I hired JC Mobile tire to replace the tire and get me back on the road. It was the middle of the night, JC installed the tire and I was back on the road within a few hours. He charged me $680, which was more than double his two competitors but JC Mobile tire arrived first. In the morning, I got a good look at the tire and noticed something strange. This tire looked old and worn out, so I investigated a little further. I took photos and discovered this tire was over six years old and had signs of dry rotting on the side walls. My truck weighs 12,000 pounds and it was loaded down with tools and equipment, this is a dangerous situation driving on a dry rotted tire. I called to complain, I sent photos of the date stamped on the tire and the dry rot as proof. Mobile tire refused to take responsibility and refuse to return my money. JC Mobile tire since I paid in full for the service, therefore I was considered a satisfied customer, therefore there's no refund. I filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau, I filed a complaint with the attorney general, and I am still seeking a full refund of my money. I was forced to remove the tire and replace it since it was unsafe for the road. JC Mobile tire has refused to respond to my demand for a refund.

Dishonest service at this location! Do not recommend! We've…read morebeen taking our truck to this location for a while for various services and just trusted they were providing honest work. They recently replaced the throttle body and the battery within the last year. Well recently the truck has been going into limp mode while driving, so we took the truck back to Jack Furrier to figure out the problem. After several days, they said the problem appeared to be the battery and replaced it again. But we picked the truck up and the next day during a very short drive, the truck went back into limp mode again. So we drop the truck back off at Jack Furrier for further service. After the truck was there for another week, they finally tell us they can't get the truck to go into limp mode on test drives, which makes no sense since it was going into limp mode on only short drives for us. So they tell us they can't figure it out/fix it and we will need to pick the truck up and take it to the dealer for them to fix. When we pick up the truck, it literally goes into limp mode right there in the Jack Furrier parking lot. We run in to tell them so they can diagnose it, but their mechanic is not there of course, so we take the truck to the dealer as instructed. Well, the dealer mechanic tells us it is the throttle body that Jack Furrier recently replaced that was causing the issue after all, and the part Jack Furrier had used was aftermarket and no good. The dealer replaced it with the proper part, and the limp mode issue was resolved. So I'm pretty sure Jack Furrier knew the issue was the faulty throttle body the whole time but didn't want to fess up to it and take a loss, and they lied about not being able to get the truck into limp mode and/or lied about even taking it on test drives at all since they already knew the real issue. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location and do not recommend their services to anyone.

Even though tire came late he apologized kept me updated so didn't mind. However, once car was done. There was a chip on rim all the way to metal. There is scuff and all around tire as well as lube. The chip even aligned with the scuff and lube. They wanted to wipe clean but I took photo before they did. Called initial guy said no issue easy claim. Well came back he was on lunch and he needed manager anyways. Manager name is Jessie. Completely unprofessional. No customer service skills. Went in specific time and he took care of everyone but me 30mins later of said time. Tried to pass me off on one of the front people. Wasn't until I asked questions such as time frame and process he had no idea and talked to manager. Jessie finally looked at my rims even agree to my face rest are clean and odd only one has the chip and scuffs are not normal to give back to customer. Jessie Took photos and said they'll process it. Well I get a call turns out manager lied to my face and denied responsibility of the damage and said rock damage. So I had to go through longer process. Just ridiculous a new car with no other rim damage is trying to be passed as rock damage when it's so deep. If you're manager don't lie about process or your intent. Left bad taste of how they run things at that location and the values they hold. Sad a manager actions ruined experience.
