We get back and there's a note in our box saying they have returned ALL of our mail because they think we have abandoned our box. We went to the post office to see what was going on and they didn't even hold the first 30 days. The lady behind the counter took the note our mail carrier left and wrote on it where is the mail. Next day we get a nasty note from the mail carrier that we need to check our mail more often so it doesn't get returned. Pretty rude comment when we tried to do the right thing and was told two different things. I won't be dealing with this office again if I can help it and I think the mail carrier for Gila Buttes Phase 2 is awful.

I was there about 1 hour 15 minutes before closing. The staff was friendly and professional. There were 2 people at the counter. They attended everyone on the line pretty quickly. So keep in mind there's a longer wait the closer you get to closing time.
