The gray haired lady with the glasses sitting at the front counter right away barked at me and said you're going to have to wait my computer's not ready yet. I said okay no problem did you want me to take a seat no she says! She then said what can I do for you. I told her I had moved here from Montana and misplaced my title right away she said what you're going to have to reach out to Montana. This lady was so rude and unprofessional I have never in my life ever been treated like this not even by My own worst enemy this lady should not be working with the public if she has this kind of unprofessional people skills it's ridiculous whoever the owner is needs to check into this. And then ask her if there was a way I can get some sort of a permit for my car while I'm either trying to find my title or replace my title and she said yeah I can give you a 3-day or a 30 day I explained to her that that wasn't much time even 30 days all you need to get online she said figure it out! Know when you look on the internet and look this up it says that they can offer you a 90 temp tag if you lost or need to replace your title that option was not given to me. And well the way the lady was already treating me I didn't feel that I wanted to argue with her one bit she talked down to me like I was dirt on the ground or a dog! I don't know what her problem is maybe she didn't like the fact I had earrings in my ears or that I was a fat man I have no idea. If she don't like her job perhaps maybe she should retire! I was being as polite as I possibly could to this lady I was not rude to her whatsoever and to be treated like a humanly is just wrong on every aspect!!! At the end she says see you in 30 days yeah I'm telling you what that'll never happen you have lost my business as a customer. I will always remember the unprofessionalism that was spewed to me at your location. And hopefully if the owner or the manager is reading this I want to thank you in advance for this service that I never received and have a great day!! And to be honest if I could give her a quarter of a star I would have!!!!! Enjoy the sunshine!!!!

I took my Infiniti QX80 to Integrity Automotive & Diesel expecting an honest, evidence-based…read morediagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.
