Eve was the worst postal worker I have ever encountered. 5 times I had to ask for the manager after she clearly proved she was not only miserable at her job, she was mad. The post office owes me $32. We have an app on the phones that tells us what important mail is coming. Unfortunately, and to my dismay, we were waiting for a simple debit card, departed the location at Crismon Rd and Southern Avenue and disappeared in between the station and the mail delivery person. I have had issues with the letter carrier here for almost 2 months now. I contacted the post office several times and they ensured me that they would take care of the issues but packages and mail are delivered to another address even though it clearly shows our address. Thank God the people who gets our packages and such has been honest and brought them to the house. I do not know why they continue to let this happen. Extremely unhappy with this post office. I had a package that I needed to drop off. I was tied up most of the day and wouldn't have time to get to the post office until the afternoon. Being aware that the post office has a closing time, like all other businesses, I went online and checked their hours. Their posted hours through the official USPS website stated they were open until 5PM. I rolled up into their parking lot around 4:25-4;30PM only to find the doors locked! LIARS! So here, I had to turn around, go home, and try again another day. Their hours are not up to date on the website, and who knows how late they open. What weee these people thinking? ALL the mail boxes (4) in the dedicated drive through Mail Drop lane have recently been replaced with more secure boxes (probably a good thing), BUT they all now face the opposite/wrong direction! Instead of facing the drive through lane they now face the parking lot, making dropping mail from your car impossible - you now have to physically get out of your car walk around the box and deposit your mail, defeating the whole purpose of having a drive through Mail Drop. What do the Cardinals and the Post Office have in common? Neither deliver on Sundays! This post office at Southern west of Crimson really gets my goat. Whatever that means. Having a service kiosk is great, meaning you can ship at any time of day or night. There are two issues with this: The kiosk is often not working, and the mail slot is always jammed. I do mean always. The post office itself is older and a bit dingy, despite a clean and bright exterior. The drive-and-drop lane is not often manicured. After a particularly heavy storm, the lane wasn't cleared of a tree for close to a month. Now, I know this is government, but this was nonsense. This is my neighborhood office, and I have more mail lost or put in the wrong box than I have ever experienced in my life. Many of these lost mail items have been later brought over by a neighbor - and thank goodness, because they were checks! When someone broke a key off in my mail lock, I had to pay $40, and it took FOR-EVER. The staff inside is inefficient, and works very slowly. There is ALWAYS a huge line, even in the off-season. I give them credit for having a guy walk around and help folks who are picking up, or who have questions, so they don't waste away in the crazy line. When you finally get to the counter, you are not treated kindly, or as a valued customer. Listen, I'm a government employee too, and every person I contact is a customer. Have some service skill, please! If I tell you that the kiosk isn't working, don't brush it off, and make an excuse. Tell me that you'll let someone know. That you'll put an out-of-order sign on it to save other folks the frustration. Tell me that you give a crap. One day, the post office will be a thing of the past. Stamps will be vintage artwork. Had a certified mail delivery that was supposed to happen today. Instead I got a pink slip that said we missed you at Delivery. I was home all day. They did not try to deliver anything to my home. I don't ship a lot of boxes. I had questions before I closed my box because of the weight. These guys told me I have to buy an entire roll of tape just for one strip to close my box. Lol Seriously, he said that with a straight face. That's such a smug government response. Your entire business model is to help people ship items. Press a button that charges me .25 cents. Don't tell me I need to purchase a separate roll of tape and then pay you again to ship. I called the nearby UPS and they gladly tape up your box for FREE. Because they want your business, instead of creating a petty system of compliance. I spent $27 on shipping and was glad to give them my money instead. I received a notice that some one came by to deliver at letter and that no one answered and a slip was left. When no one came because we were home and no slip was left at all. I checked the mailbox thinking maybe it was in there . No nothing.I call the post office and ask if the letter was there. I was told it was I ho pick it up and they till me it's not at the post office. The mail carrier should be putting it in the mailbox in line 10 minutes I was told. Walked in there to drop off packages that already had prepaid shipping. As soon as I got called up by a very angry and aggressive woman named Karen. She was malicious from the start of our conversation and immediately refused to ship my packages even though the label was rated for 20 lbs and my package was less than that. Karen was extremely rude, idiot try to help come with a solution and just said pay $50 or fox your label and walked away. The lady who was trying to "help" me was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to in customer service. She yelled at me after I asked or help. I have carpel tunnel and I couldn't carry my heavy package for too long. No one told me that I had to print the shipping label. I Ben tried calling this store before coming in to double check to see if I should get it printed before I came in. However, their phone lines suck and you are brought through an endless loop of IVR systems and recordings. I hope that I never have to use this office ever again. I have never been so appalled. Clearly the woman without the glasses working today at 4:00 p.m. hates her job and people. I patiently waited my turn in the long line. I'm assuming there was some staffing issues today. That happens, it's ok. What is not OK is being rude and slow because you have to work for a living. I live in a senior park and I am constantly having problems with my mail Certified letters do not get brought to my door the mail person signs for them and leaves them in my lock box or leaves a note for me to pick it up at the post office. They refuse to bring them to my door. I get packages that they stuff in lock boxes and I have problems getting them out They have left packages in a lock box left wide open and never put the key in my lock box. We live in this Post Office zip code area, so it is the one we need to use when we set up mail forwarding. We travel every summer, and for the past 12 summers this Post Office has managed to mess up our mail forwarding every single time. In our postal box is a card placed by the carrier that they are forward all mail until September 1, as requested. It is currently the end of June, and they are already returning mail sent to us back to the sender, indicating we don't have that address. This is not the first time. The managers we have spoken with alway are helpful, but this should not be happening. Either the employees are not being properly trained, or they just don't care. If it happened just once, I'd understand, but not every time. We are giving up, and purchasing a mail-forwarding service so we can by-pass the USPS mail-forwarding service. read more

This is one of the nicest, well maintained post offices I know. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful; however, I have an issue with the one female clerk (I dont know her name, but she appears to be Asian, probably in her 60's). As a Human Resources Professional, I often wonder why her behavior-rudeness, tone, attitude, unfriendly - continues? I'm sure I'm not the only customer who has noticed this. I make a genuine effort to avoid being at her counter - pretty sad. Hopefully, she gets some coaching on customers' negative perception of her behavior. read more
