It's ironic to me that someone who works in the transportation industry does not respect the rules of the road and clearly doesn't understand how merging onto the freeway works & after the fact still did not keep a safe distance . Road raging & flipping me off not just the driver but also the large "woman" which I say loosely because I could not tell what it was by the way IT looked so unkempt and disgusting. I would NEVER trust a company with such incompetent drivers to tow anything of mine, judging by their reviews they do not care about their reputation. read more

Pat was very polite. He knows what he is doing too! We appreciated his work to move a non-running older van. He took care to make sure the towing job was done right and safely. The rate for the service is very reasonable. Thanks to Eddie's for sending Pat over to take care of the project! read more

I'm the owner of a vehicle towed by Eddie's after a severe accident left the vehicle in pieces. The driver and passenger were taken to the hospital. When I went to go see the car get my stuff out of it before it was moved to a junk yard, lots of stuff was missing. Including a tool bag with $500 worth of tools and a wallet that had over $1,000 cash in it. The guy working at Eddie's, Valencia, denied knowing about a wallet. He also wasn't able to tell me how much it was costing me per day while the car was there. The office had a years worth of dust on the phone and generally the place was dirty and unkept. Clearly hiring honest conscious employees isn't a priority here. read more

He showed up and did everything possible not to tow my vehicle. Left us out in #110 degree heat. Swear he smelled like alcohol.

WOW! Just WOW!!! Such WONDERFUL CARE & SERVICE!!! We needed to get our partially restored Vintage Toyota Supra to Eden Customs, LLC (AWESOME crew there, too, by the way). We asked for tow company recommendations and Eddie's Towing got super high praise. A 1985 Toyota Sportscar isn't exactly replaceable, so the load on and off the flatbed had to be very carefully done. We also had multiple appts ourselves that day, so the pickup appointment time we scheduled was the time we really needed. Eddie's Towing TOTALLY came through for us!!! On EVERY count!!! Our pro, Taylor, was right on time and so gracious and knowledgeable about managing a collector car tow; he demonstrated a sincere commitment to protecting our investment. Taylor managed to quickly and safely maneuver the Supra from our shop onto his truck's tow platform (and on a steep-hill driveway, no less)! He made sure that the car was secured and then was able to get the second (vintage/OEM) Toyota engine safely loaded from our engine hoist to the blocks he'd arranged on the back of the flatbed, then strapped that down super securely, too. Taylor made sure the whole job--start to finish--was absolutely PERFECT! Towing can be stressful even if it is a planned transport (not a breakdown or accident) and now we know that Eddie's Towing is our FIRST and ONLY choice if we're making the call! Finally, the price was super reasonable given the special circumstances (rare car & extra engine) and they were considerate with our time, too. Taylor has our utmost respect for providing great service from pickup through payment and now WE KNOW who to recommend when we're asked about towing! It's gotta' be Eddie's Towing!!!!! read more

AAA dispatched Eddies Towing to me today after a tire blew out on the freeway near Casa Grande. The wait time was as quotes and Chris immediately let me get into his air-conditioned truck to cool down while he dealt with moving my truck onto the tow truck bed. He then drove me to a tire repair shop by my house in Mesa and was very friendly even tho I was probably talking his ear off! Professional service and great experience on a scrappy day! Thankyou! read more

Fast road side assistance. Keep me informed on when they would arrive. Would highly recommend!

My vehicle got impounded the police department told me that eddies would charge me $15 a day for storage fees I looked it up online it also said $15 a day for storage fees when I got there they charged me $25 a day for storage fees they said $35 for the hookup fee they charged me $85 when I complained about this they took $150 off of it but it's still wrong that they're doing that it's called bait and switch the f***** up read more

Wish I could give negative stars! If you use this company you truly only have yourself to blame. If you enjoy being ripped off, then please use this company. I have learned from a reputable tow company that this company has a reputation of charging fees they are not allowed to. This company towed my car following an accident, without any agreement on the tow, they just left, no card, no information absolutely nothing. And then failed to contact me and tell me where they had my car, what they were charging me or what they continued to charge me. Silly me for assuming they would speak to me before leaving with my car! They towed my car less than a 5 minute drive down the road, yet charged me 350 dollars. When I asked the owner why their company did not provide information at the scene of the accident or information about the tow his response was, oh they get busy. When I asked about the exorbitant fees, other companies told me they would have charged less than a 100 dollars, his response was, well this is a big company. Wow, so much consideration for the person who was in the accident, so much consideration for anything except getting as much money out of you in an already bad situation as they can. I noticed on their website that their "great" reviews are all marked "anonymous". Makes one wonder who wrote them. Because anyone with half a brain does not enjoy being taken advantage of. Also they move the cars around in their lot with a forklift. So if your car is not already damaged enough, they can take care of this for you. Unbelievable they can live with themselves. I see a lot of 1 star reviews on this site. Seems to be a more realistic take on this place. read more

I broke down in my 25-foot RV a couple miles from Patagonia State Park near Nogales, MX. I called AAA. The only tow truck they could get to come get me was from Marana, 2 hours away. The office gal that called me took all my info and details, assuring me that everything would be ok, Unlike the AAA affiliates. I have to say the driver, Ray, was exceptional, courteous and professional. I am a single, 65-year-old woman. I felt safe, secure and I was impressed with his knowledge of motorhomes and their quirks. I even learned a few tricks and things to look out for in the future... if it happens again. Great company with values and ethics! read more

Eddie’s Towing - Towing Near Me - Marana, Arizona

Unprofessional and incompetent. Refuses to help residents on the Marana area that live off of on a unmaintained road. Asks customers to damage their car to meet them on a paved road for service of a flat tire. No one answers the phone. This so called company is afraid to get their tow trucks stuck in the dirt even if it hasn't rained. read more

Absolute brain-dead driving on Cortaro farms Road today. Tailgating everyone on a residential road already going 10 over (50mph) and aggressive lane switching. Considering the size of the truck, an absolute road hazard. You'd think the driver would follow traffic laws and courtesies considering the company name is on the truck for everyone to see. Would not recommend, as safety does not seem to be top priority. read more

Very fast and easy to work with! They arrived faster than quoted time and were extremely friendly. Would use again.

Michelle is very very nice but they almost make it impossible to get your car out. One guy was stomping on my running boards trying to get them off instead of trying to get them off another way. Not very professional. read more

Eddie's Towing was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Excellent service! I highly recommend this towing company.

Called AAA to get our minivan towed to the Honda dealer (dead alternator) and Eddie's towing did the work. They arrived promptly, and the driver was very courteous. We got the van loaded up, I gave him the paperwork for the dealer service, and off our van went. We were contacted by their office just a few minutes later to get credit card info for our copay, and got that taken care of quickly. We were notified by AAA of the drop off of our vehicle without incident. Overall, very good service for what is typically an unpleasant situation. Nobody wants to be stranded at the roadside in summer in Tucson! I recommend Eddie's towing with no reservations. read more

I needed a tow to the dealership, for new tire. Called AAA. Damian, from Eddie's, called to say he was 13 minutes away ... he arrived just as he said! I rode in the cab with him to the dealership. His skill and knowledge is impressive. He dropped my car in the back lot (which I never would have known about) then drove to the front entrance, where he made sure I was ok to report my car's spot in back. Damian's professionalism calmed my nerves about the whole situation! Thank you, Damian, AAA, and Eddie's Towing. read more

1st Class outfit with FAST response. Damien arrived and got us out of a jam just past Picacho Peak on 1-10 West on a busy Sunday evening commute. Thanks Eddie's! read more

My car broke down literally down the street from their office, which is the only reason I called them. I called and the quote I was given was reasonable. When the driver showed, he told me the price was actually going to be more then $100 than the original price. He said they gave me a quote for the wrong address, (which seems to be a theme with this place). Did they bother to call and let me know before the driver got there? Of course not. Paying over $100 to go 10 miles further is ridiculous, but what could I do? I was panicked, stressed and stranded. I called someone to come get me because I didn't know I could've gone with the driver. My bad.. I didn't think to ask. So I get home ahead of the driver, and when he got there, all he could talk about was the benefits of AAA. While I appreciate the suggestion, this felt like a full on sales pitch. I wondered what was in it for him since he was pushing it harder than my cats begging for catnip. Anyhoo.....I'd recommend calling your friends to help you push your car home before using this place. read more

The company was up front and honest about price, pickup time and professional from the first contact on the phone. The driver was great. Fast, courtesy, thorough with securing my vehicle made my wife and I feel safe and comfortable the entire time of this ordeal. read more

After a breakdown outside of Globe AZ on our way to Pinetop, we were at the mercy of AAA and whoever they dispatched our call to. Our day consisted of 2 separate tows to help us get back home to Vail. Our 1st of 2 from Globe area to Oracle, was not so great (different company) for a variety of reasons but the most important being we had two medium/large dogs with us which was not accommodated on tow 1 and we will leave it at that. Eddie's was the service who took care of us from Oracle to Vail and WOW what a difference between the two experiences. First they showed up EARLIER than the anticipated time. Second, the driver and his helper (his adorable son, donning a AAA hat) were amazing, kind and knew we had dogs. Third, the entire experience from the drive in a brand new tow truck to them welcoming our dogs and allowing them to sit in the cab (vs. a hot towed vehicle) spoke volumes to me of top notch service to people in a stressful situation. They got us, our fur babies and our truck home safely and we had an enjoyable time chatting with the driver. I will tell anyone/everyone I know in need of a tow in the greater Pima/Pinal area that Eddie's is the best! read more

Eddie’s Towing - Dog friendly Tow Company has won my business for life. - Towing Near Me - Marana, Arizona

Placed a call through AAA, told I had "Priority" status and Eddie's Towing would be there in about 45 minutes. During repeated calls to AAA asking for an update I was told Eddie's had reported "tow completed", but they hadn't shown up and finally did so over two hours after the initial call. I had a trailer attached to my vehicle which wasn't included in my AAA coverage. Eddie's towing charged me $91.00 to add the trailer to my tow going THREE miles. Note: the trailer was towed at the same time as my vehicle, not separately. When questioning the outrageous charge I was told "That's what we charge" Again, the initial tow was covered my AAA, it's not as if Eddie's Towing made a separate tow for the trailer. I really feel gouged. read more

Our RV broke down on the way to a weekend camping trip and Michelle at Eddie's was awesome finding us a heavy hauler tow truck and driver. After calling at least 5 other companies that failed to produce a truck or driver, Eddie's came through. The driver Manny was very professional and got the job done very quickly with a very nice heavy hauler tow truck. He was super careful with our RV and made sure to pay attention to detail when it came to taking care of our big rig. Eddie's will be on speed dial for me from now on. If you are in the Tucson area and need a tow truck call these guys....especially if you are traveling in an RV. Thanks Michelle and Manny! You guys rock!!! read more

Last night our 2022 Entegra Anthem reported a check transmission error. We contacted roadside assistance, and they sent Eddie's towing within a few hours of our issue. Manny was professional, courteous, and thorough. He had to address the mechanical, pneumatic, and remove our very heavy driveline to get ready to tow. Manny then expertly and safely towed our motorcoach 55 miles to an Allison transmission shop in Tucson. Manny then reversed all his work with help from one of his colleagues. We had an excellent experience. Manny should be rewarded... read more

They towed my vehicle to the wrong address. Still waiting for them to make it right.

This management did a fine quote in advance for my maintenance on an older model Sentra. It's hard to get anyone nowadays to say stuff out loud with respect for work to be done given market place driven biases. Some businesses maintain an expectation for consumers to just pay whatever some entrepreneur says looks due. That's why cars are a liability right? Anyway, I had a very specific list of tasks and Tom came back with a remarkably competitive quote that was borderline with a local brake shop here in town. Since I'm in PIMA County, the job was easier to fulfill here given the cost of gasoline. I have not yet left my car here, but based on their professional conduct I'd have no doubts in their competency. read more

Too bad I do not have the option of a rank that is negative or less than zero? PLEASE, save yourself tons of valuable time, energy & aggravation - use another tow company! I refuse to allow this extremely poorly managed company take any more of my life so I will be concise. I have been a loyal AAA customer since 1986. I needed a long tow (my 200 mile feature as a Premier membership) and started with the woman on the phone, then per their suggestion, the Owner, (that was too busy take my call). I was asked to hold several times at almost ten minutes per hold period. They told me initially that the owner was delivering my vehicle the next morning (after completely wasting my time on Sunday driving from Mesa to Tucson just to show my membership card). Then. After zero updates, I thought I should touch base and I was told the driver that was going to deliver my vehicle had called in sick. My question was, what happened to the owner doing the delivery and why would you just let a customer sit just because your shift ended at 2:pm?! To date, the owner never even bothered to return my call even though I was told by two team members to leave a message. The fact of the matter is Eddies Towing doesn't care about your business and the Owner/Manager isn't smart enough to realize the customer pays his paycheck. I have aggressively contacted AAA and they gracefully suggested that this company may not be on the radar for future business based on other simuler performance challenges. If I have stopped ONE PERSON from calling this company... I've done my job. Thank you. read more

Wow! I've never had such a great experience than with Damian at Eddie's Towing! My car died at 6 AM in the middle of the offramp of a major freeway. I did call my insurance company and they suggested a towing company on the other side of the town. They told me it would be two hours & $144 before they could get to me. In the meantime, I was in the dark, cold, stuck on the offramp and basically a safety hazard. Eventually a police officer pulled up behind me and turned his lights on to help divert the traffic and asked me when my tow truck would be there and I told him it would be another hour and a half and he said that's not going to work for me you cancel that tow and I'll call the one I use and he'll be here in 30 minutes or less which he was! He loaded my car lickety-split even helped me up in his truck and The best part of it was he only charged me $53, I could not believe it. I still can't believe it and I'm so thankful for the help I received that day. I will never forget it thank you Damian and Eddie's Towing . read more

82 freaking dollars to open up a car ?!?!? Like what that is just freaking crazy, especially when I had been waiting for an hour

Received recommendation from Top Notch diesel repair to call Eddie's if we needed a tow. We were having problems with our 40 ft diesel pusher. Needless to say, we did end up needing to be towed. The lady that answered the phone was so accommodating, contacted AAA for us, send the truck to the rv park we were in. Then it was Manny to the rescue! It's a really tightly packed in rv park, but with some finagling, Manny got us out of there and down to Top Notch. He couldn't have been nicer. God forbid we should ever break down again, but if we do, Eddie's will be the only place I'll call. Thanks Eddie's towing! read more

I was coming back from a lake trip in my remodeled (read: old) RV when something mechanical failed when I was trying to gas up at the Circle K. Eddie's Towing showed up on a Sunday afternoon expeditiously and with the most impressive driver/operator and tow truck. I was super worried because of the RV's large size and it being a weekend. Raymond with Eddie's Towing arrived with solutions, not additional problems. He even got the RV backed into its proper parking spot (tight fit!) at the house. Will definitely call Eddie's again, and extra kudos to Raymond for being so kind and outgoing During a difficult moment. read more
