They frequently don't pick up packages left well before the time deadline, especially on Saturdays, meaning packages just sit there from 15 min before the last empty/pick-up time on a Saturday until 3pm on the Monday when they finally get sent to the main distribution center. don't ask me why they don't send stuff to the distribution center after the first pick-up in the morning! And they also frequently sent packages back to the main distribution center instead of delivering causing delays. Use the San Carlos post office whenever you can, it's so much better!

It started when I tried to exchange stamps that O have purchased from their Kiosk located on the other side of the building. The stamps disposed by the machine was printed individually and it won't stick to a regular envelope. The staff who is currently helping me asked the Lead for her opinion and she answered we don't give out refunds. I said I was wasn't asking for a refund but a replacement stamps that would stick better and something that looks like real stamps. The printed stamps that I initially disposed by the machine was printed in black. It looks like a fake stamps. Anyways all she said in a rude way was "get some glue". . And she threw my stamps back to the person helping me. Very rude! Other staff show a better attitude than this lady. Very disrespectful person. Cutting off service mid-line because you want to go home is unacceptable, especially for a public service people rely on. What's most frustrating is the clear attitude of "there will be no consequences." That mindset shows, and it reflects poorly on the entire office.
