Small USPS location with low traffic and the nearest to a personal Post Office experience as you can have. Except for holidays, the most people in front of me has been ~ three but it's not uncommon I'm the only one and walk right up. Love this location! I needed to ship a gift to a friend in Washington. Quality 5/5 Great service from the Postal Service employee. They accepted my packaging affixed postage and label and like the roadrunner, on the road in less than 5 minutes! I have got some very fun stamps and they have I love utilizing the kiosk in the entryway where the PO boxes are for slightly quicker option if my item is simpler. I do find that the waiting area is not always fully stocked with the basic mailing labels, such as the ones they want you to put on the box,. It led to more than a dozen visits over the coming months, with most visits consisting of dozens of packages being delivered. From the first day I went to this location til current date my experience and expectations have been above and beyond. Every individual I work with remembers my name, is extremely helpful, friendly and they get me through in a very timely fashion. They're very upbeat and optimistic no matter how busy it tends to get there and it makes every visit extremely enjoyable. I was told that I had too many packages and that usps has a "7 minute per customer" max or they will get yelled at. The time was 4:30 and there were 4 people behind me with A SINGLE package each. It shouldn't have been a problem. But I was told that first come first serve isn't how they do things around there. Which is an unfortunate lie. If she would've stopped talking and just scanned we wouldn't have a problem. I was there less than 7 minutes and she was able to scan 1/10th of it. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better usps.

This location is just around the corner from my office, close enough that we walk on our brakes to get stuff done here. There's never a huge crowd, except maybe at Christmas. It's a really large building and they've got a variety of gift cards you can buy, as well as greeting cards. This place has been a real lifesaver when I'm desperate for a gift in the middle of a work day, because there's no place close by to get a gift. The people here are nice and the lines go fast.
