    Nice full service post office. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Easy to find the packaging. Never takes long to get through the line.

    Long, VERY SLOW moving lines regardless of what time or day of week that I've gone there. Try to avoid this post office at all costs!

    Nice home town post office all amenities service is excellent staff very helpful to new customer's looks small but is quite large inside

When I called and spoke with the owner she had every excuse why it was my fault that the package got lost. When I went into her store with proof of my receipt, I found out that they put the wrong address on my box. Instead of admitting that they made a mistake, they continued to blame me and everyone else, while being rude and ignorant. You aren't going to get a good reaction out of people treating them that way, admit your mistake. First she blamed me then the Post Office for losing my box. It was everyone's fault, but theirs. I have no idea how you can run a business and be so rude and incompetent. Did not even offer me any compensation or reimbursement, instead, is making me run around to the Post Office and everywhere else to try to get my money back and reimbursed. For everything that was damaged in my package. How can you take my money for the shipment but can't reimburse me? I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before going there. Because obviously there are many unsatisfied customers. It can't be everybody else's fault. You need to take responsibility for your actions and mistakes. Instead of being rude and immediately on the defensive when i called looking for my package. Then maybe you wouldn't lose customers. You don't have to worry about ever seeing me or people I know in your store ever again. Good luck. Have a nice day.

I have been coming in every week for nearly 5 years with the same order. They know just what I need and are quick to accomplish it. Today, 3/22/23 at 6:15pm, I took my weekly church bulletin order in. I always put this order in on Wednesdays because I am out of town on Thursdays and Fridays. I pick this order up on Saturdays when I return home. Our church pays approximately $600.00 per month to Office Max for these orders. When I arrived, I found a sign that says the print shop was closed at 4:00 today. (HOW WAS I TO KNOW THIS?) The woman whom I had never seen before behind the counter, who told me she was the manager, was working on an order that needed to be done. I asked her for a piece of paper. She said that they don't give free paper. I found a scrap of paper in a trash can. I wrote a note to Emily so that I could leave my order. I told Emily I would pay or this order when I picked up. When I had finished, I placed my order with the instructions on the counter behind the gate. This woman called me back and refused to accept my order without payment because "things had changed" and I must pay for the order ahead of time as I always have done. But the area was closed so I could not pay. I told her I would have to come in Saturday and wait for the order to be done. She said that would not be possible. They don't do orders while people wait. In other words, she was not helpful to me at all and actually argumentative. She could have cared less if my order was filled or not--- let alone make money for Office Max. Before I retired, I was a manager. I feel it is important that you know when your company is not being represented well.

So, unfortunately here I am publicly saying this location is missing the mark on customer service: I arrived at approximately 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon. There were 4 people ahead of me. 1 person on register. A person boxing items and a person in uniform loading a truck. The person on register seemed to be new/in training. They were asking the person boxing items a lot of questions. This is fine. Everyone has to learn. At 4:50 the person boxing says "your register will automatically shut down at 5:02". So, I'm watching and waiting for something to change. Cause there are now 4 people behind me. That's 8 people In line. Nope. At 4:53 the person at register says "just so you all know. The register shuts down at 5:02". To which I said, well I guess you need another person on the register. I'm not fond of being a grinch but at the point the associate working is telling me their staffing is going to cause me to not be able to complete my transaction, I am no longer patient. I'm not sure why person boxing didn't jump in to help. I'm not sure why cashier felt it necessary to tell us if we weren't lucky enough for them to figure out the process before 5:02 we were out of luck. But these "team members" sure didn't care about the 8 people who cared enough to patronize their employer. To those "team members" your employer requires patrons to keep their doors open. At some point when enough of us don't come back, there's not a need for "team members". Sorry to air your dirty laundry on Yelp. I tried to write this directly to those who could do something about it. UPS doesn't make it easy to tell them when something goes wrong.
