Great service, thank you! I was so happy you had the piñata stamps in for my daughter's birthday invitations. She has never had a big family party before. So I am trying to make sure every detail is special. The stamps will add an extra touch of magic and hopefully will bring our family out from Utah.

No line! Clean little post office :) I was dropping off a package I had stamped in advance so didn't need assistance but had i, this would've been the place to be. Thanks for being there!

I used this location to send out a fragile shipment to my good client from Laguna Beach to Hemet, CA, containing preserved roses that cost $150. This is how the box was delivered to the recipient. I can't believe that USPS staff and driver had the audacity to deliver such embarrassing package! It looks like it was literally beat up by a baseball bat even though it was nicely packaged inside with bubble wraps and had the fragile stickers all over on the outside along with arrows to handle with cautious! After going back and speaking with the lady who initially took the package, I got nothing but attitude from her, not even an apology. Extremely RUDE! I don't really need to say much here. Take a look at the attached pictures and you be the judge. Thank you USPS for running this package for my client and I.

It is really a nice place and they have pick mail on Saturdays before 12p

I've been to a lot of post office but this one has a certain level of old school customer service that even the person in the counter trumped to know you and talk to you.

When they closed that location down, we started coming to this location. The Laguna Niguel Post Office is so much better than the old Aliso location. The Laguna Niguel Post Office is located off of Alicia Parkway and Niguel Road. The parking lot is large, but can be crowded at times. Sometimes, people park against the gate due to a lack of parking spaces during busier times. The business itself is average in size. Sometimes the line extends past the P.O. boxes and it moves kind of slow. They typically have 2 people working at the front counter, but if the line is moving too slow, they'll bring out another representative to help speed things up. Customer service here is excellent! If the line slows down, the lady from the passport photo room will take customers into her office and assist them with their packages etc. They run a pretty tight ship here! I have been to several post offices in South OC and this one is my go-to location. They know all of their regular customers and it's refreshing to see that they remember your face when you come in. I've had plenty of great experiences here and I will continue to come to this location to mail packages etc.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this USPS location, specifically…read morefrom the supervisor on duty. I came in trying to locate a package that was dropped off at this location and never received by the carrier it was supposed to be handed off to. I had tracking proof showing the package was never scanned into the next carrier's system. Instead of even attempting to check the back or see if it may have been misplaced internally, I was immediately told that "UPS should have it" and that there was nothing they could do. As a business owner, I understand that mistakes and delays happen. But what was frustrating was the complete lack of effort or accountability. I wasn't expecting miracles; I was simply hoping someone would at least attempt to check or escalate the situation internally. The supervisor and another employee both seemed very nonchalant about the situation, even after I explained the urgency and showed proof that the package was never received by the next carrier. I left feeling completely dismissed rather than helped. I understand policies exist, but customer service still matters. A little effort, empathy, or willingness to investigate would have gone a long way.

I think the extra 30 minutes of service is a game changer when you're in a bind. Extremely impressed with their stock of materials -- from bags, boxes, shipping tape, bubble wrap, gift cards and greeting cards. It's truly a one-stop shop. The not so good parts are: tight parking and very slow service.

Due to being closer to Comic Quest at the time, I decided to go here to drop off a package. I…read moremostly selected this particular branch because I hadn't tried it before and I've encountered too many poor people at the Lake Forest branch. Getting into the parking lot was already inconvenient: one has to drive down a driveway and make a U-turn into the opposite side of the divider. There was ample parking, so that wasn't much of an issue. However, at the doorway, there was a solicitor selling flowers. They didn't advertise it to me, but I was mentally on guard while I was outside. I managed to get a receipt for my shipment but when I wanted to put it into the dropoff slot, the one for big boxes did not open. I was forced to shove it into the outgoing slot for small letters, which I have received conflicting information about what to do for parcels that don't count as letters but can fit in the slot: shove them into the letter slot or use the parcel drop locker. Luckily this branch had no such complaints in the form of signs on the wall. The solicitor didn't talk to me on the way out. I suppose that's one benefit of wearing clothes that make me look unapproachable even if the tradeoff is that cashiers treat me worse if I'm forced to use a human cashier to pay. The parking lot layout was linear so I drove to the "exit only" to go onto Valencia. There were some blue mailboxes at this exit. However, someone drove into the exit to go into the parking lot. If I had been dropping off something in the blue mailbox I would have gotten hit. My car hit the street on the way out. This matter dropped my perception of the establishment below my minimum for 3 stars, so I'm dropping it to 2. The existence of this location seems like a requirement for there to be a post office in the city at most. At least Lake Forest has two parcel drop boxes inside and their parking lot isn't so bad that I have to drop a level for it, even if I have to deal with violin-playing solicitors.

Holy Packaging Batman!…read more Just received a box of special salad dressing from a family member in Laguna, and let me tell you...it was packed like Fort Knox! She didn't want to package them herself...which I don't blame her, so requested that UPS take care of it. Omg! So many layers of bubble wrap, tape and more and more layers! It took me awhile to finally get to the bottles, but was worth every minute of it! The time and care the manager Greg R. and his team took to ensure these babies were going to be shipped and arrive in excellent condition was over-the-top! I've ordered this dressing from Amazon in the past, but the packaging didn't even come close and some bottles even arrived a little leaky. If you want something shipped with meticulous care, then this is your UPS Store! Thanks again to Greg and his team! Y'all ROCK!

I stopped by this location this afternoon to drop off a package -- a simple, routine errand that…read moreshould have taken five minutes. Instead, I left frustrated and frankly disappointed by the level of service I received. The associate at the counter, Karen, was cold and unwelcoming from the moment I walked up. There was no smile, no greeting, and no effort to make the interaction pleasant. But beyond her demeanor, what really got to me was the lack of basic guidance. She never told me where to write the delivery address on my package -- something that takes two seconds to communicate and is a fundamental part of the job. As a result, I had to redo the labeling entirely, wasting both my time and my packaging. What makes it worse is that this kind of mistake is completely avoidable. A simple heads-up -- "make sure to write the address here" -- would have saved the hassle. Instead, I was left to figure it out on my own and then correct it under her watch, which was both inconvenient and embarrassing. Good customer service doesn't require going above and beyond -- it just requires the basics: a courteous attitude and clear communication. Today, I got neither. I'll be looking for an alternative location or courier going forward. Life is too short to spend it dreading a simple post office run. I'd strongly encourage management to revisit customer service training here, because first impressions -- and last impressions -- matter. Not recommended.
