We spend summers in California so we forward our mail. We are still unraveling the damage. The supervisor Anthony was not helpful. I called me from California and he said everything would be fine and he would talk to the carrier ( found out later that didn't happen because they kept calling in sick). I confronted him in person and he said " Darn, sorry about that have a nice day. " Bottom line they need to hire better people all around. Privatizing the post office makes more and more sense. Companies can't survive running a business this poorly.

I totally get it if they want payment first, but if that's the case, they should include that with the comments. They always tell them what time I will be there to pick it up, they are usually pretty small jobs. I have yet to have it ready when I arrive, even if it is well after the time that I tell them I will be there. The whole point of ordering it at a time is to not wait when I get there to place the order and then wait again while they print it. They need to figure this out as a company. If they said I had to go into order, I could decide if that works. But if they say email it, I'll have it ready. that's what they should do. And again, if they want it paid for ahead of time, they should just include the link. I totally get they don't wanna print a bunch of stuff and then people not show up for it. But when you're in a hurry, especially on the weekends, it sucks to not have it ready when you ask for it ahead of time!

I needed to send a script out to chewy , and there was an option of printing the sticker at home and putting it on an envelope, so I did that. Went at the FedEx office, store manager Alex informed me that there was a chance that my envelope would get lost at the sorting facility, Sohee very gently removed the label from the envelope and attach it to a FedEx envelope, free of charge, sealed it up for me and gave me a receipt. Sometimes the things that matter aren't always big things. Sometimes they're attention to detail and the consideration of others. That is why I wanted to leave this review. Unfortunately they never asked me what size plates I needed and I didn't know they had different sizes for golf carts. When the plates arrived they were motorcycle size plates that don't fit the bracket on my golf cart. When I called about getting the large size plates they said I would have to drive back to the office and pay them again to have the correct size plates. They said whoever helped me should have asked and that most golf carts use the smaller plate. They were sorry I got the wrong size but would have to pay again to get the correct size. Make sure you know the size plates you need and that they order the correct size or it will cost you extra to correct the problem.
