About an hour later, I received a call informing me that the tire replacement was finished, but I was also told that one of the employees accidentally backed my car into another vehicle, when I would ask for the camera footage and they said they don't have camera installed, I found very hard to believe because they remodel the whole building. I was asked to come back to discuss insurance, and I was led to believe the damage was minor. However, when I arrived and saw my car in person, the damage was clearly not minor. I am extremely concerned about how such significant damage could occur simply from backing the car out after a tire replacement. While the staff offered apologies, that does not change the fact that I came in only for tire service and now must deal with vehicle repairs, insurance, time loss, and major inconvenience. Despite the situation, I was still required to pay for the tires, and no compensation, courtesy service, or goodwill gesture was offered. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Discount Tire. I was a loyal customer and a big fan of the company, but this incident was handled very poorly and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am sharing this complaint to request accountability and to warn others to be very careful when leaving their vehicles at this location.

The chip even aligned with the scuff and lube. They wanted to wipe clean but I took photo before they did. Called initial guy said no issue easy claim. Well came back he was on lunch and he needed manager anyways. Manager name is Jessie. Completely unprofessional. No customer service skills. Went in specific time and he took care of everyone but me 30mins later of said time. Tried to pass me off on one of the front people. Wasn't until I asked questions such as time frame and process he had no idea and talked to manager. Jessie finally looked at my rims even agree to my face rest are clean and odd only one has the chip and scuffs are not normal to give back to customer. Jessie Took photos and said they'll process it. Well I get a call turns out manager lied to my face and denied responsibility of the damage and said rock damage. So I had to go through longer process. Just ridiculous a new car with no other rim damage is trying to be passed as rock damage when it's so deep. If you're manager don't lie about process or your intent. Left bad taste of how they run things at that location and the values they hold. Sad a manager actions ruined experience.
