduced himself, confirmed name/vehicle, and we got busy orienting the tow truck and my broken down SUV. Andrey was professional throughout. His appearance was clean-cut and conversation well-mannered the entire time, including the right amount of empathy for this crappy situation. Within 5 minutes my SUV was firmly anchored on the flat bed. Andrey was familiar with the dealership I wanted it towed to, including where the vehicle drop-off and key dropbox were (just in case the lot was already locked/closed). That was unexpectedly reassuring so I opted to Uber home from the tow site rather than all the way from the dealership. We called the dealership about 25 min later and they confirmed having just received our SUV into their service lot. All in all, beginning-to-end, this was easily the best all-around towing experience I've ever had. read more

03-11-2026 This was my experience, I am a 64 year old fighting lymphoma on my as well as physicaly disabled. My truck broke down in Tucson I dont live there I was on my way to a treatment. Called my ins co, they dispatched a wrecker to my location he called 1 hr out, he arrived, he then proceeded to tell me I needed to find a ride on my own to the destination. He said the passenger door was broken I asked him what am I supposed to do, he simply shrugged his shoulders no response. So I called the dealership and they were shocked but got me the # for a taxi, $45 later I arrived at dealership my tow truck driver no where to be found. He finally arrived and the service manager went out to recieve my truck, and you know what,? When the tow driver took the straps off my truck he walked right up to the passenger door OPENED it up just easy as could be and threw his straps in the passenger side of the tow truck, am I crazy? Iv never had a tow driver leave me standing there without a ride. Very poor quality of service. TOWSONS TOWING, Tucson Az Good day to all. P.S. why didn't he inform me when he called me read more

My SUV ceased to run just as I was about to turn onto a super busy road in downtown Tucson. It was hot, we were stuck in direct sun. Subaru Road Service sent out a tow truck ( Towson Towing ) with the nicest, most thoughtful operator who immediately put my elderly husband & I at ease. He towed our vehicle and brought us with him in his truck. He was a safe driver & we had great conversatiin. Thank You Eduardo!! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Towson towing service. Last summer, in the middle of a Tucson heat wave, my car continually broke down and Towson came to get it at least three times in several locations at all different hours to deliver it to my apartment complex in the Foothills...all without me even being with the car. One time, they brought the car to my apartment on a big flat bed and I watched the young driver maneuver that big truck into a tight parking area with other cars all around and he deposited my car into my tiny carport right off the bed. It was pretty amazing and I told him so. The owner is Raed and he is awesome as well and ALWAYS available by text which is how I've always communicated with him. Last Sunday, my brother's small Honda motorcycle/scooter wouldn't start at a gas station down the hill and we left it there and came home to figure it out. I remembered this tow service from last summer and took a chance texting Raed and he replied right away, I was able to Zelle him the $$ and within a few hours, at the time that he said, the bike was back at my brother's safe and sound. You can't ask for better than that. The price for the the service has always been consistent and reasonable to me for the convenience of knowing that you can leave the vehicle and it will get to wherever you want safely. I, personally, won't call any other tow service EVER here in Tucson and I highly recommend! read more

My BMW Alpina had a flat tire and I was worried about having it towed to the dealership. This young gentleman took great care of my car and clearly knew what he was doing despite his young age. I was however somewhat reassured given his very nice flatbed tow truck. I used Towson Towing due to my insurance company's recommendation. However, I wouldn't hesitate to give their name to anyone who needed a tow. All, in all, five stars!! Carolyn Sakles read more

I had the great pleasure of having a young man, by the name of Andrey Grinko, respond via my car insurance provider's request, to retrieve my little Smart ForTwo car, in order to return it to Group One Motorwerks for additional repairs. He was able to get the shifter into neutral, where another road-side assistant, could not. This made getting the car upon the truck much faster and more efficient with time. I had to ride with Andrey to the shop, and I found him to be a delightful conversationalist, with a significant knowledge-base about towing, mechanics, cars in general, and specialized engineering. I noted that during the drive to the shop, he was very careful with anything on the road that might impede the drive, or cause any additional problems with my car. His skill-set, knowledge, education, and courteous, professional behavior is impressive. Towson Towing LLC, must be an excellent company, and Andrey exemplifies their business mission statement, in both a professional and personable manner. I highly recommend this towing company!
