Even going back to the post office and showing them their mistake they refused to take them back, saying I must redo everything. It's your job to mail our envelopes. I used to buy things here, but my last experience, along with all the negative reviews, forced me to go to another shipping center 13 miles round trip from my house, even though this place is a few blocks away. I understand that business owners need to maximize revenues, but as a former marketing manager for a $60 billion company, I would suggest that customer service goes a long way toward building a brand and providing some complimentary services are just part of serving the public.

Update, on Dec 23, they emailed mailbox holders that they would be closed the same day, Dec 23…read more until Jan 5 as they undergo a change in Management. So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
