My husband first used Gingers a few years ago to get a handicapped placard for his truck. He was very impressed with the service he got. I went there today to register an RV and received professional service. I had Jennifer work with me. She was very knowledgeable. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I also appreciate the ongoing concern for social distancing. I also appreciate the comfortable chairs. You don't get that at the DMV. read more

Gingers is an amazing place! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful, and so fast! Skip the hour wait at the dmv where they aren't there to support you, and go to gingers! I want to personally shout out Jenifer, she was so nice and helped me figure out getting my first car titled! Thank you so much for all your amazing work! read more

I went in this morning at 11:00 am to get two of my vehicles de-registered. There were 4 employee ladies sitting at the 4 windows but only 2 were helping customers. The other 2 were looking at their computer screens. There were two other customers sitting in the lobby ahead of me. I sat there for about 15 minutes when 1 of the customers finished and walked out. That left 1 customer being waited on and 3 employee ladies sitting in their chairs and 2 other employee ladies laughing and walking around behind them. I waited another 15 minutes and still no one else was called up to be helped so I got up and walked out. What happened to good customer service? If these employees are unhappy with their jobs they should look for other places to work, but if they are just lazy, people like myself should report them. read more

Went to Gingers for obtain new drivers license and car registration due to relocation to Arizona. Coming from CA in a previous life going to the DMW was a dreaded experience for all.. I met with Shelley who is wonderful, the whole process was completed in less than 30 minutes. I would strongly recommend going to Gingers.. You will meet great people and have a few laughs along the way.. I will go back for all my DMV needs just due to Shelley and the service level. read more

Very knowledgeable and personable help with registration/title transfer Would highly recommend Gingers services to others read more

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Got my tags and Arizona license all taken care of in one shot. Highly recommend!

Probably the most unprofessional establishment ever. Upon entering, the first thing I heard was one of the employees screaming about how she's "tired and ready to go home" in a room full of customers. The employees are rude and extremely misinformed. The employee i spoke with gave me completely incorrect information before even viewing my record, then proceeded to argue with me when I asked for an explanation of the INCORRECT information she was giving me. Do not recommend, just make and appt at the DMV. read more

These guys are awesome. They bend over backwards to make you feel welcome, and attend to all of your titling/licensing needs. Accommodating as heck. Prices seem reasonable, and staff is personable. Really like them! read more

I had a difficult situation to work through and Sally was understanding, patient, and kind. We worked through all of my complications and ended on a great note. Thank you Sally. read more

Nothing fancy decor-wise, but they do pretty much everything the motor vehicle department does. They were even helpful recommending that I get tax relief documents from Fort Huachuca before registering my vehicle from out of state-saving me a few bucks. So why not a higher rating? I knew they charged a service fee, and I should have paid more attention. I guess I thought it'd be pretty nominal but it was $20. Who isn't trying to save a buck or two these days? This place is quick and convenient and they have good customer service. Oh, and they take credit and debit cards here too. I think I'll save a little money next time though and make my way to the mvd. read more

Ginger's Auto Title Service - so I need to clean my window...it's better than no photo! - Registration Services Near Me - Sierra Vista, Arizona

There are illegal and sketchy things that happen here. Agents are not knowledgeable on what they are doing. I told my agent that scanning my military ID is illegal (under Title 18, U.S. Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701, and is punishable by fine and imprisonment) and she stated, "It's what the state of Arizona requires." So you're telling me you are above the law? There are different means to verifying military service. For example, an LES. When I asked to have my military ID back, she continued to scan it after I told her no and she said, "you'll get it back," as she scanning it and holding my military ID hostage. Also, if I already have veteran on my ID, why would I need to verify service again if I did it the first time? Am I supposed to go from being a veteran to not being one? The agent who was conducting my transaction was extremely rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. To make it worse, I was in uniform too. When I called to let them know of this situation after they replied to this review, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE answered the phone. I've called many many times today and no answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off going to the actual DMV. read more

We just moved here from Texas and I needed to get my registration renewed. Very quick and efficient service-a little pricey but I enjoyed not having to wait. Quick in and out and answered all of my questions with no issues. read more

I've probably been in Ginger's half a dozen times since we moved here two and a half years ago. The staff is amazing: professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The other day I had to register a vehicle I purchased out of state. I arrived at 8:40. I was third in line. I was done by 9:25. This included registering the vehicle, titling the vehicle, purchasing personalized plates and signing the papers. The lady who took care of my vehicle was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks TEAM GINGER'S. I'm telling all my fiends about you and maybe an enemy or two! read more

Fantastic and fast. I was able to get my new drivers license and registrations in under 20 minutes. The girls working there made my time there fun and enjoyable. No wait, no Attitude, just great service. This place outshines even the best DMV/ MVD places I have been in that I had to complete transactions in 5 different states I have seen stationed in. Superb! No wait and quick, perfect service! Minimal surcharge for the time you save! Highly recommend6!

I have always dreaded going to MVD and was pleasantly surprised with the quick, professional service I received at Ginger's..... Well done!!

This is a very good choice as an alternative to the Arizona State MVD offices. Ginger's is a well organized business with attentive staff and complete knowledge of MVD rules and procedures. Quick service and a professional attitude in a attractive environment, makes all aspects of mandatory vehicle paperwork simple. read more

I'm VERY UPSET WITH GINGER"S. Ginger's is holding the title I signed with a notary in order to sell my car. They claim that the buyer must present a notarized Bill of Sale. I have left town, and am no where near a notary, in a foreign country. Now Ginger's won't give the title back to my buyer. That car and title belong to me until the new owner registers. AZ doesn't require a Bill of Sale to register a vehicle. I have sold it to a friend, and we are not happy with Ginger's for taking the title and not giving it back. read more

I've heard about Ginger's Auto Title Service for many years, something about not going to MVD just didn't sound right, so I've never even drove past the building. Last week I bought a used car from a private seller and was dreading the trip to the MVD. Last week I went to the MVD at what I figured would be a safe time of day; two hours after opening, and two hours before lunch. I was wrong, 20 plus people sitting in chairs waiting, and only two employees working. I have a job and sitting for 2 hours wasn't going to work, so I figured I'd try Ginger's Auto Title Service and see what it was all about. I walked in the front door and a very pleasant lady asked if she could help me. I walked over to her area, I took a seat, and told her I bought a used car. She asked me how many years I would like to register the car, I told her 5 years. The cost for a 5 year registration on a used car, plus Ginger's fee was $86!! Typing this review took longer than getting a new title, and plates for 5 years. Spending $20 on a service which saved me no less than 2 hours, well worth it, and I'm never going back to the MVD!! read more
