A wonderful resource and little gem of a service in Laguna Beach. Awesome for all those working from home, or for people who frequently travel. Staff are very personable and offer personalized services. You can call in to see if you have mail. They'll leave packages for you after hours if you can't get their before they close. They are a great place to send returns etc as they do USPS, UPS and FedEx. Their rates are super reasonable for PO Boxes and shipping and copying. Just a great small business and asset. read more

Harry, Myrna and the team are great. I've lived in three different homes in Laguna over the last 15 years and it's been convenient to have my mail and packages delivered to this same location for all those years. I can be out of town for a month at a time and they gladly collect and hold everything for me. In urgent situations I've had to call and ask them to sift through my mailbox and search for a specific piece of mail; every single time they have stopped what they were doing in order to assist me. Stopped by this Mail Stop recently to return an Amazon box because it was close to home. I won't be using this Mail Stop again. Another reviewer made a mention, a smile would go a long way. The presumably owners, were unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by me coming in to drop off the (one) box. At any other UPS drop off location, I've asked for a receipt as confirmation that they took the package, in case Amazon doesn't receive the package. This location told me to take a photo of the shipping label and refused to print out a receipt. A photo of the shipping label doesn't do anything to confirm that they took the package. read more

If you're looking for a cookie-cutter fake smile you might not get it, but if you're looking for an honest kind well run servicespace, you won't do you any better than the mail stop. The staff is always in a bad mood. The couple who owns it will fight in front of you while you're waiting to ship your items. If you ask them to print you a receipt they'll 1. Refuse completely and tell u to take a picture of the label... or 2. Give you a big sigh, eye roll, and make you wait 5 minutes for them to print you out the tracking number. I'm not sure what the problem is with this store but it's best to take your business somewhere else. read more

I live in town and I have a box here. I have all my packages delivered to my address here because they will sign for them and keep them safe. It's very convenient - good short-term parking right in front - just outside the busy part of town so no traffic problems. The staff is very efficient and they have a good system considering all the boxes delivered here. MUCH nicer and better than the post office. read more

I used this place for years despite their grumpy attitudes there. They are in a service business, but act as if they are doing you the favor. I live right down the street and try to do business with locally owned stores, but I recently had the worst experience ever. I had a relative send me a family heirloom via Fedex. It was not valuable, but it was priceless to me. I often get packages sent to my house, but this time I decided to have it sent here so that someone would have to sign for it and it would not dropped off on my doorstep. Anyways, the package was delivered to the Mail Stop and signed for. I received an email from Fedex confirming the delivery. I go into the Mail Stop later that day and I have a slip of paper in my box notifying me that I have a package ready to be picked up. Lo and behold, they cannot find the package even though they just left the slip earlier that day. The gentleman says that the slip must have been accidentally put into my box. I show him the email confirmation where he signed for my package and he just shrugs his shoulders and says that he signs for lots of packages each day and has no idea where mine could be. He did not even try to help out by calling Fedex or anything. Just a shrug of the shoulders. He basically told me that they are not responsible for any of the packages that are delivered there. So, I am out an irreplaceable item and they could care less. read more

Giving one star because you cannot give 0 stars! We had the worst experience with these people. They came to us ( we are an art gallery) offering their services, saying they had been in the art shipping business for over 30 years. Little did we know these people have no idea what they are doing and they certainly did not spend 30 years trying to make their shipping service an art! They damaged our painting, packaged it miserably, unprofessionally, and carelessly! The last straw on the camel's back is that they refused to admit they made a mistake. We had to take care of everything ourselves; shipping the painting back to us and ended up spending triple the money than what we should have! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! We heard that it's not the first time they damaged artwork from other galleries around us. Lets pray they stop shipping what they are inexperienced in! We NEVER had any problem with our normal shippers, we really wanted to give them a try, but now realize that was a huge mistake. read more
