Maybe the best online shopping experience I have had, the website is extremely easy to navigate, their inventory is vast, the prices are very good, and after ordering the follow up was crazy good, and I received a better than expected product, free shipping (!) in 3 days! I had bought an AWD Volvo but one tire had been replaced, leaving me with 3 Michelins and an off brand. The AWD did not like the mismatch. I called on 9/16/24 and got a quote on 4 tires. I told them the size 225/50R18 and was told the tires they had were Zeetex and they had them in stock. I went to the business on 9/17/24 to get them installed. I paid for the tires and on that receipt, it showed Zeetex tires. When I got home, I got my gauge to check the tire pressure this is when I noticed the installed tires were Delinte 235/45R18. I called UTire and was told that those were the recommended tires for the vehicle (2012 Chevy Malibu). I asked why the receipt did not match the ties. I was told they were out of stock of the Zeetex so they installed these. I asked why they did not tell me they were out stock, and they should have consulted with me before they installed a tire that is not the recommended tire by chevy. The wheels on the car are 7 inch wide the 235 tire calls for a rim width of 7 1/2 to 9 inch. They insisted they were the right tires but would not give a receipt to match the installed tires. Utire got in touch with me and has fixed the problem. I am satisfied with the results and would recommend them. read more

At one time, I liked uTire. They had good prices and good customer service. I am not sure if the management has changed, but I am no longer impressed by uTire. I was told that a tire would be in on a certain day, etc., and it was not. I was told that I would receive a phone call to let me know whether or not it had arrived and was ready...I was never notified. I had to call them on three separate occasions. I even went by the shop on the day that I was assured it would be in, only to be told, oh, sorry, it didn't come in. I will never go back to uTire, and I will never again deal with Jay at uTire. I have several coworkers that use uTire, and I will most certainly be letting them know of my very negative customer service experience at uTire. I really like this small local business! I needed 4 New tires last week! Talked with Jay on Thursday! Went to the store for a 1pm appointment ! I arrived at 12:45. The staff immediately took the car in, got all my info and the car was done at 1:15pm! The price was about $300.-400 less than the chain stores or the dealership! Thank you utter! I recently bought 2 new tires from this place and will now have my business! The price for 2 tires were less expensive than your normal discount place. However, what sold me the most was the exceptional customer service! The guy at the counter was nice, professional and kept me informed! He also spoke Spanish really well! Do you and your family and friends a HUGE FAVOR, don't ever use Utire for any type of service. I went there to have two tire mounted and balanced. After the work was done I discovered that my wheel lugs were over tightened and the threads were stripped. Also, the installers are utterly unprofessional and lack basic competency. When I brought the problems with my installation the manager didn't even fain responsibility. He didn't even offer a partial refund. This store is enormously shady and a rip off. AVOID! read more

Came here for some tires found a good deal. We got them put on to find that they put the WRONG size tire on the wheels, and they CHIPPED the paint on all 4 wheels. We went back in and they exchanged the tires for the correct size, and gave us a discount for chipping the paint on the wheels. 4 days ago developed a bubble in the tire wall. Today it popped and now the tire is flat. Going tomorrow to discount tire to buy a pair of tires where I should have gone in the first place. I have maybe 2,000 miles on the tires IF THAT. read more

They had an ad for a set of used (95% tread left) tires. I called several times as well as responded to their ad on OfferUp and Craigslist asking a couple critical questions. They never responded to the OfferUp and Craigslist messages. I did speak with Jay and he said he would get the information for me both times I called and call me back. I even said he could text me the info. He nor anyone else never called me back or texted the information. This is poor customer service at best... pathetic. read more

Especially since every time I have gone, I have had a good experience and the staff has been very professional. If you check their google reviews, as of today they have a 4.6 rating of 189 reviews. Don't let a few negative reviews on here sway you! They are locally owned & operated and I personally love shopping local & supporting our community. I bought 2 used tires late on a Friday night after leaving and heading towards Phx I realized one of the tires was flat. I was already in Marana and no desire to backtrack I called and Jay was very kind and told me to bring it back when I came back. I found out the tire couldn't be repaired at Walmart and had to buy a new 200 dollar tire when I went back Jay reimbursed me for the new tire totally unexpected and the could not have been nicer about it. Sent my son over to get a tire replaced, in the process they damaged the lug nut stud, by either over tightening it or when they took it off. At that point they try to say that it was stuck in the hub, then a minute later said, sorry bro, my bad. Instead of fixing the damage they caused, they said they no longer are able to touch the vehicle and needed a tow truck. No offer what so ever to fix what they damaged. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this place. Would have given a no star but it won't let me. read more
