I sold a car to a friend today. Instead of going to the Arizona Motor Vehicle Department office, we took care of business here. They do charge a $25 convenience fee, but there was no wait, so we got in and out quickly. They even lent us a screwdriver to remove the old license plate. read more

I was short in time and had to come here instead of MVD, they are quick, easy and very friendly. Definitely recommend if you don't like to wait long and want to get your license plate and registration done quick. read more

Bankers Title Service - Smooth easy and quick, way faster than mvd to be honest. - Registration Services Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I arrived at the place and went in the door at 8:31 because the sign said that they were open at 8:30. The gray haired lady with the glasses sitting at the front counter right away barked at me and said you're going to have to wait my computer's not ready yet. I said okay no problem did you want me to take a seat no she says! She then said what can I do for you. I told her I had moved here from Montana and misplaced my title right away she said what you're going to have to reach out to Montana. This lady was so rude and unprofessional I have never in my life ever been treated like this not even by My own worst enemy this lady should not be working with the public if she has this kind of unprofessional people skills it's ridiculous whoever the owner is needs to check into this. And then ask her if there was a way I can get some sort of a permit for my car while I'm either trying to find my title or replace my title and she said yeah I can give you a 3-day or a 30 day I explained to her that that wasn't much time even 30 days all you need to get online she said figure it out! Know when you look on the internet and look this up it says that they can offer you a 90 temp tag if you lost or need to replace your title that option was not given to me. And well the way the lady was already treating me I didn't feel that I wanted to argue with her one bit she talked down to me like I was dirt on the ground or a dog! I don't know what her problem is maybe she didn't like the fact I had earrings in my ears or that I was a fat man I have no idea. If she don't like her job perhaps maybe she should retire! I was being as polite as I possibly could to this lady I was not rude to her whatsoever and to be treated like a humanly is just wrong on every aspect!!! At the end she says see you in 30 days yeah I'm telling you what that'll never happen you have lost my business as a customer. I will always remember the unprofessionalism that was spewed to me at your location. And hopefully if the owner or the manager is reading this I want to thank you in advance for this service that I never received and have a great day!! And to be honest if I could give her a quarter of a star I would have!!!!! Enjoy the sunshine!!!! read more

I'm done going to the"DMV". I have been getting my auto paperwork here for a couple of years now and it's always been a pleasurable experience. The girls give me the personable help I need with an understanding reassurance. Even if I'm not quite sure what is needed in situations, they have explained everything and helped me to figure it out. Highly recommend ! read more

Horrible service, had no clue what they were doing at all, confused the customer that was being helped and didn't give correct information, had to have everyone review a paper from the dealer ship even though everything was brought from the dealer right away read more

Paid to have an older car titled. Not able to title and passed on to another company that was going to charge more. I was able to do this online but was hoping to make the process easy and painless. Paid cash - no services delivered read more

Talk about friendly, fast and convenient service! I misplaced my car title and definitely didn't want to go to the DMV, so I called this spot on my boyfriends recommendation. Over the phone they were friendly and made sure to let me know that they accept cash or check only in advance and also gave me a total before I even asked. Service was just as spot on when I went in to get my title. All they needed was my drivers license and five minutes later I was out the door. Yes, it was definitely more expensive that going to the DMV. They charge you a 'convenience' fee of 25.00 plus the standard DMV rate, so it was about $29.00. I'm on the go most of the time, so paying the extra fee to avoid long DMV lines was worth it to me. And the wonderful service earned them a repeat customer. read more

After trading cars, wanted to keep the old tag. Dealer couldn't do it, recommended these folks. LeeAnn was very helpful on the phone and set up appt. for us. The young lady who helped us in the office was great! Performed the seeming impossible in less than 10 minutes - for $10!! Highly recommended read more

Was on a tight timeline to get some stuff done while back in Tucson for a visit. Was able to obtain a new title (old one lost) and transfer to new owner in about 15 minutes. New owner got plate on the spot. Very quick and easy. It's been over a month since they did this, so they obviously made a good impression. read more

So amazing and convenient. I bought a new car just last night. This morning I showed up at 8:30 which is when they open. At 8:40 I was out the door with a transferred title, registration and a new license plate! All for a convenience fee of $25 (plus the normal registration fees of course). $25 to avoid the DMV? I'm in! They do only take cash and check so be prepared before you go. But definitely definitely go. read more

I recently bought a really, really old car. Circa 1963, went to the MVD with a title and insurance, after waiting for 2 hours, I was turned away and told my VIN had been expunged from the system and that I'd have to hire a 3rd party to come give a level 1 inspection.. I called and spoke to Connie, she said that was unnecessary and that she could update it somehow. (I forget the terminology she used). Anyway, got my Historic Vehicle plates and registered the vehicle in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 would go again. :) Note : Bring Cash. read more

Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to be blasted for wanting your title work done. I missed the "closed" sign and they hammered me for it. Even walked me to the door pointing it out. They went on to complain about the DMV and how backed up they are. These people are stressed and can't even help you for 10 days. Go elsewhere! read more

I had a super weird situation where the title to my car could not be located- not by name, VIN, plate. The wonderful people at Bankers made some calls and figured out what happened and were able to get me a copy of my title. They were fast, friendly, SUPER helpful and very efficient! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to avoid the DMV read more

I've had great experiences using this company, and highly recommend this hidden gem! My situations have ranged from lost title to vehicle transfer to (today) needing a disability placard for my company. Kim has been the one to help me most of the time; she is pleasant, attentive, and always willing to help. I can see that she likes a challenge, and I've been happy to oblige! :) read more

Don't use this company! I went there to transfer a license plate from a car I had sold, to another car. They charged $25, and gave me a new registration for my new car. Then, when it was time to renew my registration, I didn't get a renewal notice from ADOT, and when I logged on the MVD web site, there was no record of my car. I went back to the company to ask them to look into what was wrong, and they looked and said oh yes, they knew they had not entered the registration correctly, and then they corrected what they had done. Then they asked me for $50. I said, no, they should correct what I had already paid them to do. After a little argument, this huge guy came out of the back room and said OUT! OUT! GET OUT! I thought he was going to bust a gut, and I felt very threatened. They undid the correction, and I had to go to the DMV to do what I had paid these people $25 to do. Don't use these people, they are unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Physical threats have no place in a vehicle registration office. read more
