Update: The work was done in two hours. The steam clean was excellent. Nothing I could have done alone that would have matched this work. I did lose some black painted areas but I just repainted. I'm so bummed that I lost the pictures that showed how great of a job they did. This place is busy; and for good reason, they do excellent work. You must call in advance to a schedule an appointment for about 2 weeks out. If you cannot make it to your appointment, it is important that you notify them since slots fill up quickly. The service I requested was an interior and exterior detailing with shampooing of both car seats and belts. The cost was in the 200s, but this company was really upfront about pricing. They are incredibly helpful, patient, and informative when it comes to discussing options. In fact, when I told them that I had plan on purchasing car seat covers as a long term protective measure, they recommended not to purchase the extra fabric spray coating since I would not benefit from it. On the day of your appointment expect to drop off your car in the morning and leave it for the whole day (if you're getting extensive work). They will clean every nook and cranny of your car, including removing old stains (if you pay for the shampooing option). If there is any stain that could not come out (ie, as been there for a long time), they will let you know. Paper car mats are placed after interior cleaning, so you won't get your car dirty while driving. In addition, for shampooing of seats, you will need to leave your car windows cracked for about 2 days so they can finish drying (so don't do shampooing in monsoon season unless you have a garage). A complete detail for my 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche was a Christmas present from my husband that I just used. It has the full body cladding with the cosmetic defect in that the cladding has turned to that chalky appearance. Fine Lines did a superb job inside and out. The engine bay looks completely new!!!! Hoses, belts, battery all have been meticulously cleaned and shined. The wheel wells are large and have a lot of space. Fine Lines blacked out the wheel wells, making those look new! The paint is smooth as glass and unbelievably shiny! Their attention to detail is amazing. They even cleaned and shined my heavy duty rubberized floor mats!!!!!! Even though it's old, I am extremely particular about my Avalanche. I could not find a single thing they missed or that I didn't like!!! I will be curious to see how long this lasts. They aren't cheap, especially for this big truck, but they are worth it. I will be using them again. read more

So happy I found this place! I went on the recommendation of a friend and I will never take my car anywhere else to be detailed. The entire crew there is extremely professional and my car looked and smelled brand new! I ride horses and have a very furry dog so I was embarrassed bringing my car in. It was SO dirty. I was shocked when I picked my car up later that day. So clean and they got all of the dog hair off the seats. I can actually take friends in my car again! I brought my 2009 Santa Fe in for an inside detail. It has light colored cloth seats that were horribly stained up with everything from slushies to coffee to oil to who knows what in the back seat from my kids. I was blown away at how great they looked afterwards. They got 99% of everything out. My seats look new! A $120 for a full inside detail including hot water extraction of the seats was totally worth it. I was getting ready to buy some expensive seat covers that cost 5 times this and would never have been as nice as the original. Super happy with the outcome. Highly recommend. read more

My husband has been mentioning wanting to get his car detailed, and not from the car wash he wanted someone to really spend time on it since living in Tucson the dust gets in all the cracks and nooks of the car. I called around and tried to find the most reasonably priced. I have only got my car "detailed" at car washes so I had no idea what I was getting into and how much to expect it to be. I was shocked at the prices... but you get what you pay for. Fast Lines was the most reasonably priced for the type of requested detail and it was conveniently located to us. I got him a gift card for a interior detail and my husband was super excited. We finally booked the appointment for him to get it done today and we couldn't be more impressed with the job that was done. My husband's quote "who needs a new car when you get that good of a detail". The car literally looks like the day he bought it new! Loved the experience and loved the job that was done. Overall excellent service, product and price. We researched 4 other places for our luxury car, and chose Fine Lines based on a combo of factors: 1) Sergio responded within MINUTES of our inquiry 2) helpful pictures on their site (e.g. conveyed experience with luxury vehicles and non-standard situations) 3) strong positive customer reviews. We weren't disappointed. Not only did they get scratches our new adopted dog left on the car, but the car came back looking as good as it did when it was new (2009 M3). We keep things pretty tight, so we were amazed how good the car looks. Oh, and they dropped us off back at home and picked us up 4 hours later, so we could get our stuff done while they worked.
