Pretty good post office overall. It's never crowded here and the employees are always nice. Parking isn't an issue as this post office is located in a shopping plaza. There's also a drop box in the parking lot which makes it easy to drop off pre paid mail if you come after hours. They also process passports here which is a plus. This is a small post office overall but it's also well run and conveniently located in the college area.

They said delivered at 10:45am
But we get our postal deliveries after 3:00pm so you decide

They don't deliver packages often. Well the do but only they know were they delivered them to so if you have an important package your better of getting a different carrier NOT USPS

One person working. With long lines....

Customer service was awful. Doug was extremely rude. Won't be returning to this location.

This post office is terrible. Everyone has an attitude and the employees do not want to help the customers.

The blame game goes from UPS store to UPS where neither party takes responsibility. Their drop-off times are clear, I made it with 5 hours to spare, yet next day air apparently doesn't exist unless you find a UPS distribution center; which doesn't take packages. The local location never had a pickup that day. They never called UPS to ensure proper SLAs are taken care of. Update: a corporate call reveals it was indeed scanned at this location. Emailed the receipt to the location's email. No response. Still not scanned into a truck to actual UPS. Apparently UPS stores and UPS aren't great at communicating. Filing a claim.

There is a young girl that works there that gives me push back EVERY. SINGLE. TIME about dropping off USPS as well. You accept USPS, they pick them up at 5 in the afternoon every day. I'm not understanding what the issue is. She tells me she can only take a few, sometimes half of them, etc. There's also a young man that works that that is GREAT! I would have given one star if not for him. He's kind, respectful, and does his job well. Lastly, the manager. Until today I've had very few interactions with him. Approx 10 packages were dropped off yesterday, some UPS, some USPS. They were put on the counter because it was busy and I had my young daughter. When I checked my app none were scanned so I called to verify they were in process and a scan was just simply missed. No big deal. The manager's customer service skills were AWFUL on the phone. Stating "this is all speculation" and "you're saying we didn't do our jobs!" (In regard to a simple missed scan). Well sir, it's pretty simple. You had my package and now you don't. But the bar wasn't scanned. Sooooo? Sounds like that's what happened, no? Again not a big deal I just need to know that they are at least on their way to the destination, scan or no scan. He continued to escalate on the phone without listening to any of my questions and handed the phone off to the young man that works there. As usual, the young man was kind, calm, respectful, answered all of my questions, and the issue was resolved. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out personally. Your manager could learn a thing or two from you!

Had the QR code, took it in, UPS worker said it needed to be broken down and boxed up (Amazon said it didn't because the pieces lock in place). UPS worker (a guy) said it could be wrapped up in a bag. My caregiver went and purchased furniture wrap and duct tape to return it. Took it back, they refused it "due to dimensions." "We don't take something that large wrapped up in a bag." This from the same individual who had said "Put it in a bag" just 40 minutes before. Called Amazon, they said the individual at this UPS Store should have accepted the return. Now Amazon has arranged to have the same item picked up at my home. I'm on a very limited budget and spent $23.88 to wrap it up as requested. Now get to wait for UPS to come get it from my home and I'm out almost $25. Never previously had a problem with this store. Always used them. But if the UPS Store person is not going to accept a package though Amazon explained how to return it and the very same person re-explained how to return it, and then would not accept the package as wrapped for return--as explained because they "don't accept anything those dimensions unless it's in a box" they should have called Amazon about it! They should have said from the very beginning, we won't accept this wrapped up in a plastic furniture bag. My caregiver said she'll never use this store again.

The staff here is great. We have used this printer since 2018. They have done large orders for us,…read moreas well as smaller orders as well. The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
