I was directed to contact Post Office at 6825 S. 7th Street Phoenix where it was believed...my missing mail had landed.. I called and spoke with a brilliant employee named Daniel and BAM... great communicator asking probing questions...he immediately understood my objective. He took my number for a call back and within 30 minutes....BOOM...he called me to report he had located the missing package....wrong zip code was the issue:-( Daniel made the correction and told me my package would be delivered within a couple of days and ......BINGO...just like that...! received the green card confirming delivery. This experience with Daniel was outstanding...WOW....what an efficient interaction. Daniel gets 50 starts from me and I hope USPS realizes what a gem Daniel is. If he ran for POTUS, I would vote for him. Thank you Daniel!!!!

Apparently, I wasn't the only one who saw that, because several of us showed up to find the doors very much closed. Since these aren't government-run sites, I was surprised they weren't open, especially when so many other businesses were operating that day. That said, I returned later and had the pleasure of being helped by Frank. He was a senior gentleman like myself, and let's just say he operated at a smooth and steady 0.1 miles per hour. But you know what? I appreciated it. He was clearly doing his very best, taking his time, and making sure everything was done properly. At one point, he was mopping the cement floor with a mop, which I don't judge at all however, I did find it a bit unexpected during the process! Because of the slower pace (and the brief housekeeping intermission), my lane took a little longer than the others. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush and was able to wait patiently. In the end, kindness goes a long way. Frank may move at his own speed, but he was respectful and doing honest work. Thank you, sir, for your effort and dedication. Being a kind human really is what matters most.

First impressions of Pinal County:…read more Employees are nice...seems not all Recorder's office employees are well-versed in which forms of ID are accepted by Pinal County. Waiting on hold takes a while...I was 13th in the queue. Herein lies my first experience: I followed the instructions for registering to vote in Arizona when you don't have an Arizona driver's license or ID. I went to the Recorder's office in person so they could photocopy my ENHANCED ID and the employee told me it was sufficient. I was told I would receive my voter registration card in the mail. A week later, instead of a registration card, I received a denial letter stating my ID wasn't an enhanced ID -- even though it is. When I called the recorder's office, I was told they only accept enhanced licenses from five specific states, my previous state not being one of them. This requirement is not stated anywhere on their website or on the denial form. It should clearly say that only enhanced IDs from certain states are accepted AND list those states. I'm busy with a move and don't have time to make another trip to the office to provide different documentation. Pinal County needs to communicate much more clearly.
