From the first day I went to this location til current date my experience and expectations have been above and beyond. Every individual I work with remembers my name, is extremely helpful, friendly and they get me through in a very timely fashion. They're very upbeat and optimistic no matter how busy it tends to get there and it makes every visit extremely enjoyable. My wife is very easy going and was just asking for a receipt (proof of drop off) from your employee. For whatever reason your employee went on a verbal full out foul language assault on my wife. Language used f#ck you, numerous time, c#nt, and some derogatory reference to age all for asking politely for a tracking receipt. By the way my wife went down the street to the Walgreens and dropped off the package there. I have to admit that going to the PO isn't a fave thing to do, but I had to get a passport to a…read moreconsulate so needed a pre-paid priority express envelope. The line wasn't that long but there was only one active counter, since the other employee was helping a lady with her packages. The person that helped me was efficient and didn't take long at all to get my envelope in the system, it was all rather easy and painless. Yay! The cost of mailing was $31 -steep but necessary so I got two set up: to send and then get back my document. With UPS and postal services places offering returns as well as other common services I haven't been in for a couple years, and nothing has changed inside. The long counter in the photo is supposed to have stamp gifts and other things that customers might need or want, but the case is empty and dusty everywhere. They used to have teddy bears and such, which made the line more interesting. I give three stars for the fustiness inside and because there was only one person at the counter that could help. As always, these are my impressions and maybe not what everyone else sees or thinks. Have a great day y'all !
