Small USPS location with low traffic and the nearest to a personal Post Office experience as you can have. Except for holidays, the most people in front of me has been ~ three but it's not uncommon I'm the only one and walk right up. Love this location! I needed to ship a gift to a friend in Washington. Quality 5/5 Great service from the Postal Service employee. They accepted my packaging affixed postage and label and like the roadrunner, on the road in less than 5 minutes! I have got some very fun stamps and they have I love utilizing the kiosk in the entryway where the PO boxes are for slightly quicker option if my item is simpler. I do find that the waiting area is not always fully stocked with the basic mailing labels, such as the ones they want you to put on the box,. The line wasn't that long but there was only one active counter, since the other employee was helping a lady with her packages. The person that helped me was efficient and didn't take long at all to get my envelope in the system, it was all rather easy and painless. Yay! The cost of mailing was $31 -steep but necessary so I got two set up: to send and then get back my document. With UPS and postal services places offering returns as well as other common services I haven't been in for a couple years, and nothing has changed inside. The long counter in the photo is supposed to have stamp gifts and other things that customers might need or want, but the case is empty and dusty everywhere. They used to have teddy bears and such, which made the line more interesting. I give three stars for the fustiness inside and because there was only one person at the counter that could help. It led to more than a dozen visits over the coming months, with most visits consisting of dozens of packages being delivered. From the first day I went to this location til current date my experience and expectations have been above and beyond. Every individual I work with remembers my name, is extremely helpful, friendly and they get me through in a very timely fashion. They're very upbeat and optimistic no matter how busy it tends to get there and it makes every visit extremely enjoyable. This staff provides top notch customer service and I hope their upper management reads this in the near future.
