Victoria assisted me with the application review, and Dave (or Dale) double reviewed the paperwork before it was submitted. During my appointment, Dave (or Dale) made an unnecessary comment about how "insane" the expedited fees were. While the comment was unprofessional, the much bigger issue came later. My passport application was ultimately rejected because the required agent signature was missing. This was an error that should have been caught before my paperwork was submitted. As a result, I had to spend more than four hours at the Sherwood Passport Agency to correct the mistake and re-expedite my application, causing significant stress, lost time, and additional inconvenience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was an avoidable error that had real consequences. I hope greater attention is paid to detail in the future, and that staff keep personal opinions about customers' choices or fees to themselves.
