How often do you need fingerprints? They aren't done with ink and paper they are called livescan for a reason. But if the machine isn't picking up on it someone should be able to help. We went here because it was said to be least expensive but turns out to be the same as anywhere else.

I bought a calendar book, took a few hours, and entered data of yearly events (e.g., birthdays, MD appointments, and the like). After I finished entering the information, I realized the book cover was upside down (literally) from the pages inside the book. It was a total production error of a product sold by Redlands Office Depot. Like any typical consumer, I returned to the store to fetch a proper book in exchange for this poor production of a book. A male store clerk said I could have another book and rewrite/redo all the information at the store so that he could "keep the book." Privacy notwithstanding, I asked him to keep the book and trash it myself. Privacy matters. After all, what purpose was the book to Office Depot corporate office? Whether they trashed it or I did, the result was the same, but I could control the destruction of the private information. This particular fellow (the clerk) thought I should spend a few hours (seriously) at the store to redo the information so that he could do what with the book? Lucky me to experience a petty, arrogant, and power-controlling clerk, eh? In short, I spent another $24.00 and bought a different book. In the future, I will not support a brick-and-mortar store (Office Depot). Amazon is more convenient and user-friendly. Avoid this store. Make your copies, photos, or purchases elsewhere. You are warned. Avoid this Office Depot in Redlands. Their products are substandard, and they are not user-friendly. Read the reviews and notice the ratings. When the data speaks for itself, I do not have to say anything else.

Overall not a good experience here. Made an appointment for 11:30 and learned the hard way that…read morethey were taking customers first come first serve. Did not even begin processing until 12:30 There is only 1 girl here that can approve all the processing for TSA, passports etc. The other guy here is only able to do office and shipping services, at the very last minute she might have began training him to help with passports and tsa but it was quite a inefficient process and maybe they should just not allow appointments online if they can't work it out logistically. I personally feel like when you are using an appointment service you should take those customers as close to their appt time as possible and advise the walk ins that it is a 30 min or 1 hr wait etc. It is common practice to do things that way. The girl that was processing the tsa precheck was nice and quick but it was a little scary because doing it quickly leaves room for mistakes and it was hard to confirm accuracy under the pressure and rush that was being felt. Cost is the same as other processing centers.
