Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I've brought packages in and they simply refused to take them, seriously affecting my work and shipping operations. I've also spent a significant amount of money on UPS shipping labels just to keep my business running, yet the service has been inconsistent and unreliable. Communication is confusing and unprofessional -- one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.

I have a complicated situation and rather than trying to help or listen the lady at the front desk kept repeating that she couldn't help me. She then said my package was refused, which it never was, and returned it to the sender. She decided to lie about my package, which was an expensive and important package. I am a 20 year old college student living alone, in between housing so I do not have my own address right now, I needed to get this package as it as a phone so I can communicate with my family. I cannot believe she took the liberty to send it back to the company and say it was refused, when it was not. I would recommend other UPS stores, as I have had positive experiences with the ones in Tucson until now. Very disappointed :(

Unreasonable Print Charges - Avoid This UPS Store…read more My experience here was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I needed to print a single black and white return label (not Amazon-related), so I emailed it to the store. Normally, UPS stores charge somewhere between $0.15 and $0.75 for a standard black and white copy. But this location charged me $2.68--for one 8.5x11 sheet of plain paper, with maybe half the page actually used. I explained to the employee that this wasn't an Amazon return--it was for Babe Hair--but they told me it didn't matter. According to their "policy," any label printout, regardless of whether it's Amazon or not, is automatically charged at this inflated rate. Not even a sticky label--just regular paper. I've dealt with their Amazon upcharges before and now take all my Amazon returns to Whole Foods instead, which is completely free and much easier. I thought this would be different, but clearly not. This store seems to be looking for any excuse to upcharge customers. Bottom line: if you need to print something, especially a return label, don't go here expecting regular copy shop pricing. You'll get ripped off.

I went into to talk to the manager about what happened and she said that the USPS delivery is not guaranteed overnight and that I needed to take it up with the Post Office.
