We have a PO Box here so we're always here. Libby is the most kindest, loveliest, most helpful, sweet let there is. Every time I go in there she always has a smile on her face and makes my day that much more better. Today especially she was a superstar. We had two medium size luggage pieces that we ordered and my mom is older and can't lift, I just had broken fingers and can't lift so she took her time and went out of her way to help us carry them to our car. Libby makes going to the Post Office a much more convenient and even a happy time. Libby is beyond phenomenal and I strongly hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves because she is simply the best. I know others feel the same way. She is a wonderful blessing not just to me and to my mom, but to our community as well. read more

If you read the reviews, many of them have to do with package deliveries and NOT this post office directly. As for this post office, I have always had great service from the staff here who are always courteous and friendly. It feels like a small town USPO which is what I love most. My hatred of this USPS grows each year. Today they cost me $40.00 because they lied about delivering a Christmas gift I ordered to my mailbox. The sender refuses responsibility and I had to buy a replacement gift. To make matters worse, UPS hands off packages to them making UPS increasingly unreliable. I came in at a good time as there almost no line. It was only marginally busy when I was preparing my packages. There were two women working and they were helpful. I had two packages to mail and they were able to tell me the least expensive class of mail to send it. They let me borrow a pen to fill out the address. I paid by credit card. I would describe the experience as easy. There is no complaining about the price of postage. It is what it is. They don't have passport services. They do have PO boxes. I found the post office to be clean. They have packages there you can buy along with pens chained down. There were some other things. I noticed that the post office is selling holiday and event cards which if convenient since I was at the post office. The usual stuff was there too, new stamp designs. read more

Drivers are so unprofessional, IF they decide to leave my package, they leave it in the street at the top of the driveway or leave it on my neighbors wall. I have a flag lot and on other days they'll leave a note in the mailbox that I wasn't available for delivery and return my packages to sender. They don't even bother to come down the driveway to the front door to see if I'm actually available. The good thing is Karma doesn't miss their address. read more

I used this location to send out a fragile shipment to my good client from Laguna Beach to Hemet, CA, containing preserved roses that cost $150. This is how the box was delivered to the recipient. I can't believe that USPS staff and driver had the audacity to deliver such embarrassing package! It looks like it was literally beat up by a baseball bat even though it was nicely packaged inside with bubble wraps and had the fragile stickers all over on the outside along with arrows to handle with cautious! After going back and speaking with the lady who initially took the package, I got nothing but attitude from her, not even an apology. Extremely RUDE! I don't really need to say much here. I live in the area. Went there this morning to buy some money order and stamps. We didn't understand how the stamps work, so we asked a few questions. The Asian guy ( I'm also Asian) was the only person working this morning, he looked tired, he was yawning, but that's fine until he has to find the stamps were looking for then he started to looked really angry. He was telling us to get it from a different office, but we didn't want to, so were just gonna get what he has and he seem really mad, grabbing a paper threw it on the counter wrote down the amount with angry face like we didn't understand what he said. We did understand but we just didn't want to do what he recommended. We started to feel uncomfortable with his reaction and rudeness. We just get the money order and left. We still said "thank you" to him and he didn't even say anything after being that rude to us. He doesn't need to be nice, I went there all the time and he always looks unhappy which I'm used to it, but this morning he was really really really rude!! read more

Lu, Martha . . just a couple of the employees here who don't want to be working and aren't ashamed to show it. Many of the employees here fit the stereotype of the "postal worker" mentality: lazy and condescending. I have had pleasant employees . . heck, I've even caught Lu on good days, but it's not the rule. Once, I had to call this post office because my held mail had not been delivered. Martha did not want to check on it, instead saying, "yeah, it shoulda gone out" and so I asked her to check that it DID indeed go out. She left me waiting close to 10 minutes before returning with, "yeah, it's not there". I asked what that meant. She got frustrated with me and hung up. Seriously, simply hung up on me. The bottom line is that they are government employees and can pretty much get away with what they like; and there are always people who will take advantage of that. read more

Employee there named Lu is a rude individual. It saddens me he lives such a life of hatred and anger towards other human beings. I watched him act demeaning and rude to customer after customer, including elderly, and then do the same to me. For no reason at all. It is mind boggling that he maintains a job with such a lack or understanding of customer service. Unfortunately I find it very doubtful that USPS of all entities would do anything about it. If you go north on PCH from where this USPS is located you will run into a UPS on the right side of the road only a mile away. I highly recommend going here. The few times I have used them their staff has been courteous, friendly, and helpful. All things you would think are standard for any employee at any business... but something Lu and USPS seem to lack. read more

Yolanda, there was no need for you to talk over your co worker who was simply trying to help us and yell in front of other customers when we were simply trying to get help on an international shipment. Making strange comments to my mother demanding that she better pay for the tape used to close the shipping box (we never said we wouldn't pay for the tape, which we did with another extra envelope,insurance, faster shipping etc, even though we later realized she did not seem to make the customer she was helping pay for his tape, strange), unwilling to help with simple questions about packaging (box sizes, international shipping options), very passive and intense attitude overall... (Yolanda, we are not really the type to steal $3 packaging tape from USPS, just locals that would prefer not having to leave bad reviews like these). Shouldn't you be focusing on the customer in front of you instead? We were already being helped by your co worker, not you! so why all these unnecessary comments over your coworkers shoulder while you should be helping other customers, he ended up getting the job done just fine, but you didn't . We all know its not an easy time for anyone right now, but as an employee in retail and customer support your attitude seemed way out of line to the point where I feel the need to bring this up and post it. I just hope my return gets to its destination in the time I was told and nothing ends up getting lost. They sent back my package to the sender because they said that the addressee was not recognized at the address. I have lived in this house for the last 2 and half months and been getting packages from Amazon, UPS and FedEx with no issues. Every time I am supposed to get a package shipped by US Post Office, it is delayed, dropped next door, or now sent back to the sender. How is it that every other transportation vendor can deliver on time, and accurately, but our own government service paid by our tax dollars can not execute on basic services. I want my tax dollars back and I'll pay Amazon, UPS or FedEx double to get my shipments here and on time. read more

Wish this post office had a large drop box for boxes. At times the lines could be long. BTW: for anyone expecting priority express mail service (next day service) and the delivery time passed: call (949)362-9672 and ask for the delivery supervisor for an update. The number listed in the white pages online and the number that the representatives at the USPS 1-800-275-8777 is incorrect, YOU CANNOT CALL THIS POST OFFICE. My mail is being delivered to a business instead of my home on a regular basis even when it is addressed correctly to me. The bigger problem is that there is no number to call the people delivering it to fix it. I have since sent in an online message and contacted consumer affairs at 714.662.6215 and of course have only been able to leave a message as opposed to speaking with a human being. read more

I have been coming to this post office for 9 years. I will NEVER be back because of the man who "helped" me today. His name is LU and he was so incredible rude. I asked him a shipping question for the cost of the box and where the tape was. He told me I was rude and he didn't want to help me. I went in there with a smile and don't see how anything I said could be misconstrued as rude. He also said this in front of a store full of customers, who are my peers. It's a small town and I run into these people every day. He SCREAMED as me as I left the store. Wow I can't believe the other review here. I do agree that it is sometimes time consuming due to a lot of people in line. Try not to go on Mondays or Fridays. This is a tiny hometown post office with pretty much the same clerks for years. I hate going to any other post office because this one feels like home. Thay indicated that the package was delivered, I did not receive it. I went to eBay and protested that I had not received it. They indicated that it had been delivered and had not been delivered. Two days after I ordered another one, I caught my mailman at my mailbox and he had the package with him after I had purchased another one. This ended costing me $250.00 for a $95.00 part. Post Office employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Even though website stated credit cards were welcome, they were not accepted. Gray haired and around 60's male employee snapped at me "I don't have a problem do you" when I asked him if he was always this unkind to customers. My young sister needs to pick up her package from this old post office, they give her a hard time cause she needs to be 18 to get the package she ordered and she 16 and they don't let her cause the rules are fcking stupid at post offices. This USPS Service Center taped the address label on my package for me . But in transit the label came off and now the package is no where to be found !!! I don't have insurance. I've recently in the last few months had mail that I've dropped off inside this post office to get postmarked turn up missing. I've used this office for many years as it's our only local Post office and have never had any problems with my mail getting lost. Very strange that in the last 2 months I've had 3 very important time sensitive letters that I've sent out go either missing or get postmarked several days after I've personally walked them in. Generally poor service. Longer times waiting in line than the average post office. The epitome of USPS inefficiency.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE service- and they take their sweet time.... I just needed stamps and it took 20 minutes because 2 of the 3 people working were shuffling things pretending to work ( and doing so very very slowly) and ignoring that there were 12 people waiting in line. When they do finally help you, they make sure to use a condescending tone of voice, and of course meet your requests verrrrry slowly. Avoid going here if you're in a hurry... Actually don't go unless you can throw away at least 30 minutes of your life. read more
