After 15 mins they came back saying they couldn't find it. They said when they find it, they will just place it in a parcel locker. Two days later and still nothing, went to the post office, had a different person look for it, once again, couldn't find it. She was even trying to put the blame on me, saying I shouldn't have responded to the tag and just left it alone! Makes no sense! This went on for two weeks, post office visits, phone calls (which they usually wouldn't answer), then the tracking changed to return to sender. This post office is so careless and untrustworthy. They knew I was trying to find this package, yet instead of contacting me (which I left my number and email to multiple people there) they decided to just send it back. Think twice before using this location for anything.

Very helpful, efficient and nice. Upon arrival, there's signs to let you know where the passport office is at. It's located at the left, next to the counter. Just ring the doorbell once and someone will come get you. Make sure you arrive at the appointment 10 mins early to account for the wait time. They also take photos here for you for an additional charge of $15/per photos, so that's pretty convenient. He explained the process and will make photocopies of the documents for you. She gave me tips on where to eat nearby and where to go for a good view of the city and the Space Needle. She was sharp because she looked at my postcards, knew that I was a tourist and tried to help me find beautiful views of Seattle like those on the postcards! She went over and beyond! She asked of i needed more than ten stamps - because they are "Forever" stamps and the price will be the same now and forever... She's correct. I purchased 20 stamps... LOL! But I could see this location being a pain when the lot is filled up. The post office layout is a bit interesting. As you enter the building entrance, the PO boxes are to your left and there is a self-service kiosk right in front. But you enter another room for the actual post office. It seems like the lobby leads up to offices in the same building on the second floor. I needed to mail something and the service was quicker than I am used to at the Crossroads location. Probably because I went at an off-time. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider using this location again if I need to mail something and am in Factoria.

What they don't tell you is they don't scan packages put in the drop box, left on the counter/door! You have to wait in line for an hour to have them scan a prelabeled/paid package in order to get tracking for it. If not, they apparently just don't scan it and toss it on a truck and you don't get the tracking service you paid for! Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. From other reviews, this seems to be the only location that doesn't properly scan packages in. It's really nonsensical.
