They really just let things look bad. Scan your ID , or schedule an appointment online ahead of time, but either way you'll hop in a line. There are no chairs except for handicap individuals. Plenty of room for chairs IMO! I was very happy with the person who helped me. She was so attentive, clear, listened and helped. Thank goodness for a good human interaction! Would I recommend this place? Well ya, if you gotta handle things. But I'm not sure what the other places are like in comparison. I didn't take too many pics because it was pretty busy.

What have I been doing all these years going to the MVD?! I recently discovered this third party…read morebusiness and wow! Never going anywhere else. I walked in without an appointment, was immediately greeted, put in line, and taken care of after less than 10 minutes of waiting. To switch over a title and registration it took about a half an hour, so in total I was in there less than 45 minutes. Extremely impressive. On top of being timely, the building is nice. The employees are kind and interested. Both employees I spoke to offered their heartfelt condolences. Just everything about the whole experience was 5 million times better than the MVD. There is a service fee--I think it was $35, but it was worth every penny. I'll be coming here exclusively from now on for all of my MVD related business.
