An update on my last review since the homie Bradly P. jogged my memory! I applied for my passport on Wednesday, September 11 and received it exactly 2 weeks and 1 day after that, on the 26th! 2 days later, I received my supporting documents in a separate envelope which was sent priority. I tried to check online to see what they status was a week after I applied, but for some reason, I was getting a message that said my info couldn't be updated or something to that effect. I continued to check the day after that, and then again in the next few days, all to no avail. I was glad to have received my new passport in the mail so soon. The fees are well worth it, and the peace of mind you get from it is such a relief! I highly recommend coming here to get your passport. Fill out the application in advance and then be there before the passport office opens at 9 am to get your business done in less than 10 minutes! You can always book an appointment online, too.

Don't know what this acronym is, but it's not on your USPS site!

This post office will deliver your mail to other people. They will not help you find your mail and packages and they do not care.

There is rarely parking spots, the lines are always long and they're always out of supplies (flat rate envelopes etc)! Get it together!

The UPS Store at Clinton Keith (Wildomar, No. 92595)…read more Wildomar, California. The southern reaches of Riverside County unfold like a vast, sun-bleached canvas--sprawling suburbs, distant mountains, and the occasional outpost of commerce where one seeks to dispatch a parcel into the great beyond. At 27890 Clinton Keith Road stands this solitary UPS Store, a brown-clad fortress amid the retail wilderness. You arrive with your package--carefully taped, labeled, a small emissary of your intentions headed across counties or continents. What greets you is not the brisk efficiency of a seasoned courier captain, but rather a faint whiff of snark drifting across the counter like cigar smoke in a speakeasy. The attitude is subtle yet unmistakable: a raised eyebrow, a sigh that lingers a moment too long, a tone that suggests your box has personally inconvenienced their afternoon. On the few occasions one has ventured here, the experience repeats itself with the reliability of a stagecoach schedule. No warmth, no expeditionary camaraderie--just the quiet implication that you, the traveler bearing goods, are an intrusion upon their domain. Service requested: competent, if grudgingly delivered. Quality of the transaction: functional, nothing more. Value: one begins to question whether the convenience justifies the subtle hostility. In truth, this correspondent would sooner reroute through distant lands--seek an alternative UPS outpost, or abandon the brown fleet altogether--than endure another encounter with such understated disdain. There are, after all, other ways to send a package on its journey. FedEx beckons from afar. Even the post office, with its eternal lines, suddenly feels like a kinder frontier. Perhaps one day this store will rediscover the spirit of the trailblazer. Until then, proceed with caution... or simply ride on past. Maybe.

The first time…read moreshe helped me at the UPS Store off of Clinton Keith she damaged items I intended to ship to loved ones for Christmas. She told me she'd "make them fit" in the shipping box provided and crushed two out of three items I had within the box, so much so I had to COMPLETELY REPLACE the two items upon taking my box back to have shipped by USPS. Second time Teresa "helped me" at the UPS Store she was so rude and short with customers even a sweet elderly woman commented on her behavior in the store when I looked at her horrified at how I was being treated. Today, the third and final time I'll EVER use this woman's help, was when she almost completely destroyed my daughter's very first tournament sheet from her huge tennis win. I came into the UPS Store on Scott Rd. excited to get her bracket sheet laminated for her and explained to another how important this piece of paper was. The employee didn't know enough about lamination to help so she handed my daughter's tournament sheet to Teresa, WHO KNEW THE LAMINATOR WAS BROKEN, and Teresa forced the sheet through a cold lamination machine making it look as though the sheet had STRIPES. My daughter cried BUCKETS learning that this had happened. Doing the best I could with the situation, I drove my kids to the UPS Store on Clinton Keith and they fixed her error free of charge, while they were all aghast that Teresa had done that as "everyone knows that machine is broken." The associates were incredibly helpful and understanding of the error made as it looks like Teresa has botched so so so many things before. The owner of both stores truly needs to reprimand this woman as she creates chaos in whatever situation she's involved in. If I see her again, I'll run full speed the opposite way! Don't make the same mistake I have (three times) and trust this woman! She's AWFUL and truly shouldn't be working there let alone be the manager!

The PostalAnnex at California Oaks (Murrieta, No. 92563)…read more Murrieta, California. The wide avenues of Riverside County stretch beneath a relentless sun, where strip malls rise like modest caravanserais along the trail. Tucked into one such outpost at 40960 California Oaks Road lies PostalAnnex--a quiet emporium of shipping, printing, and the unexpected. You arrive expecting the usual postal rites: boxes, tape, the faint scent of cardboard. What you discover instead is a pleasant revelation--this unassuming annex offers LiveScan fingerprinting, a service as rare in these parts as a cool breeze in July. Convenient? Exceedingly so. Mere minutes from the highway, sparing one the pilgrimage to distant county offices or sterile government halls. The gentleman behind the counter greets you with genuine courtesy--no hurried sighs, no veiled impatience. Friendly, efficient, almost disarmingly so. The process unfolds with expeditionary grace: forms completed, fingers rolled across the glass platen, digital ghosts captured and dispatched to whatever bureaucracy awaits them. The entire affair? A brisk twelve to fifteen minutes--swift enough to feel like a minor detour on a grand journey. The store itself brims with character: shelves laden with knickknacks, gadgets, greeting cards, and the sort of eclectic inventory that invites browsing. A touch of organized chaos, the mark of a true general store reborn for the modern age. One small quibble--the scanning platen bears the faint fingerprints of previous travelers, a light film that speaks of steady use rather than neglect. Nothing, however, that a quick mist of Purell cannot remedy (bring your own, or politely request; either suffices). Service requested: LiveScan fingerprinting. Quality: swift and personable. Value: exceptional, given the rarity and proximity. In a landscape where such services are often distant or dour, this PostalAnnex stands as a welcome surprise--an oasis of convenience and cordiality. One leaves with clean records (eventually) and a lighter step. Yes. Most certainly.

I brought my grandparents in for a simple notarization, which should've been quick and easy. While I was having a normal, casual conversation with my grandmother nothing disruptive or related to the document the notary suddenly stopped what she was doing and told me to stop talking. I told her that she might want to work on her customer service skills, and honestly, that could have been the end of it. But instead, she decided to keep arguing with me, as if she couldn't just let it go. What really stood out was how she repeatedly felt the need to remind me that "everyone always compliments her customer service." I'm not sure why that mattered in the moment, because her attitude during this interaction was the complete opposite of what I'd call good customer service. It didn't stop there. She leaned over the counter toward my grandfather in a way that felt condescending almost like she was questioning whether he was of sound mind to understand what he was signing. That was completely unnecessary and honestly insulting, considering he is perfectly healthy and fully aware of everything he does. At that point, my grandparents were so uncomfortable they refused to stay any longer. We went to UPS immediately after, and not only did they notarize the document quickly and politely, but even they found it surprising that someone would act like that over something so small. There was zero issue at UPS with me having a simple conversation, and they treated my grandparents with the respect they deserve. I've always given this location the benefit of the doubt because of past positive experiences, but this visit was disappointing and unprofessional. If you're in customer service, you have to be able to handle simple interactions without turning them into unnecessary conflicts or making customers feel uncomfortable. Hopefully this location addresses this kind of behavior, because it's not at all what I've come to expect here.
