Small USPS location with low traffic and the nearest to a personal Post Office experience as you can have. Except for holidays, the most people in front of me has been ~ three but it's not uncommon I'm the only one and walk right up. Love this location! I needed to ship a gift to a friend in Washington. Quality 5/5 Great service from the Postal Service employee. They accepted my packaging affixed postage and label and like the roadrunner, on the road in less than 5 minutes! The line wasn't that long but there was only one active counter, since the other employee was helping a lady with her packages. The person that helped me was efficient and didn't take long at all to get my envelope in the system, it was all rather easy and painless. Yay! The cost of mailing was $31 -steep but necessary so I got two set up: to send and then get back my document. With UPS and postal services places offering returns as well as other common services I haven't been in for a couple years, and nothing has changed inside. The long counter in the photo is supposed to have stamp gifts and other things that customers might need or want, but the case is empty and dusty everywhere. They used to have teddy bears and such, which made the line more interesting. I give three stars for the fustiness inside and because there was only one person at the counter that could help. Tiffany was awesome! She kept the line moving and kept asking people in line if they had items to mail, that she could quickly help with. She was so efficient and I love her customer service. For example, the customer in front of me had to fill out an envelope and so Tiffany quickly helped another customer get a receipt. She values her customer's time!

I was told that I had too many packages and that usps has a "7 minute per customer" max or they will get yelled at. The time was 4:30 and there were 4 people behind me with A SINGLE package each. This location is just around the corner from my office, close enough that we walk on our brakes to get stuff done here. There's never a huge crowd, except maybe at Christmas. It's a really large building and they've got a variety of gift cards you can buy, as well as greeting cards. This place has been a real lifesaver when I'm desperate for a gift in the middle of a work day, because there's no place close by to get a gift. The people here are nice and the lines go fast.
